Absolutely has become the worst fast food experience in Eagle River. This is our third order in a row that's wrong, they literally blocked the entrance to the drive through at 10:30pm, and person at the window didn't even bother to speak when I picked up my order. read more

So why is this location closing early all f a sudden? Blocking the drive thru 10 minutes prior to closing, cold food WHEN i get it and refusing to take orders at the front counter. This is NOT how you run the business. read more

Drive through completely messed up out order; staff inside uninterested in remedying the mistake. Also the (wrong) soft tacos we got were a sloppily assembled, soggy disaster. read more

I like Taco Bell but this location has absolutely the worst service I've ever seen from any location or any fast food place I've seen. Straight trash. I've lived down the street for 5 years and every time I've ordered, I've regretted it. Always get the order wrong and missing items. Supposedly open till 1am but regularly closed by 10. I just went through, person on the other end asked if I was ordering a mobile order and when I said no, never responded again. This type of service is typical. You should close your doors and let something worthwhile open up. Like a post office or a laundry mat. read more

Absolutely ludicrous to have an entire restaurant and not open the lobby. The only way to eat there is to wait in a car line wrapped around the building. Can't imagine that corporate is aware that they are shutting out the entire building to customers. Avoid. read more

Stood at the counter for 5 min. Without even an acknowledgement to take my order. Had to order from the electronic kiosk. Wanted to use cash but i guess thats not a thing now. Sent back my daughter cheese roll up because it was not even heated up. Just shredded cheese in a tortilla. Tables and seats were all dirty. Employees are rude, entitled and unhepfull. Hard pass on coming back here. read more

I order on the app 80% of the time and also go through the drive-thru. My order is always correct and it's usually pretty fast even if the line is long, and my food is always still warm when I get home. The employees are always friendly and accommodating if I ask to change an order last minute. I've gone for breakfast, mid day, and late evening and I've never had a bad interaction with anyone. read more

The store and drive thru open at 7:00 am. If you arrive at 7:05 am you will be told the food is not ready and asked to wait. "No problem, no rush, I'm all good" is my response. However I'm then told I cannot wait in the drive thru. Not allowed to be in the drive thru of an open restaurant. read more

Drive thru!! The drive through is only one lane and does require dodging people and cars through a narrow parking lot. The speaker works great - clear and understandable. The voice and person on the other side of the speaker was friendly and helpful. Food was fast and the order was correct. Yeah, tacos!! read more

If anyone from Taco Bell looking at this this is not the first time eagle river Taco Bell not been taking care there customers services we got are order and half was missing and they did not put the receipt in the bag when we called they refused to refund or give us the rest of our order so my son went down and talk to them and finally they decided to give a refund But they are not a happy about it This is not the first time that Taco Bell has messed up an order you cannot go inside to talk to them about it because their doors are locked so instead of staying in a long line they figure it's OK because you'll just drive away Taco Bell needs to straighten their crap up or they'll be closed down like Arby's read more

The "quality control" training at this location would have yielded better results if it was taught by Stevie Wonder or Helen Keller. The picture included is one of the better examples of how half-assed... disregard that- more like quarter-assed the service is at this location. The amount of times I've gotten an order wrong/missing items would more than total enough to fill my gas tank enough to drive to Mexico to get real tacos and work ethic. read more

Taco Bell - Cheesy Gordita crunch without the outer shell and Cheese - Fast Food Near Me - Eagle River, Alaska

As the only Taco Bell in our area, we find that it's not bad at all...except when they run out of ground beef for the tacos. On this particular visit I was looking forward to my Mexican pizza. When I got home I was very disappointed to find that it was left out. I called the taco bell and thankfully get a rain check next time I am there. I find it quite sad that adding lettuce to something is 45 cents. What I don't understand is if I remove an ingredient I still get charged extra for a different ingredient. Shouldn't it cancel each other out? Especially when I'm trying to switch from nacho cheese to shredded cheese. I think this taco bell or any taco bell really, would get 4 stars if It wasn't for them trying to charge extra on everything. Hopefully they don't start charging for their packets of sauces too. read more

I have already posted over a year ago so I'm not going to go on about the lack of fill or missing stuff in burritos; this time was different and f'ing pissed me off! They asked if I would like any sauce, cool so I said yes, could I get 12 fire sauces? She said would 9 work? Damnit I hate this place and I'm done committing any further! Oh I had a party box FYI. read more

Taco Bell is Taco Bell... This visit in particular was top notch! In the drive-thru, I had excellent customer service from Hunter and at the window, the wonderful service continued from Brittany. They were both very friendly and it seemed genuine. I took the time to fill out the customer survey on the receipt to make sure they received accolades from management! read more

Just got home from ordering the Variety Taco Pack that is 6 regular Tacos and 6 Doritos Locos tacos. If I could give this business 0 stars I would. These lazy ass people literally put a tiny bit of meat and a sprinkle of cheese on these tacos and that's it, no lettuce or nothing. Seriously how TF does that get over looked and no I didn't order without lettuce before anyone thinks I did. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

Well I've lived near this Taco Bell for a year now. . . It appears they have still done nothing within the past year to improve their drive thru times. Poor management. Failing franchisee. Frustrating. Sad. Just close down. read more

Just went through the drive thru and got home to feed my family when I realized my ENTIRE order was wrong. Called the manager and he informed me that if I wanted to drive back to the store, like it was my mistake, he could remake the food. I asked them to deliver it, since it was their mistake, but he couldn't do that. Even though the drive thru window says they offer DoorDash and GrubHub. Basically, the store could do nothing but further inconvenience the customer for their error. Terrible customer service! read more

I ordered a quesarito combo. I recieved the quesarito burrito, a regular taco and coffee. I assume she gave me a taco because they didn't have any hashbrowns this morning. Only thing she had to do was communicate that. I was looking forward to the hasbrown because they be going "hard in the paint". Well she messed that up for me. - read more

This is a Taco Bell, and they're pretty interchangeable. However, in recent weeks, I have twice seen the dayshift manager go above and beyond to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere in his restaurant. No details are necessary, just understand that if you come into the store during the day, the manager will really work hard to make your visit at pleasant one. A standout Taco Bell! read more

I don't go to Eagle River often, but after several appointments there, stopped here for the drive thru. The staff were nice on speaker and seemed to understand that I can not have dairy, please make it "fresco" according to their menu which substitutes pico de gallo instead of cheese and sour cream. I took the order, got all the way home 25 minutes away, and it was covered in cheese and whatever so I can't eat it at all. The following week I returned with my receipt and they corrected the order which I appreciated. Not horrible, and they were able to get it right on another occasion as well. read more

Got my online order wrong. When I pushed back to get the rest of the items, I was told it wasn't on the screen. I gave my full name to have them check again. At that point someone else came out to confront me. I tried to use logic about three combos should have three drinks, it is in the online order. Again I was refused the rest of my items. At that point, I gave up and handed the food back and asked for a refund. I was then not given all the money I had paid. I hand the receipt back and asked for the remainder. I did say to look at the F'ing receipt because I was fed up at that point. While getting me the rest, I heard her call me an asshole to someone. Really? I am an asshole for wanting the items I paid for, or all of my money back? Sorry no, that is not what an asshole is. Had you tried to help me get the ordered corrected, maybe this could have been avoided. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I won't ever be giving Taco Bell my service ever again. I realize we are all in strung out shape and I hope that person is doing ok at home, however; I did not deserve to be called that. You were completely in the wrong here. I didn't call you any names, I just wouldn't allow you to shortchange me. If wanting what I paid for makes me the bad person, well so be it. Whoever that was needs another job where they aren't talking to customers. read more

The quality of this taco bell completely depends on who is working I've gone several times and had great experiences with food, orders, and service. Then I went today and I'm 80% sure two of the employees at the window were high as kites as they could not understand basic requests or answer even simple questions and were acting extremely sluggish and unresponsive and looking at me like I was speaking a different language and then not only did they get my order wrong they forgot the other half of it. Frankly while this Taco Bell has its good days when it has its bad days which is more often than it should be they are absolutely unacceptable for a business let alone for one the size of Taco Bell. read more

You people literally have no idea what you're doing my girlfriend who's the most beautiful adorable and attractive woman has been constantly disappointed by your absurd lack of competence. You'd think a small town taco bell would be able to get the simplest orders correct. It honestly baffles me how you're still in Business if you weren't part of a restaurant chain you certainly would be. You monopolize on the lack of business options in the area and frankly Don't give a shit it's disappointing to see a business with absolutely zero standards and work ethic. read more

As a former employee, now customer, the service here is understandable because of the area coach. He has no regard for the safety of his employees, and constantly puts there lives in danger. Something exploded inside the store and he still made them open that day, and the 2 employees STILL have hearing damage because of the loud boom that was made. He has went through 3 GMs and 4 AGMS in the span of 3 years and still hasn't got it through his thick skull that he is the problem. I promise everyone who visits this location, once he is fired or moved from the area, this store will improve 10 folds. Also, get ready for the coming weeks Tim, your going to need it. read more

There's no sugar coating Taco Bell. It is an option for late nights. When everything else is closed, ( minus the gas station option of frozen junk.) they have been closing way earlier than the signs and the illumination menu says they are. They are mostly teenagers who have think they have a full knowledge of life, and responsibility they lack. I worked at a neighboring joint 20 years ago. But I was actually working. Not sure why any Taco Bell doesn't instill that quality in their own employees. But I would say that you have a 90% chance that you will get what you ordered from eagle River Taco Bell wrong. And at an inflated price. Not just the price hike you know will be higher than the commercial. But everything on the menu items. Like almost 6$ for a cheesy Gordita crunch? It's greedy. And cost less than the cheesy crunch, plus 2 other substantial items, and a drink. 5$ profits over product. read more
