I genuinely like Arby's, the food is good! If it wasn't for how the food was handled in the bag, this would have 5 stars. It's not the first time I've had this issue with the French Dip, Au Jus. The lid is supposed to be secure, but more than once the lid has not been sealed completely which of course caused it to spill. This time was a little different, not how it was supposed to be placed in the bag at all, takes common sense really. The top cup "held" the Au Jus, but it was broken at the bottom. So someone placed a second cup, clearly not thinking that the Au Jus would spill through to the second cup which doesn't have a cover to seal it from spilling. It spilled through the bottom of the bag onto my seat...No one answered when I tried calling to give a bit of advice. So please, be sure that any liquids that are handed over to customers are thoroughly secure. read more

The girl working the drive thru window tonight 1/15/2025 at approximately 650pm was rude and dismissive and should retrain.

I did uber eats and the order arrived very quickly and was hot. Nothing was squished.

It's Arby's. Like all fast food chains, you go in knowing what to expect, so satisfaction comes down to the basics. Was it clean? Yes. Did they have the selections I wanted? Yes. Was it fast and prepared as expected? Yes. Did they get my order right the first time? No. Was the staff friendly and attentive? Yes. Basically a good experience, but not anything special. It's always aggravating when your order is screwed up, but they quickly rectified it. I'm not deterred from going back. It's close and convenient and a darn sight better than Mc Donalds. And the pumpkin cheesecake milkshakes are out of this world. read more

Okay, yeah, it's Arby's. I was weak and tired from traveling and it was in the line of sight. I wouldn't normally even Yelp a fast food joint. However, the youngster handling drive thru orders is super personable. "What can I get for you on this fantastic night?" I need just a minute. "No worries, I get paid by the hour, take your time." ...and so on. Super friendly and with an actual personality. I'm surprised Chick-Fil-A hasn't swooped down from the heavens to snag him up. I have been doing A LOT of drive through over the last year and this Arby's has been consistently excellent to me as far as customer service and food quality. This location is also very busy most of the time and yet I always get a smile and a "how are you today?" I always appreciate service with a smile. Masks are of course worn by the employees and I appreciate that also. The only negative mark in my book is that they no longer offer the 1/2 pound French dip sandwich. read more

Change your baby before coming here as there is no where to change them. The cashier was super friendly, everyone was happy and smiling, even the janitor was nice and friendly. Always a good sign when they have someone who is doing nothing but cleaning. Very old decor, probably as old as their regulars who they all knew by name. Got our orders fast and correct. I don't go often because of prices but it's really not that bad and the food is good. I love the staff at this location. The first time I went my card declined and the lady paid for my food while I was checking my balance. I had had the worst day at work and she helped so much, even if she didn't realize. Today I got stuck in the snow (my fault) and the manager realized before I did and came to help me out. I purchased the classic beef and cheddar, crispy chicken, and Hawaiian Fish for my wife, Mom and myself. All three meals were considered great. We split up the fHawaiian Fish more over to sample and compare it to the McDonald's fillet o fish which we all like. The winner is Arby's. The taste was excellent, and finally a fish fillet that is over sized for the bun!! The service was excellent, I know it may be difficult when everything is a "to go" these days, but the person taking my order at the drive through treated me as though I was a "regular" customer. Although, I am not! But my satisfaction and experience was such that I will continue to be a patron. Try the Hawaiian fish! It's offered for only a short time. read more

I like Arby's roast beef sandwiches. They are kind of spendy but good. We got gyros last night as they were having a special on them and the friendly guy at the counter said they were good. My spouse said that my first mistake was taking his advise. The second was eating them. Neither one of us liked them at all and they sort of made us sick so I would highly recommend avoiding the gyros and sticking with the roast beef, especially with cheddar. read more

Ordered a single meal and got the wrong food. And you want to be paid $15 an hour. Well the first step in demanding more pay is to be "capable" at your job. This location failed. I have zero patience anymore with this kind of service. It has become far too common, all the while demands for higher pay keep coming. Went through on my way to work, waited 15 minutes before I even got to menu to order and then was asked to wait an additional 5 min. Did so and then they said they didn't have any roast beef and if have to wait 15 min.... I had already been in line 20 min. At this point so I agreed to wait, pulled up to the window and they have me my food right away... Got home and the roast beef was NOT done. Firstly we only visited because we had a valpak coupon. Big mistake! The coupon confused the hell out of the cashier that said coupons were tricky. He couldn't figure out how to enter the coupon... I asked if i could pay because we knew the total & didn't want food to get cold. He said no he had to wait for manager. But the manager was already outside getting rid of the homeless people that were loitering in the area. More waiting as food just sat there. Manager comes in & is super confused. Finally they let me pay then it turned out my kids special order sandwich was wrong. They fixed it then started to explain that special Orders are rung up differently. Blah blah blah. I said I don't need explanation. Just give me the food! Never again will I go there!
