Quesadillas! Fast and tasty! Quick line and order, helpful staff, hot and delicious food, right price, and plenty of seating. If we go to the movies, we always stop for a quick dinner here. It's located immediately beside the theater- very convenient location with a lot of parking.

This is their $16 protein bowl. Is it just me or if I was In-store they wouldn't have been under the standard?

Extremely disappointed with this unsatisfactory of an online order. I paid $16 for this protein bowl. Calling manager and sharing this. What a wad of money.

Always come here after watching a movie at Tikatnu!

Lately I've been providing every restaurant 5 stars God Damn. I mean I'm not complaining but I like keeping it real ya know! Don't want anyone thinking I'm playing favorites and being a Mr. NiceGuy. WELL. Me and the lady come to QDOBA almost EVERYTIME we finish watching a movie at Tikatnu theater. It's just a thing we do. The 20 maybe times we have been here we have not ONCE been disappointed. I honestly don't understand the other reviews. Y'all expecting to much. It's a $12 mountain of nachos with literally unlimited toppings. It can feed 2 to 3 people. The cheese is yummy and their toppings are so fresh! I ALWAYS see someone in the back cutting up fresh tomatoes or avocados. C'mon! Even the tacos are good. Sure they are simple and not as good as any authentic Mexican joint. But for $3 you can load up your taco. It's really not a bad deal ESPECIALLY when comparing this to other local restaurants in Alaska. Prices are good and food is good. Fun to eat and filling! Good enough for me \_( ^ . ^ )_/ Oh did I say guacamole is FREE and UNLIMITED? Shiiieeeeeeeet ....

Their burritos are huge and do not disappoint.

So first off, I have to say that I believe that Qdoba is just as good, if not better, than Chipotle. They keep their menu small, straight to the point, and often have new foods or salsas to try for a limited time. Another note: they have the BEST queso! Cheesy and great flavor. You can ask for a small or big cup (recommended if you order a burrito.) or get it put directly in your food. The guacamole is delicious as well and isn't an extra charge. They do offer a few kids menu items, too. For sweets, they have brownies or cookies. Yum! Don't forget to download their App to earn reward points with each visit for free items.

Ever been to Chipotle? Well this is almost exactly like it, but a touch less flavorful. It's still a good place to grab lunch. You have the option of making a burrito, tacos, taco salad and a few other things. They also have a great selection of meats and fixings for your burrito or whatever you get. If you have a chance to try their queso, it's delicious with the crunchy chips. I rate this place 3 stars due to the customer service. The younger lady with the glasses almost always looks annoyed or irritated and she did not make me feel welcomed at all. I felt rushed because of how impatient she looked. The other lady however, a taller one seemed so much sweeter. Another shortage of stars is due to the lack of freshness that Chipotle seems to possess. Even still, lunch was very enjoyable...but hopefully there's room for improvement.

Garbage overflowing onto nearby seating area.

This place is in dire need of good management. The food took way too long to prepare, the poor kid working the register was overwhelmed, and the entire establishment was dirty and in disarray.

    Keto Smoked Brisket Bowl

I normally don't write bad reviews, but I'm really disappointed. I paid $13 for the Keto Brisket Bowl and it was delivered stone cold with barely any food in there (it was delivered within 15 minutes so that's not why). Normally when I go to Qdoba they load up my burrito bowl! My husband got the same thing and feels the same way. We agreed that it tastes like leftovers from the day before and was just grabbed out of the fridge. Bummer!

Small portions, not enough variety of meats, doesn't taste that great. Alaska needs a Chipotle BADLY.

We thought it was regular hot sauce... so naturally, I absolutely drenched my burrito in it. Big mistake. HUGE. This is to be asked for by customers lol... and it was left out by mistake... One bite in and it felt like I got maced straight to the soul Tears pouring, coughing, face on fire--we couldn't even eat our food because it was that insanely hot. Honestly, it was next-level pain... but also kind of hilarious once we survived it Here's the part that really matters: the owner handled it like a pro. He apologized sincerely, took full responsibility, and didn't even charge us for the meals. That kind of customer service is rare and says a lot about the people who run this place. Owner is amazing and thoughtful... really great people there Accidents happen--but great businesses make it right, and they absolutely did. Awesome food, great atmosphere, cold beer , and genuinely good people. We'll definitely be back (just... maybe staying away from the 357 Magnum next time ). Thanks again for making it right and giving us a story we won't forget!

I fished out the solid mass with my spoon and called over the waiter. No apology. I think he then brought back the same coffee, new mini moo-cows. Really terrible dining experience. To top it off, there was an empty plastic vodka bottle on the ground by the front door.

I usually wouldn't eat Mexican food in Alaska those two don't really go together in my brain being from California but I wanted to give it a try anyway lol I ordered the Cilantro Shrimp Molcajete and some chips and salsa on the side. First I will say I don't see why certain restaurants charge for chips and salsa it should be free in my opinion. The salsa lacked flavor and was more sweet than anything. (I asked for the spiciest salsa they have) and the order was $8.. I get it for the size I was surprised but that salsa wasn't good. Moving on to the main dish tho we have the Molcajete which was really good in my opinion. It came out SIZZLING! and the size of it wasn't what I was expecting. So if you're hungry I would def get one of those entrees ! The flavor of the fajita mix was good and the amount of shrimp you get was super filling. That dish was about $38 with the shrimp. The bartender was nice and asked me if I was doing okay a few times and also made sure my water was filled which was great he seemed really knowledgeable of all the good food recommendations and was pretty quick with service so employees were cool ! All in all I enjoyed my early dinner in a nice place that played good Latin music and I liked that it's walking distance from my hotel. I would eat here again one day and try some of their tacos next because I hear they are pretty good. I would say they need to just make the chips free because the are NOT worth $8 lol like at all but other then that decent place.

While the mole sauce was delicious, the chicken thighs I received were so small and bony, my rice lacked flavor and the beans were very soupy. My chips were like the little broken pieces at the bottom of the bag making it hard to scoop any decent amount of salsa into them. For almost $30/plate I was anticipating more protein, bolder flavors and better quality. I want to give them another chance, but sometimes first impressions are lasting impressions. Service was friendly but waitstaff were busy so not as attentive. Ambiance is what you'd expect from a hole in the wall.
