The building is beautiful, with thoughtful interior décor and convenient elevator access to the second floor where our event was held. The food was good, and the service was solid even with a large group. Although the space felt a little tight for the number of people we had, the staff managed it well and stayed attentive. Overall, it's a great addition to Eagle River and a nice option for events or group gatherings.

You'd be surprised how often that little detail gets ignored at other breakfast/brunch places. I ordered the Birria hash and it was a lovely surprise - very flavorful with tender, juicy beef over crispy fried potatoes. I loved the different sauces, salsa, pickled onions, and even sour cream self-service bar from which I helped myself to some of their delicious avocado sauce and molcajete sauce. My companion said her crab Benedict was delicious and very filling. Food portions were generous, I had enough food to take home with me for a second meal. The ambiance of the place was impressive - sort of a modern Mexican feel with some fun details like the grocery items lined up on the wall above the registers. I will definitely be back to try some of the intriguing menu items I didn't get a chance to try. I didn't have any room left to try dessert so I'll have to do that next time!

Y'know, it's weird…read more I LOVED fast food for the first 20 years of my life. Then a LOATHED fast food for the next 20 years of my life. Now, I guess I've gone full circle? I'm starting to be cheap and value my time more. I also have been getting up ever earlier to go into the mountains and climb. I've been eating a lot of fast food (from the drive thru) because of this...and I kinda like it! I now thinking hating on fast food is just a cloaked way to hate on low-income people. Anyway, I got a breakfast burrito and a breakfast grilled cheese. They came out extremely fast (less than a minute) and set me back $5. In this economy, what's not to love about that?

The error message was that this location does not accept online orders. I am a rewards club member and like to see the deals and rewards offered. Not being able to use the APP I went through the drive-thru. In the drive-thru, I asked if I could order the specials on the APP. I was told no as you had to use the APP to get rewards or specials listed in the APP. I ordered the newly offered Angus cheesesteak sandwich and a small standard order of fries. When I approached the window to pay and pick up my order I asked the employee how long they had not accepted APP orders and she said they had always accepted APP orders and she had worked there 10 years. I explained my experience and asked if I could order the online specials. She said they could only be ordered and served if ordered online. She was very polite and said she did not know why the APP was not working correctly. She explained that it may be down for repair or maintenance but they never tell the individual stores when it is down. Recommendation to corporate management. If your APP is down and not working notify your locations that it is not working for them and recommend they still serve the online specials or rewards item as listed in your APP or find a better wording for the APP when customers sign in. Don't make it look like your location is not participating in your APP or frustrating loyal members when they try to use it and fail. I don't hold this location in any way responsible. That said the new Angus Cheesesteak sandwich is excellent with lots of tender steak with ample melted cheese and small bits of onion and peppers. The roll is fresh and soft and wrapped in very thin foil. If you use any of their sauces be careful to wrap the foil so you do not wear the sauce and cheese. I carefully wrapped mine and folded it for maximum coverage but by the last two bits it was breaking apart and I had to be very careful. It would also be helpful to have wipes to clean your fingers if you're not eating in where you can go to the restroom to wash. The French fries were hot and crisp and tasty with a little catsup. Overall this sandwich and fries were excellent and the sandwich is a great addition to the menu. Please don't hold the above comments against the Arby's locations, this one in particular, or their quality food at good prices.

There is absolutely nothing about this place that you can't make yourself at home with a trip to Costco. Save yourself the time of energy and your wallet. I wish this place was as unique in flavor as it is in its prices. Owner was extremely rude.

The total meat stack was only 1/4" thick with two thin pieces of cheese. I spoke up about the deficiencies which quickly turned into an argument, then the manager and 3 others joined in. Asked if she was a Subway employee because the sub looked like something I would get from Subway, got no response. They offered to tear the sandwich apart to add a little more meat and cheese. When it was complete it was still lacking and now unediable. I rejected the order and walked out, and haven't been back.
