The meat quality was pretty good, esp the beef belly. I'm not a fan of the electric grills, as they would overcook the meat pretty fast, but the servers will turn it down if you ask them. We like being in control of the grill, but it's a nit picky thing. :) The only thing that was strange was that they had told us that they were short on veggies and were saving them for their main dishes aka they wouldn't give us an onion. Other than that, the servers were sweet, and we pretty much had the place to ourselves. For Arizona, this was ok. 5 stars for blasting more OG K-pop music ala Big Bang and EXO! :D

Any waiter that hears the bell comes to your table to assist. The response never took longer than 20 seconds most of the time. To start the appetizer tray at the beginning is an awesome touch that I'm not used to in other places I have tried. It kind of took the guess work out of ordering in my opinion so I only had to focus on what meat or dish I wanted since my sides were already selected and refillable for free through the course of the meal. We ordered the seafood sundubu, beef bulgogi, and sweat and spicy korean fried chicken wings. The portion size was very generous on the wings and on the crispier side which my wife prefers. The seafood sundubu was delicious and was pleasantly surprised to see a decent amount of tofu and seafood types in the dish. The beef bulgogi was also tasty and as I said before just scratched that korean food craving that we had. This has been added to our rotation of date night locations for us! Oh also the bathrooms are very clean.

I ordered the kalbi and cold noodles for $26.00, and both were absolutely delicious. I had gone a few days without meat, so it was especially satisfying. I also enjoyed the banchan, and I finished everything except the fish cakes, which are just not my favorite. Overall, I really appreciated the meal and the experience. I'll definitely be back soon to try the kimchi stew.

We ordered the bossam and the portion was incredibly generous. The pork belly was tender and absolutely delicious. We also ordered the BBQ short ribs and the spicy beef brisket soup from their lunch menu offered Monday- Friday from 11AM-2PM. Everything was really flavorful and tasty. I will say the banchan was the least impressive part of the meal, although I really liked their kimchi. We were very satisfied with our meal and had a ton of leftovers as the portion sizes are huge. I actually enjoyed the leftovers for another four meals. Yes, there was that much food! Will definitely return and highly recommend if you're looking for some good Korean food.

I really wanted something with their house made tofu in it, and the oyster soft tofu soup sounded just right for me. It was a bubbling hot concoction served with a bowl of mixed purple and white rice with bits of squash mixed in. The soup was so good! It had a good amount of oyster and the broth was spot on. The tofu was just the right consistency for the soup and tasted great. You can request your spice level and the medium was just right for me. The rice was also really good and well prepared. The banchan we had for lunch were kimchi, marinated cucumber, seaweed, fish cake, and pickled cabbage and beet. The restaurant itself is spacious and we had our pick of seats. The walls in between tables are high enough to allow for privacy. Service was good and we were checked on as needed. I couldn't finish the meal so I took the rest of the soup and rice to go. The kiddo tried the tofu and now also wants to go here which I will happily arrange for our next family outing!

It seemed like there were only two staff members working, so everything took quite a long time. We had to wait a while for our food, and even ordering, getting assistance, or paying the bill took longer than expected. I understand they may have been short-staffed, and the food was definitely worth trying. Hopefully, with more staff or during a less busy time, the service will be faster. Overall, I enjoyed the food and would come back for the tofu soup, but the long wait is why I'm giving it 4 stars.

We came on a weekday afternoon, so it wasn't busy when we arrived. We got seated within the 10 minutes since they were setting up the tables for us. Ordering is fairly easy since they offer combos depending which meats you like more. Everything we ordered was good quality. My favorite meat cuts were the beef tongue, brisket and the intestines. If you're not into eating inside parts of animals, I would recommend getting the brisket or kalbi cuts. The Banchan (sides) were good too. They had fish cake, kimchi, pickled radish and cucumbers available. We also tried the tofu soup, steamed egg and corn cheese which all came out hot and tasted flavorful. This spot is a-la-carte, so you order off the menu and pay by items. My only downside is that they didn't have rice paper here since I don't really eat the white rice since it fills me up too quickly. Other than that, I would come back here again next time I'm visiting family. Service here was awesome too! We were checked on throughout our whole meal and the servers were friendly.

At first, I questioned the portion size and wondered if the small would be enough, but honestly, it ended up being the perfect amount for the price. I cannot speak for the interior or vibe of the space, but takeout was great. We ordered two bowls with bulgogi beef. You can choose your own base, veggies and sauces, so very customizable! I got part brown rice and greens with every veggie option I could get! I was unable to add an egg on the delivery platform, (maybe due to poor traveling?), though it does look like they may offer this in person. We then got some kimchi fries to share. You also get your option of protein on this, which we had selected chicken bulgogi. Shortly after placing order, we received a call from the Bibio team that they were out of a few sauces we had selected, as well as the chicken bulgogi, we made some quick substitutes and upon delivery they had included some complimentary mandu which were delicious and a really kind gesture and really went the extra mile without having to. Overall, everything we got was delicious, flavorful, awesome portions and great as leftovers. The kimchi fries were very good, but I think better for dining in, as most fries are, so I would absolutely order and try them again on an in person visit, but maybe avoid for long drives.
