The thing I love about Pagliacci is the delivery service. They have a great call center, where the operators are super-professional, (no high-school kids putting you on indefinite hold here) and the computer remembers your address and CC #. I would really call this "Seattle-style" pizza, because it is all about the toppings, and their "seasonal offerings" reflect this area's obsession with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Really, anyone who hates on Pagli's is just having an identity crisis. read more

Best delivery pizza I've ever had. I've ordered dozens of times and nothing in the Seattle area comes close. The only reason I don't order more often is that I'm trying to stay lean, lol. I could eat their Brooklyn Bridge a few times per week. So darn good! Shoot...now I'm craving pizza. Must resist the urge to call. Must resist! read more

This is my go-to for delivery. Pizzas are consistently good, and drivers from this location are VERY nice and can find my house even though the stupid porch light doesn't work. Stupid porch light. Anyway: there are lots of really good staple pies here along with endless combinations of veggie friendly build-yer-owns. I prefer the red sauce or pesto base varieties, but I could be arm-twisted into a goat cheese primo. Seasonal pies are intriguing although often taste rather rich. read more

Pagliacci is one of my go-to pizza places. They have a location just up the street from me, but also a few other close ones in case that place is slammed (and it does happen). They have a wide variety of pizzas and do them all well. The sauce is very good and the crust is pretty consistent. I got a pizza from Pagliacci recently, one that I've had many times before, and it tasted off. My guests all thought so as well, without solicitation. We went back to Pagliacci and they gave us our money back, no questions asked. Out of the many, many pizzas I've ordered from Pagliacci, this was the one bad one so no marks against since they handled it perfectly. For a slice or a pie, it's worth checking out. read more

I order more pagliacci than I care to admit. It's pretty decent, but nothing special and I think it's overpriced. I describe it to people who have never tried it as a "local Papa John's." Their most stand-out feature has to be their delivery phone service. It's the fastest, most efficient ordering system I've ever experienced anywhere. That's awesome, but with limited delivery options to my apartment, it means I order them far more often than I rightfully should. read more

You cannot get a better delivered pizza in Seattle, period. Who else has a roasted zuccini primo or proscuitto fig pizza? Those are the best. Also try the Parma primo and the Verde primo. If you stick to ham and pineapple, you may be disappointed, spend the money and get the primo pizzas. You will be gld you did. Also, order 2 smalls and the second one is only $5.99. If you do half and half you get four slices of four different types of pizzas to try and it feeds 2 easily, with leftovers. read more

I ordered pizza for our staff, who had to work a late night inventory and mistakenly entered the delivery address as my home. When we figured out what happened, Pagliacci's remade the pizzas and salads across town and delivered them to us even though this was completely my error. Thank you Pagliacci! You are the best of Seattle. read more

This is some good pizza, I'm just confused, the inside doesn't match the outside of this place.

We can't love this place enough! My wife and I were joking about how frequently we order and how we need to find out at the end of the year how much money we have spent on their amazing pizza and BOOM- door bell rings (we ordered a large pepperoni) The driver had a huge smerk and said- "it's a good night for you guys!" on top of the box was a card that said "This one is on us!" We couldn't believe it- we were just joking about it! AND it's my birthday tomorrow- Happy birthday to me! The Barone Family read more

I ordered 2 pizzas . One Margarita and one sausage. Both were mediocre at best. The sausage Pizza had a bare minimal amount of sausage and the Margarita had no flavor and not enough cheese. These 2 pizzas were almost 60.00. Way too much money for bad pizza. Will never order from them again! read more

This is my favorite pizza place in Seattle so far. It is a little pricy for delivery pizza, but they seem to use higher quality ingredients than other places. read more

Some good pizza in Ballard. We got take out: South Philly, Fresh Veggie and a Hawaiian. Um Um Good! Promptly delivered. Need I say more? Buy Local! read more

Pagliacci's has been a Seattle institution for years. It breaks the rule that chain restaurants are usually crap. They have routinely been at the top of reader polls for pizza, easily beating out "celebrity chefs" like Tommy Douglas for good reason. They make good pizza, for a reasonable price. They pay attention to the ingredients they use, which are fresh, they have good staff who are nice, and they have a good atmosphere in their establishments, which make them places you actually want to go. The pizza is normally thing crust pizza, but it's not burnt or inedible, The flavour is good, and I would go back to one of their pizza's. I wish this location had slices, but they don't. Some of their other locations have slices. read more

As far as Seattle pizza goes, it's okay. Compared to the East-Coast pizza that I grew up on, it's terrible. The sauce is bland and the crust is too chewy. I also think that it is way overpriced. The best things about Pagi's: -the pizza is consistently okay (comes with containers of parmesan and hot pepper flakes) -their delivery service is awesome (I love they way they save all of your past ordering info and how you can just ask for "the usual") read more

We have been ordering from Pagliacci for 5 years since we moved to Seattle. Never been disappointed. They have great toppings, seasonal flavors, speedy service, cool delivery people and a very delicious brand of ice cream. Downside: they have made me put on quite some weight. read more

Delicious pizza! It is always delivered in under an hour. We also love the pastas they offer. Nice to change it up a bit sometimes and have comfort food delivered to the house. read more

Best pizza ive had in Seattle yet. Spicy salumi was amazing similar to pepperoni but with a tiny smoky kick. Added lil mamas hot peppers as well. Fucking amazing read more

I love Pagliacci! They're the only pizza place I order from nowadays. I think they're the best Seattle pizza chain, hands down! I've never gotten a bad pizza from them. All of their stuff is amazing. I can't say delivery is always prompt - on busy nights, it can get slow - but overall, it's fine. And everyone who works there is super friendly! (Their 12th Man Primo, which is a limited edition pizza they're offering right now, is SO good. Go get it while you still can!) read more

This is for their "new" lasagne and is not a slam against this location. There should be one Yelp site for the parent company of any chain restaurant. The previous options were for a veggie or sausage lasagne. They both were mediocre, and tasted of peppers. This new lasagne sounded good on paper - fresh pastas - both plain and spinach, bechamel, bolognese (no veggie option any longer)...panko crust. However. It's awful. It's mushy, flavorless (except for a strong dry bitter herb flavor). I couldn't believe how bad it was. Perhaps it was very old, but that doesn't seem possible. The breadstick it came with barely tasted baked through, and made me really wish they had actual garlic bread. For the price, a small house salad would be really nice. But they need to fix this lasagne and quick. Ideas: Use dried pasta (as it would hold up better) or find a recipe for fresh pasta that holds up to refrigeration (freezing?) Use a more flavorful sauce and add browned sausage to a meat version; spinach-ricotta to both veggie and meat versions. Cut down or eliminate one or more of these offending dried spices: oregano, basil, thyme, ? Use an aged cheese on top and brown it well. read more

5 stars for menu and ease of ordering. 3 stars for limited delivery hours and high pricing. read more

Generally the food is quite good. However, for some reason it was pretty greasy on our last trip, crust was still delicious though. Not food related, but still affected our food experience: the guys working in the back were pretty obnoxious and loud (we ate in). All in all we ended up leaving after we were done with just a: meh type of experience. read more

Pagliacci's, you're the best. My husband and I order their 12th Man way too often (it's delicious). The staff are always very polite and friendly, as are their delivery people. We got our last delivery free as a valued customer perk, which was unexpected but really nice. Excellent salads, as well. read more

It's no wonder that this local chain has been rated "Seattle's Best Pizza" year in and year out. The crust and sauce are very delicious. I always get their "Original" (Cheese pizza), but I love getting it with their olive oil sauce, instead of the red sauce, though that's just as good. My favorite seasonal pizza is their "Pear Primo", which is only available during the Christmas Season. Their calzones are very delicious too. Sure, you pay an arm and a leg, but in my opinion, you are getting what you pay for. They do have nice deals on their "frequent pie-er" promos. All you do is ask for it and they'll give it to you. I have been ordering from this place since I moved from Burien back in 1993, and I NEVER had a bad pizza. I've only been to the dine-in restaurant on Queen Anne only once, and had a great experience there as well. The only thing that would make this place even better is if they offered chicken wings. Maybe someday. read more

Always great pizza, the workers are always friendly and enjoyable to see. One of the best locations I've been to.

Perhaps Pagliacci should try a new advertising slogan for their Salumi Spicy Pepperoni pizza-"Experience Disappointment". Where to begin? Well firstly something billed a spicy should at least be well, spicy...Secondly, something that is blowing the trumpet for artisinal ingredient shouldn't taste more metallic and generally yucky than 2AM 7-11 drunk pizza rolls. On the good side it got here fast and the outside of the crust was nice and crispy. Guess I won't be having leftovers...even drunk at 2AM. Sorry guys, try harder. read more

I am a salad fan... I ask for the salad sans the meat and they always get it right! my fav place for a quick salad near home.

You guys have the most amazing pizza ever. My family orders pizza from you all the time, HOWEVER it was because you always had free delivery. When did that change? Because $20 for a small 11" pizza is absolute highway robbery. Plus you don't have slices. Never ordering delivery again. If I have to drive to a pagliacci anyways I'll save myself a ton of money and start only going to a location with slices. Very disappointing. read more

Ok ok, pizza is pizza. And theirs is great, but they have a Hallmark customer service and delivery team. Simply A+ read more

Pagliacci Pizza - Pizza with a side of extra Karma - Pizza Near Me - Seattle, Washington

Delivery! Nice! Perfect for those days you're too lazy to even get takeout. My family has been ordering Pagliacci since before they even opened. Now I know this pizza doesn't even compare to the stuff I've had on the East Coast, in Chicago or Italy, but for Seattle it's pretty darn good! Recently, it's been all about keeping it simple. My current favorite is light sauce, mozzarella, sausage and goat cheese although in the past we've been big fans of the Pesto Primo and AGOG. The seasonal specials are always awesome too (can't wait for the Salmon!). The crust manages to be slightly chewy on the inside but still crispy on the outside. I love the numerous sauces you can order. I'm really not a huge fan of red sauce (hence why I currently order light sauce) and I love that you can have a Pesto base! Or an olive oil base! No need for that red sauce ya know. If you're looking for an abundance of toppings, this may not be the place for you, but in my opinion they have the perfect amount... plus, the ingredients are quality which always helps. They manage to find fresh, non-anemic looking tomatoes all year round as toppings. Nice. Ordering has always been a breeze and delivery is usually pretty quick. From time to time they've messed up our order, but if you call back you almost always get something comped on your next order and a replacement pizza. Also, since we've been customers for so long we aren't charged for our order from time to time... a nice little thing they do once a year or so. read more

They have delivering great pizza and salad to our home for over 15 years. Remember my choices and in 15 years of service have only made mistake one time and immediately made it right. Prices are probably higher than others but ingredients are top quality, local, seasonal and service is friendly and on time. Love the seasonal gelato especially pistachio and malted milk ball ones! read more

Let me be clear, I love Pagliacci's food. Their Cesar salad is the most satisfying salad I've ever eaten (even though they forgot the chicken!). Clearly home-made croutons and yummy, yummy dressing. Every pizza I have tried has been amazing, the most recent being the BBQ chicken. I love the toppings they use, including the explosion of flavor known as the whole cherry tomatoes! YUM! The ONLY reason they are getting 2 stars instead of 5 is due to the woman I spoke with at their central call center. She was outrageously rude. It has been over a week since I ordered and I still cannot get over how terrible she was. She threatened to hang up on me because she heard static on my call. I was so shocked when she said that, I nearly hung up. She had me repeat everything numerous times (which was fine, I understand she wanted to be sure). However she became more and more and more rude each time. I had a friend sitting with me and I asked her if I was being incoherent or difficult and they said no, but they could hear the woman on the phone and could tell she was being awful. All I can say is customer service is just as important as the food and Pagliacci FAILED in that respect. The delivery guy was very nice though. I can only hope what I experienced was a fluke. I will be trying them again, just not delivery for a while... read more

The young lad who made me salad was a super cute. His glasses were very stylish and I enjoyed his shirt. It was a little hard to hear him, but his serious expression was very grounding. It's nice to see someone in the service industry without a smile on their face. Oh, and the pizza was good too. read more

I love these guys so much! We are inpatient at Seattle Children's a lot so we always try to do a pizza Sunday family night with our son and always order here. Tonight I'm solo and was craving one of their salads. It's was busy, to be expected because they're amazing. However I waited at pick up longer then the predicted quote on the phone(showed up later then predicted as well to allow for time) and then after 3mins was handed my salad by a the cook staff. Just the salad in a box.... nothing else. Also it looks like they crammed it into there small to go container.. with no forks, napkin, or bag. Thankfully I can find forks at the hospital but I'm still disappointed. Was it supposed to be bigger? I wanted to share this with him. I will but ya know. Did I actually get what ordered? So for tonight take out I'd give them less stars. I'm left wondering. read more

Pagliacci has consistently good pizza and exceptional service. I have been a customer for over 20 years and just love this place. I have even gotten a free pizza from them on two separate occasions. They said it was free tonight as a thanks for being a loyal customer. It completely blew my mind.! read more

Sub-par pizza at it's best...I'm not having an identity crisis, I'm having a good- pizza- in- Seattle crisis...

Tonite was the NCAA's sweet sixteen and a pizza to go. It was time to get Pagliacci on the phone. a Sulumi's spicy pepperoni with anchovies and mushrooms to go! This time the crust was a little bit crispier... not burnt, and the quality of the ingrediants still shined through. The last couple of times that I had ordered from pag's the crust was soft and chewy, kind of doughy and disappointing. I was very impressed with pag's when they actually contacted my about my review. It shows that they really do care and are concerned about their customers perception of their product. I must say the pagliacci's fared a damn sight better than my beloved dawgs. read more

My favorIte pizza place! They have a wide but well thought out menu. The staff is super nice and the delivery is always 35 mins or less. A little pricey compared to other options but so worth it for the quality. The salads are delicious. Can't say enough good things! read more

I love the pizza, pasta, gelato, and even the fact that i can get pellegrino (albeit quite pricey pellegrino) if need be. But really, i'm here to rave about the phone service. I love that pagliacci has a call center handle their orders rather than the individual location. They are always courteous and friendly, I even believe they're happy to be there. Their systems are also obviously particularly good as they always know who you are, your delivery address, and even past orders, not to mention keeping cards on file (no matter your opinion of the security thereof, you can't deny the convenience of only giving your last 4 to them). Anyway, i wish more delivery places would utilize this sort of out-sourcing, it definitely makes a difference when i call them, and it has to be a more efficient way of using employee time. read more

$17 for a small pepperoni. Not so great. Friendly staff, but will not return for high price and quality.
