She said her husband, Kenneth and her will come by the same evening and look at the door. After the inspection, we decided to get a new door. They said we could order the door of our choice from Amazon and they would be happy to install it for a reasonable price. We ordered the door and in a few days Kenneth installed it. We noticed a gap in the side of the door that was letting air in. They suggested vinyl molding all around the doors. We agreed to their recommendation and they came back and installed vinyl molding around both garage doors. The door is operating nicely and we appreciate the work done by Easy Access. Their price is reasonable and they are easy to work with. We are happy to recommend Ashlee and Kenneth for your garage door needs. What impressed me even more was that they were able to stop by that same evening to take measurements so the repair could be completed the next day. After they left, I realized the broken spring had actually caused more extensive damage to the entire garage door, so I asked them for a full replacement quote. He charged me one time and exhausted all the possible reasons to diagnose the issue. When the problem persisted after our original service call, Dave came at no extra charge with Jeremy to re-wire my entire garage. Ultimately this didn't work either meaning our garage motor was shot (which we wouldn't have known if Dave didn't have the patience to try all the methods of fixing it and seeing if the problem persisted). We selected a reasonably priced commercial grade garage door replacement and had Jeremy install it in one hour. They even credited me the cost of my initial service call toward my new garage motor. Incredible customer relations showing how much they care. Now our new garage has all the bells and whistles with a camera and mobile app. We love it!
