How do get 5 stars? 1. Answer your phone. Especially on a holiday weekend. 2. Show up on time. 3. Explain the job and your work. 4. Give a reasonable estimate and stick to it. 5. Complete the job efficiently and pleasantly. At a time when it seems hard to get work done, Same Day Garage did all the above. Thank you Dariel. read more

Worked with Same Day Garage Door Service to take down and reinstall our garage door for a repair job. They are professional, priced reasonably, on time, did what was asked for and did not upsell. Would work with again. read more

This little company is two brothers who deliver superlative service. Getting an appointment was fast! Caleb did a fantastic job on the door; easy to see that the craftmanship was above and beyond what was initially installed. He also took extra time to walk me through the warranty, the safety requirements and - believe it or not - the maintenance that I could do myself so I wouldn't have to see them again! The only downside here is that Tyler & Caleb don't fix the cars in the garage too. read more

My garage door stopped working for no apparent reason and I could not figure it out. First I tried realigning the sensors, made certain nothing was touching the door, I also looked up fault codes, etc. I called and Tyler patiently stepped me through troubleshooting and we both were perplexed; he offered to come out right away. At his visit he carefully worked through all the potential problem causes and solved it at a reasonable charge. Obviously I don't want more problems with this garage door but if so, I wouldn't hesitate to call again. Super friendly. Highly recommended! read more

Same Day Garage Door Service - Jack style garage door opener- good motor, questionable engineering - Garage Door Services Near Me - Bellevue, Washington

We've used same day garage door service twice in the past year or so, and have been completely happy with the service! Both times they were able to come assess the issue quickly, and resolve our issues. Super friendly too! Highly recommended. read more

Our garage door couldn't open on a Saturday. A spring was broken. I reached out to 6 garage repair business. Same Day Garage Door Service replied quickly and schedule for a free service estimate for the same day. Tyler quickly explained what needed to be done and made a great effort to win our business. Good price with a spring upgrade. After initial replacement of the 4 springs on our door, Tyler was not happy with the balance of door. He was so worried that it might not work for very long time that he took the extra step of swapping in a stronger spring to get the ideal balance. Now our heavy wooden door can be closed and opened with much less noise and hopefully lasting for years. Tyler also did a door tune up and pointed out our garage motor was not a proper match for the door. It is something to be addressed later though. Overall, Tyler showed us what a great garage door service should look like. He offered us a great deal, cared about the quality of the work, communicated everything really clearly. Highly recommended! read more

Highly recommend... quick response, gives all the options and a great value. Thanks again!

My garage door system is 20+ years old. The center of the door was cracked, and it would buckle every time the door reach the top of the track, plus the spring was on its last leg. Same Day Garage Door Service did a great job and would highly recommend them. Caleb showed up and immediately identified the problem. He was super knowledgeable, didn't go high pressure sales but clearly explained the different options for an immediate or long term fix. He reinforced the center of the door, replaced the springs and rollers. Caleb did a high-quality job for a very fair price. I appreciate his candor and transparency would definitely work with this company again. read more

Last summer we had Same Day replace our failing garage door springs. They did a great job! Last month, we noticed that the door wasn't quite working weight-wise. So we made an appt to have them come out and take a look. We thought we were going to be charged for this service call, but the tech took a look, tightened up our springs, and it became a no-charge fix! We were happy to find that this adjustment fell under warranty. Same Day is a company with integrity and I highly recommend them for your garage door fixes! read more

I hit the garage door with my car and it went off tracks and stuck in the middle. I requested quotes from different service providers but finally decided to go with Same Day. The one thing that differentiated them from others is providing a quote via yelp only. I attached the pictures and not only they were very responsive, but also provided a reasonable quote. Tyler came on time and was super knowledgable and fixed the door pretty quickly. I would highly recommend them. read more

Called on a Sunday morning and they were able to come within 45 minutes of me calling. I thought it was going to end up being an easy fix, unfortunately it was not. Tyler gave us options on how to move forward. He was transparent and honest in his opinion. We ultimately chose to replace the garage door opener as our current one was about 15 years old. He had a couple on hand and installed it quickly. After installation he walked me through everything, including the app and it's features. Great customer service, highly recommend! read more

Both springs and a cable broke on our garage door. Initially another company was going to come out, but they flaked. Same Day lived up to their name. Messaged through Yelp in the early morning on a Saturday and by 11am that morning repairs were done. Very responsive and communicated all of the options to me with prices. Worked super fast, complete, and even tuned up the door at no extra cost. Highly recommend. read more

You know that friend you call when something goes wrong in your house? That person you've known for years? That's what it felt like when Caleb showed up. Friendly and professional with a smile. Our door popped the lower roller out of the track, so Caleb took some time to analyze what might have happened, then offered more than a few options for repair. In the end he replaced the aged metal rollers for quiet nylon rollers and performed a regular service adjustment for the door. The door now moves very smoothly and quietly and it's a relief that the door won't get off the tracks again. Thanks, Caleb! read more

This company was quick to respond (within minutes!) and got me booked for an appointment for an inspection and estimate for our garage doors the NEXT DAY. Tyler was very thorough, and had parts on hand to fix any issues, as well as comparing different parts to use on the garage doors. Could not recommend this company more, and will be using them in the future! read more

A technician came out within a couple of hours and was very helpful in showing us exactly what the issues were (wrong spring size which was making the motor work too hard and one of the drums was touching when there should have been a gap. The previous garage door fixer - from a different company- had changed it in December and of course was nowhere to be found when we called for them to fix it). However, this company (same day garage door service) was swift in responding to my request, the technician was courteous, professional and gave us an overall good experience. We also feel good because this company is licensed. We will definitely call them again should our other door need fixing/replacing. read more

Same Day Garage Door Service - Spring that was replaced - Garage Door Services Near Me - Bellevue, Washington

I had availed services of Same Day Garage Door Service when one of the garage door springs broke and the door failed. To start with, it was very easy to schedule an appointment with them, and Caleb showed up promptly. A couple of other companies were suggesting expensive fixes, including a new garage door. Caleb assessed the problem reasonably and recommended only necessary fixes. My garage floor is skewed, which made alignment quite challenging. Caleb negotiated it all, with a smile. He also serviced the garage without my prompting and made it run smoothly. I hadn't written this review when I got it fixed in Jan. But I had some concerns with the garage door and called them yesterday. Caleb showed up promptly and addressed it. So I know it is not a one-off. I am very much satisfied with the service and can't recommend them enough. read more

Our garage door wasn't working. I called one outfit and their next available appointment was two weeks out. I called Same Day Garage Door Service late that day and they were able to come out the very next day. They rebalanced the door which totally out of balance, and lubricated the door. They also installed a new motor, since the current motor was working intermittently, and was over twenty years old. They also synced up my wife's car Bluetooth to the new garage opener. The whole job took about two hours. Celeb, the technician was Great! Explained everything very clearly. I was very satisfied with their service. Dave E. read more

I called two companies for a quote to replace doors and they showed up almost at the same time. The door didn't need replacement and needed just servicing. I went with the other company because I already committed, but I liked how Caleb took the situation and still was really helpful . Definitely a great company to work with! They had great communication throughout the entire process (upon initial inquiry, to the day of appointment to the appointment itself!) They requested to come earlier which was fine and appreciated. He really shared insight and you can tell he was very knowledgeable of garages and how they work. When it came to the prices you can tell they were all about providing superior quality work and that their prices were second to that. Upon starting the job he not only fixed our spring but also inspected everything to ensure our garage was working the best it could. He offered some suggestions and also did light work to make it work smoother. We are overall very happy with the work and look forward to using them for any future garage work. We definitely recommend them and will refer them as well! read more

Tyler did a great job on replacing our door garage springs! Very professional, highly recommend this company!

EXCELLENT company. I used Yelp to get estimates on garage door maintenance and had 6 vendors almost immediately respond. 'Same Day Garage Door Service' was the first to offer a technician to come out within hours and had the lowest 'Tune and Lube' estimate. I got an appointment booked for a couple hours out and the technician (Tyler) was right on time and even sent a "30-mins away" text. Tyler arrived and did an assessment, answered all my questions (and I do ask a lot), and we agreed on replacing my springs along with the tune/lube maintenance. Tyler was very cool, cordial, knowledgeable, and most of all, friendly. I had our garage door serviced and had the springs replaced less than 4hrs from when I logged into Yelp to get some estimates. Thanks Tyler and Same Day Garage Door Service! read more
