We just needed a quick inspection and "tune-up," if you will, on our automatic two car garage door. Response: Worked with Eldas to schedule for next day, they were super flexible on timing and gave us a 30mins heads up before arriving. Detail: The technician (Eli) was very knowledgeable on the garage doors, the health of the device, what needed to be done now and in the future. I felt he was honest about how much time we have felt with it functioning, what tunes are actually required annually based on usage, and what people will often scam you on. This was a good experience! Price: This work cost me around $300 (tax included). I thought this was a bit more than I wanted to pay given other companies are around $150-$200, but they really went above and beyond with customer service. I'd give them 5 stars if it was a bit more affordable. Recommendation: Overall, yes, and we will likely use this company again, but I hope they offer discounts for returning customers! read more

The only thing I wish during initial consultation I was given the final price of the service that ended up doubling from initial quote. They gave me a reasonable price for removing old openers and installing a new once that I purchased myself. Eldad and his team from Summit ROCKS! A ridiculous accident happened in 1130pm resulted with a crashed garage door, frame and track, the worst: it's not our house. Found them on yelp which states they provided 24/7 services. (Later our realtor friends recommended them, too) It's TRUE! they return my call (again: AFTER MIDNIGHT!) and gave me many repair options. It REALLY calmed down the helpless me. They offered to come right away (1am !!) and I chose to meet them at 7am (amazing!). David was on-time and polite, explain detail to me about the damage, fixed and able to close the garage door quickly, and carefully. It looked 90% back to original. He also contacted Eldad to start placing order of the new door, all these in 3-4 hours. The repairing price was very reasonable, I was much more relieved. The order process was smooth. Eldad always keeps me updated and return all my calls and texts. It was a special order door, so we were informed it will take more than 6 weeks to get it. Eldad keep trying to contact the manufacturer, and we were able to get it and all installed within 3 weeks as he told me he will try his best at the beginning! They installed it right that day they picked up the new door, and the result was PERFECT! Eldad is always humble, polite and pleasant to talk with. For the unknown situation, he told me he will try his best, instead of promise me without knowing that he can. I truly appreciated that. He helped in every way he can and solved all the problems instead of adding more stress on my side. Thought I was the most unfortunate person when the accident happened, but Eldad and his team made me believe...I am still more than lucky to have found them to help me...again, at 1am. CHS/Summit didn't have a technician available until Monday, but they called me later in the day and said they were pretty sure they could take care of my door before the day ended.
