Andrew was very nice! He was very efficient and thorough. He went above and beyond his duties. I'm definitely satisfied with his work. I would absolutely refer Andrew and Rainer Garage Door to friends and family that need a new Garage system, like me or a repair. Worth the money read more

Very frustrating experience. My appointment was rescheduled 3 times, with last-minute notifications each time that the technician could not attend. The company offered no apology and showed no regard for the inconvenience caused. After the third reschedule, I lost confidence in their reliability and chose to cancel the appointment altogether read more

I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received from Marcus at Rainier Garage Door. He was professional and efficient while installing my new side-mount garage door opener. Marcus was incredibly meticulous with the setup--he organized and hid all the wiring so well that the final result looks incredibly clean. The entire installation was beautifully done. His expertise and friendly demeanor made the whole upgrade hassle-free. read more

I called Rainer door, and asked about garage door repair. I was told 140.00$for service call and fist half hour of service. Andrew came out and looked at the door, gave me a quote of 750.00$ to replace springs and center bearing( he never even checked the bearing ), also "in his opinion my rollers needed replacement "I advised need to do better on price, he replied " I don't set the prices ! " he could give me a lower rate on the rollers( but I thought he did not set the prices?? ) it all sounded like upsell approach to me and I advised I would find someone else. No hesitation on his part not another word, no counter offer, nothing , he was gone with , no further comments. I made a call to a reputable competitor who fixed my door without the unnecessary upsell pressure and saved myself 300 bucks and the door works great now. IN MY OPINION , Andrew thought he found himself a vulnerable senior citizen . read more

Alan was able to fix my garage door opener quickly and professionally. There was a mix-up with scheduling and he arrived almost two hours early, but he was very understanding and came back later when I got home. I really appreciated his flexibility and willingness to work around the situation. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the scheduling issue, but the service itself was great and I would still recommend this company. read more

Called on a Saturday which is out of regular business hours but they got back to me within 10minutes. Really appreciated that the technician helped talk through whether or not there was a way to delay the service until Monday to avoid higher cost urgent service. Unfortunately there was no way the garage could be closed so we did the emergency call which starts at $199 and includes first 30min service. Marcus arrived same day after sending me a text and was super friendly and efficient. He talked me through what my expectations were and what he planned to do and was in/out in an hour. read more

I decided to replace my ceiling mounted garage door opener with a wall mounted one to reclaim some ceiling space for storage potentially. I called up Rainier Garage Door and they have appointment available the next day. Justin came to my house and quickly installed the new garage door opener, removed the old one and mounting hardware. He even routed the wires nicely across the ceiling and hauled away the old mounting hardware that I don't need anymore. He also did a quick tune up of the garage door - solving a rubbing issue that it was having for a while. Everything was done in a little over an hour. One thing they can improve is the response time of the web form. I filled the web form Sunday night. I called them Monday afternoon. The job was done Tuesday around noon. And then I got a call in response to the web form like 30 minutes after the job. read more

Rainier has been servicing our garage door for many years (it is a heavy door which gets used far more frequently than most), and as always, the result is a properly operating, quiet door. Marcus was great. Very friendly, let me know when he'd be there and was very considerate of the surroundings. He did all the maintenance within the callout time/price, so there were no additional costs. I love it when that happens. If you need a new garage door, or like me, an older one maintained, I cannot recommend Rainier enough. read more

It is a excellent experience! I sent a quote through yelp yesterday. Though they are not the first one replying me, they replied still pretty quick. The whole process is nice and quick and the price is reasonable. The communication with both Marcus and Sales team (Miguel) are efficient. Our garage door finally works :) read more

My garage door spring broke around 1:30pm. I called Rainier and Marcus was here by 3:30! I couldn't open the door even manually with a broken spring. 3 hours later it was all fixed with new springs, cables and rollers. It works better than before and runs smooth and quiet. Marcus gave me tips on maintaining the door to keep it working for years. Rainier and Marcus did a similar repair at our rental last year and we were extremely happy with them then too. I highly recommend Marcus and Rainier Garage Door Company. read more

Sooo we've had a saga with our garage door. We moved into our new house over a year ago and right away the old garage door stopped working. We had a different company come out, replaced the motor with a chamberlain motor (not the right motor for the door... we have a very heavy 2 car garage door) and charged a ton of $. Right away that motor wasn't working properly and the other company offered to come back and change it out for more $! (Like a lot of $!) No way! We called Rainier and right away (and within minutes) Justin fixed up the existing motor and got the door to close all the way. The new motor (which we will eventually need to buy) he quoted at literally only a fraction of the cost of the one the other guy tried to sell us! To sum it up, choose Rainier for your garage door needs and don't go with any random company you find. Thank you to Rainier for being up front and honest and for getting the job done! read more

Marcus did a great job, very professional and nice. He fixed the problem quickly and helped a lot

The biggest scammers- do NOT use this company. The first red flag I should have paid attention to was their billing system, $139+ tax for a half hour to come out, and $140 hour after that broken into "15 minutes". I didn't listen to myself; a guy came out and tells me the issue is my motor or maybe rollers. I asked how he knew that, and he proceeded to try to sell me a $825 Lift Master 87504 motor, or 10 rollers with bearings for $135 + tax. I am over it. This comes to $153.04. I recently went to pay him with my card, and he started to write down my credit card number. BURNING RED FLAG, I stopped him and asked what the hell he was doing. He replies we also take checks and cash. I reluctantly paid cash for 16 minutes of service, and there is no solution to my problem. I called the company and spoke to whom I presume is the owner, Miguel, who offered no refund or discount and can care less about my issue, but happily informed me they do carry a cheaper motor a Lift Master 4 87504R for 765+ tax . PLEASE BEWARE of this company. read more

Marcus gave very good customer service and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done.

-Just wanted to say thank you to this company. They installed two new garage door openers (ours were 35 years old). Today - about 30 days after installation - one of the doors wasn't opening due to an obstruction on the light sensor. I tried to fix that but for whatever reason could not figure out how to properly reattach the door to the pulley mechanism even after watching a couple of Youtube videos. The office manager/dispatcher popped by my house and showed me how to do 20 min after my call. Fixed. I just wanted to thank you and I really appreciate it. read more

Marcus installed a new garage keyless entry, replaced the rollers and lubricated the garage springs. I had Rainer Garage Door out to my home to specifically replace my Genie motor in Mid January. Although they tried to convince me to go with Lift Master, to match the other door I needed the motor to be a Genie (which I told them in advance). My door is inoperable and have been trying to get Miguel to provide a quote for weeks. I tried to be a repeat customer, but nobody at Rainer Garage Door has been able to help. Very disappointed. read more

Quality work, efficient, and friendly. Marcus was terrific, and I'll always recommend Rainier for garage door servicing.

If I can give them 10 Star, I will. Efficient Service and extremely professional technician. Marcus is excellent! The garage door at my home was bent and couldn't close it because I accidentally drove into it before it was fully open. I found Rainier Garage door on Yelp. They are located in Bellevue and they were available to come to my location in the same day in the afternoon. After making a phone call during noon time, they arrived within just over 2 hours. The technician's name was Marcus, and I 100% highly recommend him. He was very kind, polite, humble, and within 30 seconds, I got the confidence this technician knows his thing. His skills were excellent, and he was very dedicated to his work. In a short amount of time, he swiftly repaired the garage door. In the end, he only charged less than $300 for the service. In conclusion, Rainier Garage Door provides enthusiastic and efficient service. If you need to repair your garage door, this company is definitely worth a try. Especially technician Marcus, who is gentle, polite, and makes you feel welcomed, with satisfactory work efficiency. In comparison, I got a $1200+300 quote from Ed's Garage Door Services Inc right before Rainier Garage Door. Ed's is totally scammed. After I said it's too pricy, the technician said I could probably get another company to quote $400-500, but they won't do the work properly. After I said I want to quote some more companies the technician from Ed's was very unpleasant and said this $1500 price is for today only . At the end, Rainier garage door only charged me less than $300, what a good person and good company!! Marcus wrote the receipt very clearly and he did not charge me a single cent more. I'm going to spread good words about them to my neighbors. read more

Nothing but praise for Jay at the showroom and the tech who installed my new doors. Went to the showroom on Monday (by appointment) and they were installed on Thursday. (Given the doors I chosen were not custom.) Jay made some great suggestions and recommendations during my selection, there were no hiccups and the tech even arrived early! Absolutely love the doors, and I can't believe how much of a difference it makes to have windows in the doors, to let some more light into the garage. Recently had Rainier Garage Door fixed a standard 2-car garage door, unfortunately they pulled the "Lifetime warranty" scam on us - They charged $310 for a pair of "lifetime warranty" springs, which is 5x more expensive than a standard pair of springs I can get from HomeDepot. I asked them about the brand and model of these expensive springs and was told it's made by a small company, better quality than homeDepot ones, but there is no brand or model. Search web you will see there are many articles on this common scam by garage door companies. My garage door was fixed, time will tell the quality of the work, but I definitely would not recommend this company. read more

I've worked with Rainier a couple times now. The first time they replaced the lift and did a great job. We went from a chain drive to a belt drive and love how quiet the new unit is. The tech we worked with told us it was worth the extra money and he was right. The work was done quickly and at a good price. That was a couple years ago and we've had zero problems with the lift. On Monday one of the springs on our garage door broke. These were original springs from 30+ years ago. I called Monday morning and Robert was at our house within an hour. He did say they're not always that fast, but I'm not complaining ;-). He quickly fixed the spring, but also spent time adjusting the garage door on the rack, bolted the sensors to the frame, and lubricated the wheels. Our garage door is even quieter than before. I can't say enough about how courteous and helpful Robert was. It's nice to see professionals that enjoy their work and take pride in doing an outstanding job. read more

When I closed my garage today it made a big crashing sound. Upon inspection, I saw the two cables to each side of the door hanging loose. Rainer Garage Door was very professional and suspected a broken spring. They quoted me prices for replacing the cables and prices for the spring. They also were able to get to my place in Seattle on the same day. They told me between 12 and 2 but I said that would not work since I needed to pickup my kids from school. I asked if after 2 would work and they figured it out. Robert came out at 2 and was able to get it done in a little over 30 minutes. I would definitely call them out for future issues. read more
