We ended up reaching out to another company. That company was able to come out same day within two hours. The technician found several different serious issues wrong with the door. One of the bigger things was on the latest repair they had done, which was about seven months ago, they reused the same springs who already were on their last leg and said nothing. They may be appealing for value but in the long run you will regret it. Please please pleaseeee do not use them. I honestly can say I regret using them. I am not one to leave bad reviews and can find a good in most situations, but not this time. Do not hire Stephen or his company.

Not only did they install a beautiful custom made railing on my interior stairs and the bridge that connects both sides of my upstairs, they also coordinated with their subcontractor, Prymych Home Services, to replace my carpeting with LVP flooring. City Bee ran both the railing and flooring projects so I had one quote, one contract and one project manager. Their price was very competitive, they did high quality work, and they finished in a timely manner. Oleksandr, the owner, project managed everything and made himself available all throughout the project. He was very responsive to all my questions and provided thorough answers so I could understand the technical aspects of the work. He did a fantastic job on those 2 units. I also got him to redo my bathroom tub caulking . The previous guys claim over 9 years of lifetime, it was less than 10 months. So don't buy into those who offer these crazy lifetime on your bathroom caulking. TK did my tub caulking and told me the truth, "maybe a year " he said which is exactly what I got from the previous people that claimed 9 years ‍. I'm already looking at a few new smaller projects for him to get started soon. I just want to pile it up so I can take up an entire day. I will be using TK soon!

It is an untouched survivor, a rare truck that sat idle since 1974. It is a very important special truck. I explained that I needed it to be as factory correct as possible. He understood the importance of the build and produced a beautiful engine. He cleaned the original 2 stage fuel pump to perfection. He kept me in the loop during the build showing me photos of the process. I was not able to be there when he ran it for its break in period but did send a video showing pressures and operation. The attention to detail was outstanding and the paint job was perfect. The engine ran perfectly. There was one slight leak that popped up ( happens) but Dan stood behind his work, fixed it and I could not be happier. I highly recommend Dan for his engine rebuilds. In today's world it is hard to find a reputable, honest machine shop. You can trust Dan. I am Washington states collector car appraiser and ex Concours judge. After booking my appointment weeks in advance (he couldn't get me in sooner than that?), he was a COMPLETE NO-SHOW. Apparently, even my texting him earlier on the same day of that first missed appointment didn't make him realize that we had an appointment that day. After he didn't show, I called him, & he rescheduled for the very next day (why did it take him weeks to get me in before?). And then he canceled the SECOND appointment an hour or two before the appointment window was ending, so effectively, a no-show 2 days in a row. (I had taken 2 days off work for him.) He told me he "didn't do" the floor repairs I needed an estimate of, though he had scheduled me for exactly that in the first place, & prior to the FIRST missed appointment, he already had photos of my flooring. Then he never texted back after just telling me he wouldn't help me. His communication was consistently slow or absent. One of the worst parts was that when I wrote a complaint about him on Yelp, he had the nerve to reply & say he had never heard of me & that we had never done business together, not realizing I've got ALL the receipts--incoming & outgoing phone calls to his phone number, and texts showing exactly what he said to me & when he said it--he even signed his name to those texts. When I called him out on his outright lies, telling him I could prove it, he literally immediately deleted & rewrote his reply to me to be all sweet and apologetic, which REPLACED the answer where he basically called me a liar & said he had no idea who I was and that we had never been in contact. (He replied that to someone else awhile back, too. Makes me think that was a lie as well.) Ilya is a DOUBLE NO-SHOW, an outright liar, & a real piece of work. SUPER shady.
