Inconvenient Appointment Slots: Appointments are scheduled in inconvenient four-hour blocks, with cancellations and rescheduling common occurrences, causing further inconvenience 4. Difficulty in Escalation: Escalating warranty issues is met with roadblocks, with technicians lacking authority to make decisions independently and a call center manager acting as a decision maker 5. Decline in Local Service: With the loss of local ownership, the company's service experience has deteriorated, resulting in a frustrating customer experience A transparent approach from the company, acknowledging the change in ownership and warranty policies upfront, would have saved us considerable time and frustration.
