Can eat almost anywhere for $50 a person

Woah this place got expensive, 27 dollars for Mongolian beef. It's the smallest portion of beef I have ever seen. 162 dollars for a dinner for 3. No leftovers and the food was good. Not great, total rip off.

Paid a visit with friends to the PF Changs after a long time. Glad we made a reservation as there was a short wait. We were seated right away, service was pretty prompt. The Japanese old fashioned was well made, id recommend the drink ! For mains, we ordered chicken, lettuce wraps, egg drop soup, Mapo tofu and dynamite shrimp. Overall the food was pretty decent, better than what we expected. Would have liked some more flavor and spice.

Sweet potato dumpling. I didn't like it.

I use to love this place but I'm over it. What I will say is that the cocktails are top tier. Especially the frosted cranberry cosmo and lemon drop. This particular experience was mid. The food was just okay. The service was slow. The ambiance was the ambiance per usual.

I had received an email for $20 off a $40 purchase so I figured we hadn't been to a PF Chang's in a while so let's go... I read over their menu online and saw they were offering a Special Chef's Feast Menu for 2 starting at $39.98 and you can combine the offers so that's perfect. The special includes a cup of soup or house side salad, one appetizer to share, and one entree per person w/ a side of steamed white or brown rice. You can do different upgrades at an additional charge. So we went with a cup of hot & sour soup and a cup of egg drop soup. My husband liked his hot & sour soup because he likes spicy food. I had the egg drop. I've actually never had that before because I just didn't like the looks of it. I normally eat wonton but that wasn't one of the options offered. It was actually pretty good. It had a good flavor and I would eat it again. For our appetizer we had the Chicken lettuce wraps. This is one of my favorites and I always get this if I see it on a menu. They were delicious and the chicken was very flavorful topped off with sauce provided. For our entrees we shared the Mongolian Beef $4 up charge, and the Crispy honey shrimp $3 up charge with white rice Both entrees were delicious... We had plenty of leftovers to take home and no room for dessert. You could also add on a dessert for an $8 up charge. I really wanted that Great Wall of Chocolate Cake... maybe next time. It did take a while to get our waters refilled and to get our check because our server was also the bartender even though we were sitting at a table but she was quite busy making drinks. I hope to return soon and try some other selections...

1/27/24: We made a reservation for dinner. Prior to entering the restaurant, you'll see a tall horse standing guard in front of the restaurant. Came at our designated reservation time and seated immediately. Justin was our friendly server. Cocktails: Started out with Lunar Elixir & Coconut Mojito! The Lunar Elixir is on the sweet side. It reminded me of Bazooka Bubble Gum. The Coconut Mojito was definitely the winner. Appetizers: Crab Wontons were just okay. Could've used more crab. Entrees: Salt & Pepper Prawns & Chang's Spicy Chicken. Both entrees were very good. The Prawns were nicely seasoned. However, the Spicy Chicken edged out the Prawns. We had white rice for sides. No dessert. Trying to work off the holiday desserts. Very good customer service from beginning to end. Parking is plentiful for PF Chang's, as it's located in the Willowbrook Mall.

Dessert was this fried bananas with coconut/pineapple ice cream. ABSOLUTELY LOVED this!!

We always go to the PF Changs at the Tropicana in Atlantic City and we haven't been there since before Covid. Had lunch there before heading into the mall for some after Christmas shopping. We started with the Crispy Green Beans and the Dynamite Shrimp - both were DELISH!! My son ordered the Crispy Honey Chicken, his girlfriend ordered the Singapore street noodles while I ordered my tried & true order of Salt & Pepper prawns with brown rice Angel was an excellent waiter - attentive and provided great recommendations

I was in the mood for Chinese and ordered from here. I ordered the crispy honey shrimp online. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked in and went to the back for pick up. A nice man got my food and gave it to me. When I dug in, it was just ok. The flavors were just ok. All in all, I had an ok experience.

First time there and the food was pretty good. Favorite dish was the mongolian beef with white rice. The beef was very soft and delicious. Also liked Changs chicken lettuce wraps but I felt it needed something spicy. The sauce it came with was good but thought it would be like a spicy mayo. The beef egg rolls were delicious but didn't like the sauce. The Spicy chicken was not spicy at all, not even a small kick to it so was disappointed since I love spicy food. We asked for a side of hot sauce but the waitress kept forgetting it and by the time we got it, I was basically done with my plate. Overall food was good and I'll be coming back to try new dishes.

Three star only for the food - the flavor is delicious. The service on the other hand needs lot of improvement. Not having your front person greet you when you arrive at a restaurant is crucial. We were not greeted just as many other customers. Then we asked to be seated in a booth (as we were only two) and it was a flat out "no". Our waiters kept pasting back and forth and saying sorry for his lack of attention. A big chain restaurant like this shall have more trained staff. The service needs to be on point because even though the food is good, people always remember how they are treated. The servers were all over the place too. Not sure if it was just our impression, but it seems to be a disconnect in the overall service staff - lack of detail and attention. Hope that the manager can get a grip on this, because I did not see any managerial staff on the floor. The decor is ok, nothing impressive.

The whole experience brings out a sense of nostalgia for one's childhood at grandmother's house. Today, many scratch kitchens pride themselves on making something particular. Located at a strip mall off of Minnisink Road in Totowa, my partner and I decided on dinner at Robert's Scratch Kitchen for some of us as first-timer. The reservation was easily made via OpenTable. Upon arrival at this cozy, inviting, and relaxed BYOB establishment, we were greeted by the owner, Robert, and got a table immediately by the window. The menu featured a variety of Italian, seafood, steak, pork, and veal dishes that change with the seasons, including a full gluten-free option catered especially to those with celiac. Their usage of an iPad shows the rotated specials was a novel idea. For starters, we decided on the Artichoke Hearts and Apple Salad. Our main meal consisted of Linguini and Clams as well as Eggplant Parmesan. The food was constantly fresh and prepared exactly how we had ordered it. The portions were healthy portions. The price was comparable to the area. The staff was attentive and wanted to ensure that we were happy. Our server was Juan. We had a wonderful culinary experience.

For dessert, we had the lava cake, which unfortunately was a little dry. Overall, the service was very good, and the experience was enjoyable. I'd give this place 4 stars.

Service was quick and attentive, and we did not feel rushed and were able to enjoy a pleasant time chatting. Drinks: the black walnut Manhattan, Fig jam old fashioned, wine , beer and port. Drinks were all excellent, i tasted the Manhattan and enjoyed it over the Fig Jam. For apps: Clams oreganato (the couple with us enjoyed this), flat bread (was much more like pizza than flat bread, but still tasty, per my husband), and on the special New England Clam Chowder which was very good, not too thick and decent and fresh clams in it. Entrees: Shrimp Risotto scampi, very flavorful Risotto cooked perfectly. Two of us ordered the Cajun Mahi Mahi, over spinach with mashed, and 2 shrimp. the Cajun sauce was tasty with the perfect amount of heat, shrimp and mahi-mahi fresh and cooked perfectly. Rigatoni Bolognese which my husband enjoyed and said it was almost as good as my Italian mother's (like a good son-in-law) lol Dessert: Crème Brûlée - Brûlée was perfect, the crème was a little too thick for me. I ate it and enjoyed it, but not the best I've had. My husband ordered the key Lime Pie happy that it did not include nuts in the crust as some do, he thought it was good. Overall we had an enjoyable albeit pricy meal with good service. I would come back if other's wanted to go but it would not be my go to place.

As far as the food goes, my husband and I both agree that it's good and worthy of a re-visit in the future however, it wasn't blow your socks off! I got the chicken ramen and I literally got two pieces of chicken in my ramen....i was definitely expecting more than that. My husband got the chicken chashu and he said it was a solid option. I want to be so clear that this five star review is based off of our fantastic server, Yosef. He was so friendly, so personable and an overall pleasant worker! He made conversation with us and made sure we had everything we needed to have the best experience. Nowadays, people are so unfriendly and just there to collect a check. JINYA, you are very lucky to have a worker of this nature! Thank you for making our dinner a great experience. We will gladly be back in the future to try another dish and hopefully get the same wonderful customer service.

(But each statement is said, and meant, with sincerity.) It's large (high ceilings adding to the 'wow factor'). It has a great look and vibe. The entire staff are profusely positive. As for the ramen... the broth was chock-a-block with flavor and veggies and noodles and a whole array of goodies (black oil, crispy garlic nubs, creamy tofu, you name it). The Mrs. (who is the real connoisseur when it comes to ramen, I'm just a wannabe) thought the portion was a bit on the 'wimpy' side (for the price) but I was content. (We arrived at the tail-end of happy hour, so maybe I was a bit more forgiving since the bill wasn't as bad as it could've-would've been.)

***2 1/2 stars***…read more I've driven past this place on 23 a gazillion times, and...there's a reason it's never occurred to me before now to stop in. It honestly looks pretty shady/decrepit (though looks CAN be deceiving) and has an equally suspect hotel next to it that could easily find itself the centerpiece of a true crime doc. But it WAS open on Jan 1, we needed a lunch spot after the First of the Year hike, and one chum in particular had a hibachi hankering. So off we went. I'm trying to be as diplomatic as I can, but it's honestly in massive need of upgrades throughout the establishment. Beyond the outdated decor (the bar was ROUGH looking), it smelled like cleaning products in most areas, and that was pretty obviously because they decided to do their cleaning during normal business hours. There were literal buckets and bottles of bleach on the floor. When my chum and I went to use the restroom shortly after arriving, we couldn't immediately go in - the bathroom was temporarily shuttered for cleaning, despite the fact that the restaurant had opened within the hour. That flat-out shouldn't happen. I don't know if the staffer in charge was late but this is basic upkeep that should be done before or after customers are on the premises. That's all to say the vibes aren't great, and some of that is easily fixable. I can't say we really built up an appetite navigating a bike path for an hour in the snow and ice, but we did get two apps to split - the chicken katsu at my request, and rock shrimp. The rock shrimp were very good; decent portion/large shrimp, but the katsu was a miss. This is the second time I've been burned by this particular dish, I think because I keep deciding it's going to be chicken katsu curry but without the curry it's a very, very dry, flavorless item. Both times this has happened, the chicken katsu was accompanied by a watery tonkatsu sauce that was overly sweet and not great. But again, this isn't the first time this has happened so this may not be an issue specific to Izumi - maybe this is just a crappy app? Anyway. If you're katsu curious, I would recommend only ordering it in the context of the curry. Despite initially eyeing up the chicken katsu option on the lunch menu (which I was told wasn't applicable for a holiday), I succumbed to peer pressure and joined the hibachi bandwagon, opting for the chicken. A few chums got steak, and I think at least one got shrimp. Honestly, the chicken is a miss and I'd avoid it if you can. It's super dry (at least they're consistent in that regard with the poultry), and the teriyaki they're using for it is super salty. Just not a good dish. I tried the steak, which was significantly better, as was the shrimp, which was my favorite. Very tasty. The star of the hibachi meal though was the fried rice and the noodles. I initially asked for white rice, thinking there'd be a ton of shizzle in the fried rice (like onions, peppers, etc.) but it was literally just rice and egg from what I could tell. The noodles were delicious and widely acclaimed in our party. So ultimately uneven but the hibachi had some highlights. I'd say the service was pretty decent. A lot of the hibachi experience comes with a bit of showmanship from the chef, by definition. I haven't been to a ton of hibachi places but the fellow we had was pleasant and...skilled at hurling zucchini into people's mouths? I guess that's an endorsement? We had tons of food and I don't recall any complaints about the meat prep or anything involving the actual cooking. I feel like I've seen "flashier" performances but it's certainly not something I care a ton about - I'm in it for the food and can watch an exciting portrayal on the Criterion Channel from the comfort of my home. Honestly, this would have been a neutral or slightly positive experience if the fumes from the cleaning products nearby weren't a constant presence; it was like eating a meal in the hall of a hospital wing. I think you can do quite a bit better than this place, for your tastebuds and sinuses.
