Horrible food. Only the service was good hence the 2 stars. They don't know how to make your. It Was horrible tasteless.

I was only in town for the night and I never pass up PF Changs but this location in particular should of been avoided. I ALWAYS order Mongolian beef and it has never failed me until now. I honestly think it's just this restaurant. My meat was super dry, no glaze, and they were out of soy sauce. If this is your first time eating PF Changs, please try a different location. Everything about this place is great but the portions could be a little bit more which isn't always a bad thing, it leaves me wanting more.

Take out is bad. You order chopsticks, plates n fortune cookies and the server forgets plates, go figure !

We sat in the bar area. Bianca was our waitress. She did everything wrong! Could not get a second drink. Had no sauce for our lettuce wraps. She never made it back with our take out boxes. She never picked up any dishes. We still tipped her but she did not deserve it! They need to do something about the service! read more

I actually love PF Changs food but only go when I am with my mom because the service is so bad. We went this last Saturday for lunch at 1 pm and once again bad service. The manager, hostess and two wait staff stood visiting at the front desk for about 15 minutes while we waited for a waiter. After 20 minutes I went to the the front desk and asked if we could get a waiter to our table. It took 25 minutes for us to get our drinks. The place was not even really that busy, so I do not understand what the problem was. They sent us a free appetizer because it took them so long, but it is highly unprofessional to have to go ask for a waiter. read more

Had lunch here yesterday. The service was great, the food was great and the noise level was great. We were served right away and sat in the bar area. The won ton soup and lettuce wraps were cooked just right. The only complaint I have is the salt content of the food here. It's very high in sodium. However, it's a great place to stop for lunch or a late dinner. Don't go here during 6 - 8:30 p.m. on a weekend. you will wait forever. read more

I've been here many times and it's usually great. However, we went on my birthday (May 3) and it was not. I actually would have returned my food but our server had already brought two wrong meals for my husband and daughter and had to get them redone (they ordered chicken fried rice and she brought chicken chow mein or something). DO NOT ORDER THE NEW LOBSTER FRIED RICE!!! It was awful. The lobster tasted like it had been sitting out in the sun all day. The rice wasn't fried like normal fried rice. Nasty, nasty food. I barely choked down a couple bites. Luckily, we ordered chicken lettuce wraps, which were great as usual. And the agave margarita was good. The dessert (the banana one with coconut ice cream) was superb. I wish I had not tried a new entree, especially on my birthday. But I've never had a bad meal there until now. Ah well. After waiting 50 minutes for a table, I found the table to be dirty . The food was not hot. I ordered 2 to go meals for family members at home One entree was not even in the bag and rice was not included with the second. When I called the manager, Apbi, he was clearly frustrated and said I should have checked the bag and by the way"rice is complimentary " He did offer to replace the entree I had ordered but not received if I would come back to the restaurant He would not credit my credit card. Came here twice. The first time I had the potstickers. They were great! The second time I ordered over the phone for pickup. When I got home to finally eat the food was not good at all...I ordered the chicken fried rice, beef and broccoli and potstickers. The chicken fried rice smelled good but was dry and had no seasoning. The beef was over cooked and some pieces were crunchy. We haven't been to PF Chang's in years but the last time we went I remember it as being above average to good. The lettuce wraps now are served with iceberg lettuce instead of bibb, which makes them very messy to handle. They have also switched to low sodium ingredients which made all of our food virtually tasteless. The egg rolls and wontons were soaked in oil, so I'm thinking they were fried at too low of a temperature or not drained properly. The sauce on the cashew/almond chicken was watery and tasteless (manager said the recipe had changed recently). Overall I wished we had gone to our local mom n pop Chinese place for 1/3 the cost. I'm leaving 2 stars instead of one because the manager apologized profusely and took part of the bill off. read more

Came in for lunch with my mom for her birthday and was on a bit of a time crunch because I was on break for work. The food came out fast, the chicken lettuce wraps were amazing as always! So excited, so disappointed! I ordered the New Dish, Korean Steak Bulgogi. New York Strip, dry & overcooked, only a few mushrooms, carrots were advertised to be on the meal, still looking, rice so dry it was dusty, only a few sprouts. A $5.00 value for a $$$ price! read more

Before today, I had never been to P F Chang's. By the time I left this visit, I'm ready to come back again! This place has some incredible Chinese grub, and they come in big portions. I got the chicken fried rice and the sesame chicken, and both were sensational, full of flavor. The service was also very outstanding. I sat at one of the tables near the bar, and Amanda was just incredible and friendly to me, promptly getting me my iced tea and my entree. There will definitely be another visit on the horizon, and I can't wait to try some of their shrimp dishes. If you like Chinese food, then give this place a go. Lots of menu items to choose from, but be ready for family-style helpings. read more

I love Pf Changs, but I will NEVER go to this one again!!! They hire thieves as waiters!! Here let me tell you the story and ill let you be the judge: So me and my boyfriend decide to stop and eat at this Pf Changs after we left the Grapevine mills mall. So we get sat and order our food. During the wait we both whipp out our phones and start doing what most people do with there iphones...Facebook, google etc. When the food arrived my boyfriend put his phone in his pocket and i set my phone on the table by the wall (we were sitting in a booth). Well we finish eating, pay, and leave. I get in the car and start reaching for my phone in my purse have a huge purse so it took me about a minute to realize that it wasn't in my purse, but still sitting on the table in the restaurant. By that time my boyfriend had pulled onto the access road, so we had to go back around to get to the restaurant. Well in this panic i decide to call the restaurant and let them know to look for it because we were on our way. The manager was very cooperative and said he'd look for it, while in the mean time i decided to call it so it wold ring and light up for him to find it. OOOOhhhh but what do i get when i call MY phone, that i was just on that sill has a half of battery left...oh that's right my voice mail. SO if you know anything about cell phones you know that when a phones goes directly to voice mail its been turned off. And that's when my heart sank, because that means someone has found my phone and turned it off so it wouldn't ring when we were looking for it....they had no intentions of turning it in or finding its owner. So by the time i get back to the restaurant, we had been gone for 5 minutes. I asked my waiter if he had seen a phone, and he nervously said no. I then asked who bussed my table, and he said he did, but he didn't see a phone.... yet he was over anxious to "grab a number to call me in case it turned up". The manager I think his name was Robert was very nice and help full, but at that particular moment i was thinking he was involved too because he was overly nice. But idk at that moment i thought everyone was involved. But he was very polite and professional wheni was cursing. when i expressed that i strongly thought it was an employee he said he'd keep a look out for any employee who all of a sudden got a new white iphone 3gs (which is discontinued)...he also asked for any special apps i might have had as he would talk the employee into letting him see their "cool new phone" and know that it was really mine. Ok still not sold...well I had purchased a iphone locating anti theft program for my iphone, so when i went home i logged on and was able to track through GPS that my phone was at PF Changs!! Now when we finished eating the restaurant was closed, so when we went back to search for the phone the manager had to unlock the doors to let us in. Sooo when i got home and logged onto the GPS the only people believe were still there are employees. I was so mad that I knew that if i went up there I would have been arrested, I just couldn't believe the level of integrity people have these day...I would have turned that phone in immediately or tried and find a contact that says mom or dad and call them to let them know i found there phone ( I have done that twice in my life)....sooooo I told my self that that sorry waiter obviously need it more than i did if he had to steel it so I decided to just think of it as giving to charity. Plus that idiot doesn't know that he's not going to be able to use it like he thinks because of the software on it...hes better off returning it and seeing if he gets a reward!! WHooo sorry for the novell.....so in conclusion i will never eat there again, because if a waiter is willing to steal your phone, who's to say he wont add a little more on his tip, or steal ur card info. I know you may think that's an extreme, but isn't it an extreme to steel a $400 cell phone from someone who just tipped you!!?? We went to PF Changs at 7:50 with a reservation for 8. We were seated by 7:55. At the table we ordered our appetizers, vegetarian lettuce wraps and the kale and quinoa dip. Unfortunately the dry ingredients (lettuce and the fried wontons that came with the dip) were in very small quantity. We had to ask for more. After that we ordered the Mao Po Tofu, Stir Fried Eggplant, Buddhas Feast, and Garlic Noodles with Brown Rice. The food was phenomenal and delicious. Towards the end of the meal we saw clumpy noodles at the bottom of the dish. The noodles were uncooked and a little tough. The waiter gladly took the noddles away and asked if we wanted a new plate or if he should take care of it. We asked if he could take care of it and he did. My only complaints in general about this place would be that the food is very very over priced and that none of the food can be made vegetarian. We asked if they could make veggie dumplings or if they could make the summer rolls vegetarian and they said no. Other than that the food was great. read more

We ordered mangolian beef . The beef was not tender and very hard to chew. We also ordered lemon chicken to share among two from the share part of the menu, but when the lemon chicken came I was shocked to see that it cannot be shared because the chicken was a very small piece. I am so unbelievably upset about our food we received today. It was pouring down rain, so a co-worker and I decided to use Dining In to get our food delivered from PFC. We love the Mongolian Beef, so we go through the ordering - which included the lunch portion where you could get a side for a whopping total of $15.00 unless you wanted fried rice - which brought it up to $16.25. We thought - ok, well we have had it before and it will be enough for leftovers for tomorrow, so we didn't mind paying roughly $20 per person for this food. When our food arrived, the delivery person looked completely confused, which is on Dining In's side, not PFC, however, it is still a representative of their restaurant. Since we were ravenous, we pulled everything out and were pretty much shocked at the tiny amount of food we received. It was the normal black bottom, clear top to-go container that included 1/3 of the side with maybe 5-6 pieces of beef and a few green onions and hardly any sauce at all. The other side (maybe the equivalent of one small scoop) included the rice. In typical fashion - it is a whole to-go container full of the meat, mushrooms and green onions and then an extra container of rice. This was not the case. My friend's included the 5-6 pieces of beef, but she didn't end up eating it since there were pieces that were tough and bloody - not just a little blood, but it was completely red and dripping. Then we opened our egg drop soup - At least I think it was egg drop soup. It tasted like flavorless chicken broth. I don't know if the service for to-go is just not up to the same standards as the actual dine-in restaurant, but I know that this has burned me significantly and I will not be back to the dine-in restaurant or the to-go portion. If I was paying $5 -$7 for this meal, I would probably understand the amount of food, however, I cannot believe I paid $20 per meal for that. I could have gone to Pei Wei and gotten better food. We had my 70th Birthday celebration at the Grapevine PF Chang's and we had a wonderful meal with the best service I have had at a restaurant in a long time. Our server's name was Wade and he did not take a note for our party of six and every order was correct and every refill on drinks was also correct. He was courteous and we never had to ask for anything as he took care of us so well that we didn't even have to ask. My personal favorite dish had been removed from the menu but since it had only been a few days, Wade asked if they could still make the dish, which they did. Fully irritated with my experience today at P.F. Chang's. I made a reservation for 4 at 1p, and we ended up having one extra person come. It was relativity slow in the restaurant all together for it still to be the lunch rush, our server Brandon had our table and 3 others. In the service industry, this is typically manageable? However, for some reason, we were having to grab his attention any time we needed something. We weren't overly needy, we just wanted drinks, an appetizer, and to order our lunch. Brandon not once asked us if we'd like anything to start with, in fact he repeatedly walked right by us without checking on us. Once we caught his attention to order our appetizer he was walking away in the midst of my family member talking! I find this not only rude, but disrespectful. After 25 MINUTES of waiting on Brandon to take our order, we had to grab his attention again so we could place it. I only have an hour to take lunch, and I still have to drive back to my office - typically this is known during lunch time on the week days that food needs to be rushed so people are actually able to sit there and eat. Unfortunately for me this was not the case. I had to get my food to go, and by the time I got back to my office it was soggy. (I work 10 minutes away.) This is not the experience I was looking forward to having with my family at P.F. Chang's today. IF I return I will be requesting to sit in ANYONE OTHER THAN BRANDON'S SECTIONS. read more

One of the worst restaurant experiences my wife & I have had. Server forgot to separate the checks even though was clearly communicated and an obvious situation, w/ two couples. Then mess up the order. Then came back and said she didn't tell us that the dish we ordered wasn't what she had told us originally. Then it began. This is where it gets bad b/c up to this point is slightly just the norm of going out to eat on a regular basis. Stuff like that happens and usually not a big deal b/c many ways to resolve/make right. However at PF Chang's they don't make it right...they belittle you & become belligerent. Which did not see coming as it is on the side of a nicer restaurant. So when we asked to make it right by bring out the now missing desert, the server left and now the manger arrives w/ the classic "What seems to be the problem?" Well we said we had already explained to the server so if you could just get w/ her, she would share our issues/needs but she proceed to belligerently condescendingly tell us basically that they were right? And we were wrong? Now we're just having dinner and didn't come to fight w/ a restaurant manger about who's right? We just wanted what we had ordered. Bill is finally split between couples and we now see that after all this there's no attempt to provide customer service as our final bill was $1.36 more! The server now then shows up and one final jab says "Sir is there anything wrong now w/ your bill?" My wife and I just stared at each other and I promised I would never take her here again. read more
