I noticed most people (not me) called in their orders, which meant they had minimum wait time. We ordered Kung pao chicken with white rice (this came with an egg roll), and an order of combination fried rice. If you want condiments, make sure you grab them before you leave. The orange chicken is very delicious and the spicy oil that is on the table is always a welcomed addition. The crab rangoons and egg rolls are good but nothing to write home about. Called in and placed an order for delivery at 7:57pm on a Friday. Seems like the call doesn't go directly to the restaurant but to a third party call center. She took my order and card number over the phone and charged it immediately. Stated the food should arrive in about 40 minutes or so (which is perfectly fine it was a decent sized order) i was texted a receipt and waited. 9pm rolls around and we are a little confused as to why we haven't received our food. We call the restaurant where we get the same woman from the call center she states she will call the restaurant for us to find out and leave us on a 10 minute hold. We then hang up, call back to a different woman answering the phone. They keep telling us they're trying to get in contact with the restaurant but no answer. By this time it's 9;30 and we ask to cancel the order and request a refund (total was around $70 plus a tip) they say they will cancel. 9:45 I receive a call that my food is currently on the way i tell them yet again no i don't want the food i want to cancel! The driver then still pulls up to my house 2 hours after ordering (they use uber eats to deliver there food now) he is texting me saying he has arrived and i politely say no thank you that we have canceled this order multiple times now and apologize to him that he wasted his time coming here. The worse experience ever with this restaurant and we've been ordering for a few years now. Never again. read more

WOW! Where has this place been? I read a few reviews on Yelp and thought I would give it a 2nd try in two days! The food tastes amazing! Not dripping with oil and the veggies were really snappy and fresh even the chicken tasted fresh! Odd in the Covid times of cutting cost and corners to get an extra buck. As others have commented there is an odor to the place from years of cooking & frying I guess. Food came out quickly and we got large portions which is a big PLUS. They ain't perfect as with the egg rolls, those did not taste very good. I will go back and few times and ... IF... they can keep up the quality and freshness. The smell could be the cooking oil that they use, or the plates that were just sitting out at the two tables I sat nearby waiting for my order. My food was ready pretty quickly, & the lady that took my order was pretty friendly. General Tso's were delicious, meat was cooked well and the flavor was there. Crab Rangoon's can sometimes be a hit or miss, however they are pretty delicious here! The sweet and sour chicken was a bit over cooked for my liking. The flavors are good. The fried rice tasted a bit oily. The egg roll appeared to have been fried in old oil. The ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars was because the lady on the phone when I placed my order was super rude, her customer service skills were horrible and she basically rushed me off the phone... not cool! The food was delicious, delivered at 20 mins on the dot, ready to eat nice and hot! Also, I am going to add that our delivery guy was extremely kind and super friendly! So for our yummy food, my daughter order the shrimp lo mein, her friend ordered the chicken lo mein and for myself, I changed it up a bit and decided to go with the veggie mei fun which was suuuper delicious with a touch of soy sauce. After my order was late I called the restaurant trying to find out the status of my order and was told they didn't know and the manager would call me back. Over ten minutes later I tried to call them twice for them not to answer my calls I used a different phone and they answered on the first ring. I was told once again that they didn't know where my order was and the manager would call me back in a few minute. Fifteen minutes later my food shows up, I never got a call back from the manager.
