This place used to be one of my go to Chinese food places. It is now a place I will avoid. I have order delivery from here a few times at my new place and it is always an issue. The first few times I was understanding and my new place can be kind of confusing to find the front door. In the notes section I give a lot of directions and notes to help the driver. They have never been followed. Today I placed an order asking for shrimp fried rice and I wanted it a little spicy. The only options online are x spicy, xx spicy, and xxx spicy. So I checked the box x spicy. I have order spicy lo mein, chicken fried rice, and shrimp fried rice plenty of times from this location and there was never an issue. On this occasion of course they didn't follow the directions I gave to my front door so I had to go meet the delivery driver. My order on this occasion was soooooo extremely spicy that I couldn't even eat it. I called to tell them about the order issue and whomever I spoke to was careless and had no solution for me. He said I should have put something in the notes about how much spice I wanted. That would be a great suggestion however anytime I have placed request in the notes it is always ignored. When I explained that to the person I was conversing with on the phone I was told there was nothing they would do. Not even an offer to remake the order. It sucks that this was a place I would suggest to people give how far they have fallen in quality and service. Such a disappointment. read more

Used to be reliable and consistent food for a good price. Last visit they messed up my order and did a lot of chatter but no apology or any offer to correct. Thought it was a one time mistake, I was wrong, messed up my order again and my sweet and sour chicken was just chicken, they forgot the sweet and sour. This will be last errored menu order; too many other places that can do it right and just as consistent with the food. Get the basics down, and do it right or you will continue to lose business. This is our favorite 'Chinese' place. It's not really Chinese, it's Mongolian. Yet, the food here has a New York Style flavor to it that takes us back. And, because there are little to no good Chinese restaurants in DFW, this place is godsent. We always order the Shrimp Fried Rice plus any other menu item and ask them to hold the side of white rice. Having recently visited Hong Kong and SE Asia, I have a newfound appreciation for real Chinese food. This place is pretty good. I had the Mongolian Beef, my gf had the Moo Goo Chicken and we both ordered Hot & Sour soup. The soup was alright - I wish it was a little less syrupy and had more tofu in it, but the fresh mushrooms were a decent improvement. I added the hot chili oil to give it a tad more flavor. Mongolian Beef was cooked well. I though there were way too many onions and not enough green onions or slices of beef. I honestly though the Moo Goo Chicken was the best thing we had. It was light and flavorful, seasoned well, and good proportions of food. The fried rice that comes alongside is very basic, not much egg and no peas or carrots. I don't have any complaints, because the price was fantastic. You get what you pay for the value was wonderful. I'll likely go back again. read more

This place put flyers on all the doors at my apartments in Euless but when I tried to order online (the flyer was a 10% online order saying they deliver) it said that if it's outside of a 5 mile radius they won't deliver and it said that I am 5.1 miles away so I called them to try to explain the lady could not understand me so I was going to not get it but my girlfriend was pretty set on wanting it so I drove and picked it up their crab Rangoon's were like cardboard I got the fried shrimp rice and the shrimp was so rubbery and the rice tasted old. They no longer have eat in but I never did that anyway. The older couple were fast and friendly. Oh they have drive through. I prefer sesame seed, chicken 'dine-in' hands down if you want max crispiness!!!! Travel container takes away some of the crispiness due to moisture.
