There was no way that someone who calls themselves a chef, would have allowed that to be plated. If anything, the shrimp should have gone into the trash. So, unacceptable. Shrimp Flat Noodle Stir-Fry: Another blunder, the shrimp were the same. Not edible, and the sauce was like soup; it was very loose and lacked flavor. I couldn't let this go by without being acknowledged by their management; they need to know what's coming out of their kitchen, not all will speak up. Management: Henry, the manager, was exceptional; I don't want that to be missed. When I called to speak with a manager, the information was given to him, including the purchase receipt they had on file. With me not being there to show him the food, I thought that was going to be an issue. If needed, I would have been more than happy to head back with the food. I explained to him the condition of the shrimp in the rolls and entree, and he offered a refund or to remake the items. I wanted to pay for what was made well, but he refunded the whole order. That was kind of him, and I hope, after speaking with me, he spoke to the chef about our call. They have great boba, but I don't trust the other foods enough to suggest more than that. Based on the reviews, they do have things to be enjoyed, but I don't think I'll get anything else from them outside of the boba/smoothie.
