Very good food and service for a 10 pm Friday night late dinner! Friendly wait staff. I would go there again!

The food took a little longer than usual but it was worth the wait! The food was extremely fresh and everything came out the way it was ordered. Our meal was delish! Can't wait to come again. read more

Ok, so I know that this isn't "authentic" Chinese food but come on people. When do you go to a chain restaurant and expect to be served an authentic delicacy, with all the bells and whistles, without an astronomical price. I think this is a great place to go for a romantic dinner or take the family. They have little tables to huge booths. The staff has been great every time that I have gone to the one in Grapevine. The service and food is prompt. My favorite is the Beef Broccoli, but the Mongolian Beef and Sesame Chicken is also great. LOVE IT! The only thing that annoys me is that they only serve your meal with a side of brown or white steamed rice. If you want friend rice you will need to purchase the separate entree. Also, you can get around the wait time by just calling ahead and making a reservation. That's what I do every time and I never have to wait. read more

We went in for the happy hour. I didn't know the menu had changed so that was a little disappointing. The sake is awesome of course. The hot and sour soup is fabulous. The egg rolls we didn't like that much. Bit everything else was either good or very good. I wish they would change the food portion of the happy hour back to the way it was though. read more

Food is consistently good... Give it a "1" Star because of how casually they pack their food for delivery through Door Dash... NO security whatsoever to tape, seal, staple food more securely.... AMAZING in this day of COVID that they actually don't pay attention to this? Unreal... Will wait to order again for a while to see if they get this simple thing right... read more

Ordered delivered tonight- it was AWFUL. Ordered chicken Lo mein . First of all having ordered from P.F. Chang's for years we are very familiar with them. It's apparent the restaurant isn't doing well as the food quality continues to slip. The dinners were seriously 1/2 of what they always have been. The shrimp dumplings are 1/2 the size they use to be. Ordered pan fried and of course they were burnt . Overall an ender for us. We support local restaurants and are always sad to see some fail but without serious change P F Chang's will be added to that list. We will not visit or order from PF Chang again. read more

Up scale Asian bistro! We sat at the bar for a casual evening to watch the cowboys game. Asked our bartender, Cat, if the chef had any specialty's and she recommended the Miso glaze salmon. Absolutely amazing. She asked if we were feeling adventurous and willing to try something. (I'm always up to try something new and try something once)! Cat brought us the most wonderful dish which is a specialty NOT on the menu but she said I could share this with all of you! It is called Korean Chicken Stir Fry! It's a modern twist on the classic dish. Like I stated though they will make this for you but you have to ask. It is not on the menu. Seeing as we were there for the Cowboys game and a casual evening we had a few cocktails. The house specials were the Mai Thai and Red Sangria. Both were delicious and ate highly recommended if you are looking for something sweet. read more

P.F. Chang's - Menu - Chinese Near Me - Grapevine, Texas

By far the worst restaurant in the country. Screwed up our order screwed up our bill, and be manager Jose showed less than any interest in our problems. We will never go to this restaurant again. Absolutely pathetic read more

Placed at a table in front of the kitchen. Very noisy with a lot of through traffic. We asked to move and our request was accommodated. My family ordered honey chicken and ginger chicken with white rice. To be honest, they had no complaints regarding their food. I ordered the hokkien street noodles (chicken and shrimp). The dish was not at all tasty and I regretted my meal choice. Further to this, I have unfortunately spent the last two days recovering from food poisoning after eating at this establishment. The service was average and the staff not very attentive. We have frequented P.F. Chang's on numerous occasions and to be honest this was our most disappointing experience to date. Management might want to consider pulling up their boot straps... read more

Tried the new kale/Quinta dip last night as my boyfriend gave the shaking beef a try and hit a home run. While the wait was a bit longer than we hoped for with reservations made it was certainly worth the wait having Miranda as in(like Miranda Lambert) as our server. Okay, it was only 15 minutes and the manager did reach out to us to let us know it wouldn't be long. A total delight and even surprised us with a bowl of our favorite pineapple ice cream after learning the ever popular Chi Apple Cobbler was gone read more

Sat for about ten minutes before even seen and asked what we'd like to drink. Our waitress seemed high as a kite and couldn't form a single coherent sentence. We told our waitress this was our first time at a PF Changs and was hoping she'd recommend something good but she said she'd give us a minute and left us for another 15 minutes before coming back. Once our food arrived it was terrible. I've heard such great things about their food but it wasn't good and too expensive. I'll never go back. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. At least at this location. read more

We've heard about PF Chang's for years but this was our first visit. For us, it was nothing special. I read one of the reviews below and I think Panda Express is better. It tasted like everything came out of a box, it's just a chain, an American-style Chinese restaurant. We were in agreement, too many other restaurants in town to try this one again. read more

I wish I could give this P.F. Chang's location zero stars. I ordered a lunch portion Mongolian beef and a kid's meal chicken tenders. First off let me say that the Mongolian beef is by far the best meal on P.F. Chang's menu. I've never had such a horrible tasting Mongolian beef as I had at this location. There was no sauce, no minced garlic, no taste of the soy sauce and brown sugar and no ginger taste to it. It was downright awful. After my first bite I nearly threw up as the entire meal lacked any flavor. If I was recommending this to a friend, they would never return to any of Chang's location. Secondly, both items that I ordered were cold as if they were leftovers from the previous night or just left sitting out in the open air without nothing to keep the food hot. I was very disappointed and vowed to never return to this location. I called and let the managers know that they needed to sample the food that their guests are having. I spent over $30 and I could've gone someplace else for something cheaper and much better tasting. I warn anyone do not eat at this location. You will be disappointed. What I found more discouraging was that it was so full inside of the restaurant. If you're that full around lunch time, why is the food cold and not freshly made. Needless to say I got sick after one bite of this disgusting food. It was dry and lacked flavor. Hire new cooks and stick to the tried and true recipe. My experience was disastrous and I'll never recommend anyone to dine or eat out at this location. read more

The quality of the food did not match the price. We had a takeaway dinner and by the time we got the food home it was soggy. Food is better when you eat in but does not travel well. read more

My best experience here. Our waitress Olivia was super sweet and attentive. Food was also good, my filet was cooked to a perf medium rare and the butterscotch dessert is AMAZING! read more

We are all adjusting to the new way of life with COVID-19. We ordered curbside pick up, and had to go in of course. We got home and was missing our spring rolls and instead of beef and broccoli they gave us beef Mongolia. When we called the manager wanted to argue about and said I packed it myself, " I don't know what else it could be". Go to your website and look at the picture of each. My order was find, cold but fine. So for $57+5 tip we didn't get our spring rolls and 1/2 of the order was correct. I'll be happy to attach our receipt and pictures of the food. Oh along with pictures from your website. I don't really need a response, but a refund of some sort would be nice. read more

Went there for dinner last night and was highly disappointed. Had the crab wontons and pork egg rolls for appetizers and they were embarrassingly bland. We had a group of 5 and between us ordered 4 different entrees. All were either overcooked or as lifeless as Hugh Grants acting. We've had better meals at Panda Express. read more

Worst experience of my life! We are new to the area and had heard great things about this restaurant and wanted to give it a try. We went during the week after work and were impressed with the ambiance. There was no one else waiting on a table and we were seated immediately. The restaurant wasn't very busy and our server greeted us soon after we were seated. She then took our drink order. Shortly thereafter she brought our drinks to us and took our food order. She seemed new but was trying very hard to answer our questions about the menu. Okay, those are the positives from our experience. Now is where the horror story begins. We waited nearly 30 minutes for our food which in hind site, was something we shouldn't have complained about. The food order was correct. Everyone received what they ordered. What we didn't order came to us as well. My dish and my co-worker's dish had an odor that concerned me. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was busy but she would come talk to me as soon as she was available. The manager finally made it to our table. I explained my concern and she assured me everything was fine. Long story short, my co-worker and ended up in the ER later and spent the remainder of the evening there diagnosed with food poisoning. I have never felt so close to death in my life. My advice to anyone wanting to learn more about his place is to have someone else check it out for you first. read more

I haven't yet been to China, and after watching the Olympics this summer I know at some point in my life I will. As I watched several different reporters, athletes and a few Hollywood celebrities sampling the local flavors on TV I realized how much more different "Chinese" food in the states is different from what is actually in China. Case and point, PF Changs. It isn't a surprise to me that the wait to sit down at a restaurant like this was over an hour. For a party of seven, I was happy that it wasn't worse. The good thing is you can always call ahead and make reservations. While waiting it isn't hard to wonder over to the bar and order a few drinks. I'm really not much of a beer drinker but like any other American restaurant you can get your basic pick of light beers. For the ladies I recommend the Jade Martini. I'm not John Dorian, but I'd still drink it. If you're not a drinker and it isn't too hot outside spend some time outside cause it's just too crowded at the entryway. If they begin to sit you at one of the two tables almost in the entry way, you would be wise to respectfully decline until another table is available. The wait staff is very helpful and possibly too happy. If you order an appetizer go with the seared Ahi tuna, the lettuce wraps you can get at Pei Wei. If you order a drink, order two or make it a double. The wait staff has to walk to the bar to get you're drink once it's ready, if it's ready. Not to blame anyone, there just isn't a separate beverage bar for the staff so the time to get a drink to your table increases. As an entrée there is plenty to choose from. I wouldn't choose the lamb though. It just isn't that good. If you're with a group hopefully everyone will order something different which will allow everyone to try a bit of everything. The good thing is that you won't be disappointed, except with the Dali chicken. I was told it was the spiciest, but honestly it isn't very hot. I personally prefer the orange chicken. A simple dish, but a glamorous flavor! They also have a new grill menu which I have yet to try but eventually will. Just another way to Americanize this restaurant and increase profit I'm sure. The atmosphere is mildly loud, but you can still speak with your guests at inside volume levels. They just pack so many people in there that it's like your back in HS walking to class between periods. It's easy to pick up on the conversation at the next table, but if you're doing that then you're not engaged in your tables conversation as you should be. This is a great restaurant for Grapevine and it's easy to tell it attracts folks all the way from Keller and Flower Mound. Perhaps after a day of outlet shopping or exploring the local wine scene downtown; stop into PF Changs for a good Chinese dinner even if it is a bit American. read more

Visited today for lunch. Received very slow unfriendly service. The food was of the same quality as a fast food Chinese place. I had the pepper steak lunch and asked for fried rice but it came with white rice . Since I didn't have a lot of time I didn't have it corrected. Bottom line is the prices are high for what you receive , poor food and poor service. Will not return. read more

I definitely see why this place has mixed reviews. I love me some GOOD Chinese food. I'd never been here before so my friend and I went around dinner time to try it out. They weren't busy so we seated ourselves in the bar area. The service was good, the waiter himself was friendly and upbeat. The ambience on the inside was pleasant as well. I ordered the orange chicken w/fried rice. It's pretty expensive for what you get. Everything is extra. I've had my fair share of Chinese food and folks this place isn't IMO worth the price they charge. My chicken was dry and not very flavorful and seriously lacked that orange peel sauce. I'll stick to my wok express or even Panda Express if I'm really craving some Chinese. read more

One hour wait on the weekends plus Pei Wei food with a 50% premium. What's the point? I've been several times now: First when they just opened, then about a year later, and then recently because I must've forgotten how "Meh" this place is. The food isn't bad per se, it's just no different than Pei Wei. The service is good, but really, it simply isn't worth the wait. Maybe there's nothing else 'cool' in that mess of a highway area, but if you want the same food, go down Southlake Blvd to Pei Wei in Town Square. read more

Food was not cooked thoroughly. And the people around us had to send their food back also. Maybe just the chef on duty for the night?

I used to eat at the 2 in Austin when I lived there and always had great experiences with those. The on we went to in Grapevine however was a horrible experience! First off, we were told the wait would be an hour so we went outside to the front patio area with our buzzer in hand and waited...and waited.........and waited til if was almost 2 hours when I went up to the host area just to be told by the 15 yr old host with her deer in the headlights look, "Oh, we tried to buzz you afew minutes ago. It must be broken." I then looked at her book and saw about 5 or 6 tables that had been seated ahead of me! The only reason we stayed was because we were starving and it was close to 10pm. Food was mediocre at best...... read more

Service was horrible. food was ok. Check your bill they tried to over charge us $30 for sake. Took two hours to order eat and pay.

I'm big fan of their firecracker chicken and coconut pineapple ice cream. This location doesn't have the chicken and other food also tasted different and not as good as I used have in California. read more

Our experience was absolutely horrible we had reservations at 7:30 at table 67 for my best friends birthday we got sat and sat there for at least 10 min before I finally went up to the host and asked who is serving us. She finally came she didn't give us her name but I believe the recipe said Dara she took out drink order took another 5 or 10 min just for waters and she forgot 3 waters for the others in my party drinks from the bar took absolutely forever and when the men were ready for another beer we had to ask at least 3 times before we got them it's like she forgot the second we asked. We asked for literally everything from who is serving us to the little things like straws the entire time the server was very nice don't get me wrong we stayed patient cause we had a good time catching up but towards the end our patient was gone we asked for extra plates and forks she went to the back didn't come back for another 5 min then when I made eye contact she remembered what we had just asked for.. Iv worked in the service industry so I understand is anyone gets in the weeds and can fall behind I'm more than understanding but we were the only big part there and maybe 3 other tables in the whole restaurant I'm sorry but I can't make an excuse for that... wish our experience could have been better but maybe she was new and if so I HIGHLY recommend a retrain. If I wasn't forced to pay on out phones scanning the bar code that forces us to tip no lower that 18 percent she wouldn't have even gotten a 5 percent time the service lacked that much. read more

Me and the wifey had lunch at this establishment on a trip to Dallas. The food was pretty good and the portion size was fairly decent. The food had a great taste. I think the best part of the meal for my wife was the sampler of deserts. She loved them. Overall great place and would like to have dinner to see if anything changes. read more

My favorite restaurant of all time! I live for the chicken lettuce wraps and the sauce that comes with them. I also love the Kung pao chicken and chicken fried rice. The service is always really good. This location is crazy busy, so make a reservation early! We once waited 2 hours for a table because we made plans at the last minute. But what can you expect for such consistently great food? Lately I've been calling in my order or using the app and bringing the food home to eat, just to save time. read more

I had a gift card and this location is close to work so decided to order to go. I've had lunch with friends a while back here and remember it being pretty good. I wanted something real light this time so I looked at their online menu and ordered the Budda's feast vegetarian dish with stir fried tofu, steamed veggies and brown rice. I loved being able to order online ahead of time and go pick up my order for lunch. It was ready right when I scheduled it to be picked up. Service was quick and friendly even though they were super busy. I love PF's brown rice, it never disappoints at pretty much any location you go to. The veggies were good, wasn't a huge fan of the tofu at all. It was a bit on the rubbery side to me which kind of messed up the whole meal- bummer. Portions are huge here and you can totally make two meals out of one. I love their egg drop soup that came with my meal. Actually that was my favorite part of the entire meal. I think if you stick to the basics here you will do well. Tofu - probably won't do that again. read more

The food was great, but the Mapo Tofu made me sleepy and hungry. I don't know why, but the tofu still tasted good.

We were here last night. The one drink I ordered was watered down and just lacking in any taste. It was the pear mojito and I know what they are supposed to taste like. After bringing out the wrong soup, burnt and overfried spring rolls; they added mushrooms on a dish, when we had specifically asked them not to. Once we got that dish replaced, we could the second round was freshly made and tasted like they had just cooked it. All the rest of our food tasted as if it had been sitting around forever under a warmer and were thrown on a plate with whatever ingredients they had left. On the Mongolian beef, instead of the normal dressings like those white fried noodles, they just put a think layer of green onions. It was crazy. I would recommend going to walmart and getting their frozen meal packets. Save yourself the money and trip. read more

I wish I could have given no stars. The food is disgusting. We had a gift card so we got a to go order. We tried the peppered steak, beef with broccoli and sesame chicken. The peppered steak was edible. The beef with broccoli had no flavor and the sesame chicken was disgusting! It was unlike any sesame chicken I've ever had. Usually, the sauce is the best thing about it. The sauce on this was grainy. If I'd have paid for this meal, I'd have been so mad! read more

Nice ambience. I didn't like their food primarily because I don't like sweetness in a fried rice or noodle. Even the spiciest dish is sweet. Everything you order is sweet. read more

Save you money or go somewhere else, I don't expect much, but to pay $25.00 for food that taste like it came from a TV diner, is inexcusable. Will never go back. Order the Hot and sour soup, two much salt. Order the Chicken Wrap, too much salt. Order the Calamari so rubbery could not eat it. I am a drinker but because of the poor quality of the food I did not finish my margarita or free beer that they gave me. The staff was nice, it the corporation that is getting over on the consumer. Always a great idea to come here. Especially on a hot summer day. I come here for lunch at least once a week.

We are usually big fans of PF Chang's. I have been to multiple locations in US and had really good times but my last visit to the Grapevine is something I would like to forget. It was our anniversary and we got the worst service we can get at a restaurant. The food was below par and they got the appetizers and entrees all at once, we hardly had place to eat. The waitress was not polite and when she got the check she gave us a straw for a pen. Since it was a special day I did not wanna ruin it by creating a scene. This is my first negative review of a restaurant. I would avoid this location. A disgrace to the PF Chang's franchise. read more
