Because it's located in downtown Chandler? And then there's the parking scenario. If you're staying at the San Marcos or the other hotel downtown, walking here will be quicker than trying to find a parking spot. Although their fries are great on their own, they unfortunately struggle to strand up when loaded. I'm not sure how they do it, but we've been to places where fries can remain crispy even when loaded with toppings. Their poutine is still tasty though if you don't mind your fries soggy. Their burgers have great beefy flavor, but after trying a few of their burger options, my partner and I also feel that some other places do their unique burger stylings a bit better. A lot of the toppings overwhelm rather than contribute to the overall burger. There's plenty of searing both indoors and out. You have bar top, high table, and regular table style seating for indoors. There's plenty of 4 person tables outdoors under shade and also with misters on if it's hot out. Indoor seating offers plenty of viewing for sports. Service is also pleasant. Due to how they source their ingredients, the overall menu is on the pricier side.
