I come specifically to this outback on the weekend because I am always taken care of the best team. Haley and Yairin specifically have welcomed me multiple times with nothing but good energy and fun. No matter how busy, they stay smiling and positive. Haley has served me in the past and gone above and beyond taking care of everything we need at the table. Yairin is a super star at the front and knows how to take care of the customers. She's a great multi tasker and fabulous at communicating with updates. Dress for the occasion *** this place is picky with how they choose to treat people based of what you wear (to be fair we had a rough day and just came to grab a quick bite) we dressed like bums but we didn't think that we get ignored. Me and my sister were seated in between two tables with ppl, one table across from us as well. Everytime the bald server (w/mustache) came by he asked every table "how are you guys doing is there anything I can get for you guys?" Literally to all the tables around us, I gave benefit of the doubt that maybe he just served us our food that we didn't need anything yet, I told my sister "if he doesn't ask us if we need anything it's definitely bc how we dressed" he came around two more times, ask everyone around us again but not us, even offering water refills for the other tables while our cups had no water , at this point I didn't even bother to ask for water bc I was over the lack of customer service. But I will say he does have a good customer service voice definitely makes you think he cares but his actions proved otherwise :c. I believe you should provide proper service regardless of how someone dresses. This Outback ain't what it used to be, but then again I guess that's the same for all Outbacks. Even the service used to be absolutely VIP-level (I still remember when one of the waiters would pack our food to go and even labeled them for us, wherever he is I hope that guy is doing well). However, I still enjoy going here when I'm feeling fancy but not too fancy lol The drinks are good and the food is alright because it's hard to mess up steak and a blooming onion. The only thing I've ever regretted getting here is the addition of the lobster tail. What I got was lobster the size of a shrimp and for $10, I can tell you that it was one of the saddest bites I've ever had. This was my first time ever splurging for the surf and turf and what I got was a cold lobster bite :'( Shoutout to our servers Miguel and Kyle. They are very understaffed here but the two still managed to make it a great time for us (including great drink recommendations). Anyhow, I appreciate that they have patio dining with heaters, especially during this pandemic. Things definitely do get busy here so parking may be a mite hard to find but not impossible. Based on what I have seen in other reviews here, I would emphasize that this is a very pleasant restaurant *** during off-peak time *** and could be the perfect escape for a special occasion. My wife and I enjoyed an excellent anniversary dinner for two for about $60, taking advantage of the three-course meal special. This included baked potato soup or a garden salad, a main entree (1/2 rack of ribs with rice pilaf or 9 oz center cut sirloin with generous baked potato), finished off separate desserts (chocolate cheesecake and strawberry cheesecake). The delicious steak and ribs were well-seasoned and very well presented and the rice pilaf had a robust garlic tang. The baked potato soup was surpassingly robust and the garden salad was generous in size. Great service was provided by Jennifer who attended to our every request and kept the excellent house bread coming, as well as plenty of salad dressing or potato fixings as needed. We came in when it was slower time, around lunch time, not too many people, ordered drinks and an appetizer, took a little bit to get those. We had also asked for extra cherries for a drink, by the time they came around the drink was finished. We sat there for over an hour before our meals finally came out, we were asked if we needed anything, we asked for a1 sauce and lemons, we never received those, One meal was withshrimp and it was very under cooked, so we sent it back and asked to cancel that, and they partially refunded us for it so that was great. We asked for the check and seen we were charged for the blooming onion when the lady who had taken the order had comped it because the rewards for it wasn't coming up, we informed the waiter and he was very quick with his "Well it wasn't me so" like okay calm down no one said it was, we just informed you and asked about it. The one star is definitely more for the service, we were rarely checked on, everything was super slow, and when were were leaving the waiter and it looked like a team lead or a manager walked by to check over our shoulder to see if we left a tip, we did even though the service was terrible, and she just made the ugliest like ha face, like ma'am you should stop doing it before it's stuck like that. Due to the shady way this outback has treated me I will not be returning. They flagged my previous reviews to yelp, citing "conflict of interests" in order to get my negative and critical review taken down. So basically this outback will outright lie on customers to yelp, pretending there is a "conflict of interest" in order to get critical reviews taken down. I WAS a loyal and regular customer of this place since 2010, spending atleast $150 to $200 every couple of weeks there. But between the bad customer service, declining quality of food and this deceitful yelp tactic you can kiss this customer good bye for good. A lot of the tables at this place look like rats have been chewing on them, and the only thing left that is upscale is the price. Calling corporate is useless too, you will never reach anyone but the answering service which is a waste of time to even bother with. Sure you can leave messages and your call back number, but no one will bother to call you. This corporation/restaurant chain has definitely declined, especially this location. Talking to the manager at this store was also a waste of time, as she couldnt have been more apathetic. So thanks to my experiences with this restaurant I will no longer be going to outback. They used to be my all time favorite. In any case, if you have any recommendations for a good steakhouse in the area please feel free to let me know in the private message. Me and my family went here for lunch and had a great time. I have to been to "Outback" over the years and the food is always good. They have a lot of new items of good to choose from and alcohol drinks. Prices are reasonable and the waiter Tony was very nice. Parking is easy and you can use AARP and get 10 percent of bill. So, my husband was craving a steak and didn't want to go to the place that you go to for steaks. For me, that means Ruth's Chris. I know, it's pricey... Off to Outback we went. We got there are the restaurant felt about 1/3rd full - but maybe there was a shift change and they were just waiting to get people seated as people started working. The service was pleasant, but the food was mediocre. My son had prime rib and it was very fatty. I got salmon -- and it was okay, but it didn't feel super fresh. My husband got his steak and he said that it was good. I don't intend to go back to this location. It felt expensive for what it was. The food was okay - but not great, and the restaurant is feeling dated and dingy. And most of all, I miss them holding the door open for you when you come and go. It was such a nice touch! read more

I've been to this location two times. Both times very lackluster. Our party was sat at the bar both times which affected the speed of service and ambiance making it very slow and very loud. Now we jump into the food, the shrimp on the barbie was awful, overcooked to the point the bread it was served on was black. Each time we've came, our steaks have been SIGNIFICANTLY undercooked to the point we need to OVER order our temperature to be served a proper Medium Rare and not RARE/Blue steak. Every time I go here I say it will be my last. This time it is. I keep giving it another try thinking something will change and it doesn't. The food has gone so downhill and so inconsistent. How can a steakhouse not get a steak right every time! I ordered the 3" baseball cut filet medium rare that came out raw. Went I sent it back to cook, it came back 1/2 inch thick, well done and burnt. They tried a new steak, same thing. Not what I ordered. I took it home to go and that's not what I went there for. My bill was $100.00 for one person. I should have just left the full steak I did not eat and pay for my sides only. Lesson learned It is obvious why they no longer have the business they use to. Now on to the main event, we ordered a T-bone steak cooked medium, a fully loaded potato and a fully loaded potato soup...the steak was cooked to perfection (we sent our compliments to the chef!) The meat was tender and the char on the fatty edge was so,soooo tasty! The chef really knows how to grill a steak...not every place has a chef that does...we will be back for sure! And Steve,our waiter,he was great with suggestions, and with that,it brings us to a dessert, we decided to share...it was called,' Thunder chocolate mountain brownie" or summthin like that,there's a picture in my photos... the warm brownie was absolutely delicious with toasted walnuts in it,giving it an absolutely wonderful flavor,an absolutely amazing warm chocolate fudge sauce topped with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream, a big swirl of whipped cream... atop that, last but not least,shaved chocolate curls on top...such a perfect ending to a perfect meal! The food was relatively decent or else I would have given one star. My partner and I had come for dinner and once seated we waited for 15 minutes for a server to come greet us. During that time we watched at least 6 different servers walk by our table and just look at us. My partner ended up having to get up and tell the host our issue. Once we were served, our drinks took an additional 10 minutes to come out, just soda and water. We ordered our food and once it arrived both of our steaks weren't cooked properly. This Arcadia location is pretty much the cookie cutter of expectation from all locations. When pulling into the parking situation and barely finding parking, I was like they are super busy. Walking in was a different situation and wasn't as busy. Wasn't sure if people just parked in there parking area and went to some other business. We waited around 25 mins to be seated and their was only one party ahead of us. I saw 4 open tables and assuming maybe they were short staffed. We got a drink at the bar which was pretty standard. Finally was seated and other than an awkward interaction with our waiter, he was very friendly. I ordered the prime rib, mac n cheese and brussels sprouts. Prime rib was perfectly cooked to a medium rare and seasoned to perfection. The mac n cheese was cheesy and savory just needed a hint of black pepper. We went to this outback last night for late dinner around 8:30pm The place was so crowded even though it was a thursday night. We ordered a blooming onion, outback style prime rib and a rib eye steak and asked for 2 cups of water and some lemon wedges. It took us over 20 mins to get our water and they never brought lemon wedges. Maybe they were understaffed..? The blooming onion took about 40 mins to come out. We started to devour it. We were so hungry. A little later, we noticed the blooming onion was so burnt that it tasted bitter. We talked to the sever and he said we were the 3rd customers who mentioned it. He was asking if we want to get a new one or take it off of the check. We decided give another try. The second blooming onion wasn't burnt, but the core part wasn't cooked enough. It seems like they used old and burnt oil to fry the onion.. It took over an hour to get our steaks. We asked the server to make sure the steaks are midium rare. No midum, No well done. The rib eye steak was a bit more rare than midium rare, but it was ok. I prefer this way than midium or well done. However, the prime rib was totally well done. We talked about it to the server. We wanted to make sure to get it midium rare. Later on, the manager came and said they don't have more meat for prime rib. Also, the manager said the server should've informed us midium rare prime ribs were not available when we ordered it since it was almost closing time. So, they took it off of the check and let us have the prime rib anyways. After waiting over an hour for the food, we were so hungry. I wasn't feeling good just taking the food, but we were too hungry at the moment. I think they should change the frying oil often. They have so many fried items.. Or don't get the orders for frying food too late..? Even though they gave us prime rib for free, the entire experience wasn't great.. Maybe we shouldn't come to outback after 8:30..? Is it too late to come here to have dinner..? The steaks came out around 10pm we waited about 1 hour and a half to get it and it was their closing time. They were cleaning up while we were eating, so we couldn't even eat comfortably, so we couldn't finished all our food and took them to go.. Ended up we paid about $68 for the blooming onion and the rib eye steak and tip for the all the food that we ordered.. The entire meal was frustrating.. read more
