First timer to Outback :) first off the service was great! I sat in the bar area and the bar tender was very attentive to me. I ordered strawberry margarita and loved it, nicely made. For food I ordered the Mac n cheese, loaded baked potato and 8oz steak. I'm not going to lie the Mac and cheese was lacking flavor. Something about the cheese wasn't cheesy.. if that makes sense haha still ate it tho after I added pepper to it. The baked potato was ok wish my cheese was melted on. The steak was good! I have no complaints on it. I'd come back and give it another try again but with different items. read more

My family and I had not been to Outback in some time due to the less than favorable service but today they've redeemed themselves. We were seated promptly and our drink order was taken immediately. Our waiter, Josh K., was attentive and very friendly. He made us feel at home. The food was tasty and did not disappoint. We're definitely more likely to return. read more

During pandemic we rediscovered Outback. This is primarily a takeout or delivery review of this location in Arcadia. I normally would never have a steak delivered. It just would never arrive at right temperature. But they are experts. We ordered steaks delivered three times during pandemic. Perfect every time. I mean perfect. Steaks were packed in special takeout boxes that maintained heat. Even with a 20 minute delivery time...they arrived and were just delicious. Don't hesitate to order delivery from this location. I think you'll be Pleasantly surprised. read more

It sucks so much its always empty. The onion thing used to be good. Now its just a grease flower. Its disgusting. The steaks are expensive and no good. You feel like your biting a wetsuit. read more

INCONSISTENCY on food preparation. I ordered the same dish twice. Second time was a GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT. Service was quick though. I didn't care for the ambiance. read more

Came here on a Saturday night for dinner with the hubs. We had a gift card, which was the primary reason why we came. Only a 5 minute wait for a party of 2! I ordered the ribeye, which came with 2 sides: I chose the baked potato and broccoli. Everything was decent. Hubs picked the bone in ribeye, which also came with 2 sides. He upgraded to a premium side of the wedge salad and a baked potato. The meat: the quality was not great and had a good amount of gristle. Even though hubs ordered it medium, it was rare. Kyle was an attentive waiter. The prices were expensive considering the quality. I probably won't be coming back unless I have another gift card. read more

Came here for the blooming onion since I was craving this after a long while of not having eaten it. I also ordered the Sirloin and Ribs combo as well as the Ribeye steak. It was not too busy and we were served within 20 mins of waiting and our waitress was attentive as well. Bloomin' Onion 4/5 -This satisfied my craving and it was exactly how I remembered it from years ago. No complaints but it was just a little too oily. I recommend to not take it home since the oils came out a lot the day after and it was not much edible anymore. The sauce was very good and complimented the dish well. Sirloin and Ribs 3/5 - I was very disappointed with this dish since the ribs that I received were about the size of my fingers with no meat on them whatsoever. The steak was cooked to a nice medium rare, but it was really tough to cut as it was not tender. Ribeye 3/5 - This was at least a tiny step above the sirloin and ribs as it was more tender than the former. However, a good portion of this steak was very fatty. It was not bad but not worth the price of eating out. Overall, I would only probably come here again for the blooming onion and the free bread that they serve since those were the ones that I enjoyed thoroughly. read more

The steak dinner was sooo good the bread was just as good the server was awesome. We went to the one in Moreno Valley after high school graduation and didn't hurry us to leave even though it was after 11pm or even when we were leaving I dropped my soda they gave me another one. Very pleased with everything. Taking my grandson to the one in Arcadia for his 15th birthday this weekend. He's so excited because he loves steak and tasted some the next day and he said it was so good read more

Terrible service, took almost an hour for my burger to arrive. Most of the servers were behind the bar socializing and nobody came by after one of the busboys delivered our food. Then when I opened my burger I noticed that it was completely burnt after ordering it medium-rare. I asked to speak to the manger and he did not seem to care one bit. The other issue was that one of the female servers sat behind my wife to speak to the customer who she obviously knew and they were both throwing F bombs right and left. Super unprofessional. read more

Celebrated our friends' bday and she made a reservation months in advance. However, when we arrived, it was a crazy busy Saturday night and there was a big event at the Santa Anita Racetrack which drew lots of crowds. We still had to wait 30min for our table for 14 people. The waiter was nice and helpful with our big group. I loooove their bread and butter! So fresh and the bread is sweet and delicious! Their french onion soup was pretty good. I ordered the rib eye medium and it was alright. A little too dry. Tried my husband's salmon and it was ok. The bloomin onion was good though! Parking was also insane but it was a busy night. read more

I came for lunch on the weekend and was seated right away. I ordered 2 grilled lobster with mashed potatoes and house salad. The lobsters were small but delicious. The meal came with free bread. It was so good I had to ask them twice to bring me one more bread. The restroom was clean and full of nice citrus scent. I liked that there was free WiFi. read more

The food was ok, but the service was lousy. This place also has a horrible atmosphere when too many people are seated near the kitchen and people are talking louder to be heard over the clinking of dishes from the kitchen. The Upland location is way better. read more

Delicious as always, server Liz was kind and efficient. Hamburger and side salad were definitely scrumptious and filling. Freshly brewed iced tea with free refills is worth the $4.19 price (get one to go too)! Great place for lunch or anytime! read more

Plenty of parking, and was seated quickly. The restaurant filled up quickly at 5:00 pm. Great salad, refreshing beer, and great baked potato. Steak was dry and had no flavor. It was hard it navigate my dinner when a regular diner was visiting and passing out goodie bags to everyone at the bar area. I won't be back for dinner again. And might consider lunch, but that's a wait to see. I'm still waiting for my napkins. Restaurant was a little on the cold side tonight. read more

I haven't been to Outback since I was a child, it felt good to try again. The food was very delicious and they have good lunch menus that are so reasonable. I had the chicken on the Barbie with Caesar salad with additional side of mashed potatoes. It was very good no complaints over here! The service was amazing! We had the pleasure to have Tony as our server. He was very pleasant, easy to talk to, and patient. Very good person! Make sure to get him if you can. The ambiance is cool decor is nothing too crazy. It has a nice bar and they have happy hour drinks every hour, which is good to know. Overall, I will be back my food was good and customer service. The parking is easy and they have good deals with variety of food. I am quite fool and pleased! :) read more

On top of a great meal and great service. The restaurant is welcoming as usual. But today my husband dropped his wallet leaving outback today. I went back in to see if anyone has seen it. I had a very disappointing experience at the Outback Steakhouse Arcadia location. Server, Henry, treated me in a very rude and mean way, which made me feel embarrassed in front of my friend. outback steakhouse is one of the most disappointing restaurant i've tried this year... i've been wanting to try because of the blooming onion but now i will only get their blooming onion if i were to ever go back ~Food~ blooming onion: 10/10 definitely met my expectations. crispy batter with delicious creamy aoli ribeye: 5/10 way better than the sirloin but still ok. meat didn't have any flavor and was a bit chewy sirloin and rib: 1/0?!! everything that came with this dish was not it. the ribs barely had meat and the bbq sauce was not sweet at all. sirloin was so chewy (even when we ordered medium rare) that we almost broke the plate trying to cut the meat what's also disappointing were the sides. veggies were just plain steamed broccoli, baked potato was dry and cold, and mashed potatoes lacked flavor overall this place is a miss for me ~Service: very friendly service ~Cost: $ not worth ~Parking: free parking lot read more

I love outback. The steaks are very very decent and you can't beat their prices. Paying 10x as much for the exact cut of meat in a snobby steak house somewhere else does not make the steak better. Outback is amazing. Their service has always been professional and their staff is very helpful. Never had any issues with the food. I'm actually worried about their future, because their food is high quality and portions are generous but when the bill comes it's actually less expensive than a less quality dinner at a casual sushi or noodle restaurant. read more

I came here with some relatives and we didn't have to wait too long even on a saturday night. I ordered a medium rare bone in ribeye with aussie fries and seasonal veggies. The steak took nearly 30 minutes to arrive though. The ribeye was cooked to what I asked for and had a nice meaty taste. The broccoli was a bit saltier than I wanted but still good. The aussie fries were very delicious with a crispy exterior and packed full potatoey interior. My only complaint was that the ribeye had a lot more fat than I was expecting. Overall, the food was good. Service was alright too. I took off a star mainly from the wait time for my food and also the excess amount of fat in the steak. read more

Oh goodness, I don't know what happened to this place but it certainly went wayyyy too down hill. The food was not good at all. It came to the table barely warm, and the cheese fries were horrendous. The fries were burnt and the cheese was definitely melted in a microwave. My fork could not pierce the fries. The food came out too slow for how few people were in the restaurant. Maybe I'll try again one day. read more
