Moved right down the street so my boyfriend and I decided to eat here for lunch. We had the best experience! Service was fast, food was delicious and served hot, and the overall vibes were great. Our server was sweet and able to help us with navigating the menu since we didn't know what to get. Our server was able to help us order the appetizer trio which we couldn't find on the menu (it included the boomerang mozz sticks, cheese fries, and their blooming petals). Ive of course been here multiple times over the years, but this time really stuck out to me! Our server was so sweet and attentive, she made sure we had everything we needed at all times, despite it being pretty busy with the hustle and bustle of the dinner rush. I came here to treat my mom for her birthday. We arrived around 12 pm. Surprisingly, the parking lot was empty. We went inside and was greeted by our server. Ordered food and waited for it to come out. My steak quesadilla was burnt on the bottom. I know it's supposed to be crispy, but the bottom of it was completely black. I had to rip off the bottom in order to eat it. My mom's steak and lobster was good. For both items, total came out to be $86.00, including tips. Sept.21 ,'26, I and my mother and my two grandsons dined there yesterday during lunchtime. The service was A+.The food was D- at best! (The server was an Andrew or Anthony.) I had dined there a couple months ago and loved the food, especially their famous Bloomin' Onion and was eager to return. Big mistake! To start, the menus were greasy and we had to exchange them 3 times for clean ones. The Bloomin' Onion was way too oily, had a weird taste and was inedible. The fried chicken was served with a strange thousand island dressing over it. The lunch Special Cheeseburger seemed to be lo-grade beef with small pieces of gristle and bone in it. After the first bite my daughter went into the restroom and spit it out. My bowl of loaded potato soup did not taste like fresh potato and couldn't be finished. It also had this weird taste. I assume they were just understaffed but the host made no mention of why we needed to wait so long. Anyhow, we ordered pretty quickly as we needed to be somewhere soon - everyone came to try the steak, but two members, after reviewing the menu, just decided to try appetizers rather than ordering entrees. We ordered the chili, Mac and cheese, 2 NY combos, and a sirloin combo. They were all cooked to medium when we all asked for medium rare. We were not impressed. If you read my reviews, you know I am critical of salty over seasoned food - ironically this was the opposite- totally underseasoned. In fact, all the members who ordered steak spent just as much time putting salt and pepper on their food as they did eating. The sirloin was ok, the NY was better. The chili tasted canned and the Mac and cheese was not very cheesy. Overall, a mediocre meal at best. Presentation was dull - - but the fries were good. Regardless, if you don't know how to make a steak and you are in the area and want steak, this might be the place. I'm just going to go back to buying Costco prime NY and using the grill or my trusty Lodge cast iron pan. read more

We had a great time at this Outback Steakhouse. Parking is easy and free. It is in a very nice location and it is spotless inside and out. We just loved it. The place is comfortable and it is super cute. You will love the service. They really go out of their way to make sure you have all you need. The staff is nice and you don't feel rushed there. It is just a really calming place to be. The food we had was excellent. All our steaks were cooked perfectly and they were very good. We love the sides. Their onion rings are super and we love their mashed potatoes. They also have wonderful salads and some nice vegetables to go with your meal. Their desserts are great. I haven't had Outback since college, so decided to give this place a visit since the two things I remember loving about this place is their house salad and their wings We walked in about 6:30pm and it was not too crowded. We got seated immediately. Looked at the menu and ordered the following: Kookabura wings - exactly how I remembered them, but just a tad bit salty. Not sure if it was always this way, but they came out hot, juicy, and very flavorful. I have always ordered the wings when I visit and that will not change! 9/10 House salad - this too, was exactly how I remembered it... I got the salad with ranch dressing. It came out cold and crispy. Some of the lettuce leaves had come browning in them, but the salad was very good. 20oz Ribeye - good and not great. I ordered the steak medium, but got the steak medium rare. Because of this, I felt the fat of the rib eye did not marbleize and ended a bit chewy. Maybe asking to cook it bit longer would've fixed it, but that would've killed the timing of our meals (wife would've finished dinner, when my corrected rib eye just came out). Anyway, ribeye was mediocre. Not too much flavor, no hint of salt or pepper. Service was meh. Waitress took our orders, made sure our drinks were topped off and was friendly enough. I've been to this Outback location many times! The service is always great, however it can be slow at times when it gets busy. Another pet peeve I have is that the seats are way too cramped and tight. Despite that, Outback is always on my go-to list whenever I'm back in Arcadia. I always order the bloomin onion, and usually it's undercooked, batter falls off, or the sauce is too bitter. However this time, it was perfect! I also ordered the bloomin burger and was surprised how juicy it was! Finally, I ordered the platypus punch (alcoholic) and the puggle splash, which comes with a platypus toy and an egg container. I would say the splash was like a lemonade but had lots of syrup. The platypus punch could have used more alcohol but was still delicious. Came here to celebrate my co workers 60th birthday of a party of 9 earlier today. There is plenty of parking. When you enter you are immediately greeted. I ordered off the Aussie 3 Course Meal which consists of a soup or salad, a choice from a selection of the of entrées, and a slice of the New York style cheesecake. That being said, it took quite awhile for anyone to acknowledge us, let alone seat us. I saw several staff members hanging out in the bar area chatting with the host stand clearly visible. Besides us, there was a party of six people waiting. It was pretty loud and obvious that people were waiting for help! Once we were seated, service was overall slow and generally unpleasant. There's also a tablet device to pay at the table which is always great. The bread and butter is just okay. It's a wheat bread that isn't warm or crispy. It's easily skippable. The sirloin at medium rare is fairly good. It's decently season. The Alice Spring chicken was tasty. I'd wish the beacon was crispy but might be a personal preference. Our waiter forgot our utensil and we had to wait to ask when they were nearby. Food: The food was average. I came specifically to try the Bloomin' Onion. I'd give it a 3/5 - it had a strong onion flavor with a batter that falls apart when you pull it. Worth trying it once- I recommend trying it with a side of ranch. Outback offers a wide variety of steaks, but unfortunately, that variety might be affecting quality. The prime rib I ordered was underwhelming. I'd give it a 2/5- more of a standard cut of meat than anything special. I preferred the ribeye over the prime rib, but they still both tasted just ok. One dish I really enjoyed was their potato soup side dish 4/5- would recommend if you enjoy a baked potato in a creamy soup form with a ton of cheese. Do you remember when outback steakhouse was great and you didn't mind waiting to sit down. Will hold those days in your memory because they are gone forever. So tonight on a whim I ordered rwo 6 ounce lobster tails. If those lobster tails were anything more than 4 ounces I will go out and buy a hat and eat it. And you know how filet mignon is supposed to be so juicy and thick. My wife ordered a 6 ounce fillet and it was about a quarter of an inch thick in fact it look more like a flat iron steak. Or you would think that ordering a strawberry lemonade would be fairly easy to prepare. But after waiting more than 10 minutes, it finally arrived. Perhaps they were picking the strawberries. The server was friendly and did the minimum to get by. She however, was very helpful when it came time to use the automated system to pay our bill. The salad was good. During our entire time there which was from 4-6 pm we sat back to back with a manager conducting an interview for a potential employee. Let me tell you, the manager was not quiet and respectful of her potential employee. We heard ALL OF THEIR BUSINESS which ruined the ambiance of my birthday dinner. Being in a managerial position myself I would never conduct such a public interview right by the entrance of the establishment. If I had to do it in such a public way I would have conducted it in a corner booth away from patrons. 2. We put in our order at 4:13 pm. It was myself, my 8 year old daughter and my sister with her boyfriend. It took them 45 minutes to get the food to us and when it arrived they said they were sorry but had a big party order to fill. Okay. That's fine. What was NOT fine was that our food arrived cold. Literally cold to the touch. I kept my food and my daughter kept hers because she's a kid and doesn't like a hot meal. I didn't want to wait but my sister and her boyfriend were appalled by how cold their pasta was and the steak undercooked. They were the ones paying and they didn't think it was fair to be eating a $35+ meal that was cold. We asked for it to be remade which they did but showed their disapproval like we were lying. 3. We didn't see our waitress more than twice. The person who took our order wasn't even our waitress. She only came to check on us once and I got my soda refilled. After that we waited and waited so we could get boxes for our leftovers. No one came. We eventually walked up to the hostess to ask for a box. That in itself took another 15 minutes. After we paid that's when our waitress came to see if we needed anything! Awful experience! Will never return again. Please do better! We pay good money for our food. The specialty drinks look so fabulous in the pictures, but what you get is a plain drink with a lime in it. And even though I paid an extra $3 for an extra shot, it was still very weak. I sent it back and ordered an apple drink, this one was pretty but taste like syrup. The margaritas here used to be great. We ordered Cadillac margaritas but they were weak. Normally they would be a brownish color if the Grand Marnier was added, but these drinks were clear like lemonade. All the food brought to the table was lukewarm. My soup was barely warm and just a small amount of it like 2 or 3 oz. The cob salad was served with a very thin bleu cheese dressing. The lobster tails were small and tasteless, a little salty. They were also lukewarm. The sirloin steak was the only thing that was cooked well and flavorful. The pecan brownie with ice cream was a weird texture. You didn't have to chew it, it just melts on your tongue. We usually go to dinner every Friday and/or Saturday night. This is our 3rd time coming to Outback, we will Not be back. read more
