My son found this spot. Customer service was spot on, the lady had a smile on her face and gave a sample of their slushy drink which was yummy. We ordered their special buy 1 get 1 half off (chicken teriyaki and the cold noodle). We also bought their black bean spicy noodles and their Mongolian chicken noodle. I ate the Mongolian noodle and it was yummy; good portions ( had left over to bring home to my son). My other son said the black bean spicy noodle was really good. Been coming here since it was e-Teliyaki. The spicy seafood soup is spot-on for cold days. Bimbap is good, but our go-to's for lunch are the chicken/beef bowls and combo plates. I've not had a lot of luck with the dumplings, whether steamed or fried, they taste like theybate store bought. Some of the aunties from the old store are still here. The quality of service and friendliness is refreshing. I would recommend Otto to anybody looking for a quick/fresh meal. I freaking LOVE this place! I will drive from Downtown LA to come to eat here, that's an hour drive just FYI. The only reason why I found this place was because I use to work near by like 5 years ago and I am still haunted by the Mongolian noddles it's so good. I've been there several times. In the past, price was reasonable and quality was good. Lately I ordered black bean sauce noodle for lunch. $13.00 cash for thick flour noodle and sauce. The sauce was extremely salty, nothing much in it and noodle was too sticky and over cooked. Had to toss into trash. I got two entres and one side for just over $9.00 @Panda Express. I have a new favorite place to get teriyaki. Otto Kitchen's teriyaki plate really is the best teriyaki I can remember eating. Not just the teriyaki, but everything included was so delicious. So I've been contemplating their JaJangMyun and Sour n Sweet Pork. I have had it a few times since I discovered their JaJangMyun dish Sour n Sweet Pork. Now I have come to the conclusion that JaJangMyun is lack-luster. The noodles are soggy. I don't know what happened but its mushy and soggy. The Sour n Sweet Pork is weird. It is a tad soour but the other tastes are off-putting that I don't want it any more. Their attempt to make it crunchy, over-cooked the pork. If you try it as left-overs, the pork is iable to eat. The last straw was the attempt to have their teriyaki chicken bowl. I wanted something light and cheap. This was the mistake of the week. When anyone cook rice is under cooked, it comes out hard and unedible. This is the what they gave me: super hard, under cooked rice. The first bite that I had was mushy and slimy. During this pandemic I've been binge watching a lot of korean dramas, in most of the dramas I've watched, the protagonist is scarfing down a yummy bowl of Jajangmyeon! This had me craving for the delicious black bean noodles with a side of yellow pickled radish! So I decided to yelp a restaurant near by and I came across Otto kitchen! The Jajangmyeon was absolutely everything I was wishing for!!! Each bite I took covered my mouth with the black bean sauce , creating that messy look you see when watching the dramas . It honestly was so good, and the pricing is inexpensive, very affordable. The amount given to you togo was very generous ! You can also order the noodles spicy or non spicy. I got one of each since I was sharing with my parents . I loved the spicy version, it's really not that spicy but it just adds an extra kick to the overall taste. It's a cute little place to grab a bite but beware theres not a lot of seating. As a kdrama fan I loved how this really gave off a typical korean snack bar vibe. Water is self serve here as well. The dishes here are cheaper than I expected them to be so it was a pleasant surprise :) Ddubokk: sauce was spicy and sweet, it was a little thinner than usual ddubokki sauce Kimbap: I dipped this in the ddubokki sauce but it's good on it's own Jjajangmyeon: this was my first time having jjajangmyeon and I thought it was pretty alright, but since I wasn't used to how it tasted I got tired of it half way through. My family and I were looking for a light dinner and were thinking korean food. We were on our way back home to Las Vegas and found this place on yelp. We were originally thinking of eating in the car but they had outside patio seating available so we decided to dine outside. It was around 7:20pm so there wasn't really anyone around either. The lady was very polite and helped clean the tables again and made sure we felt comfortable. The menu looked perfect for takeout so we ordered ahead on the phone and got the Tangsuyuk, Tteokbokki, and Jjolmyun. Prices are agreeable and portions too. We had four adults and we were able to eat everything without leftovers and left feeling full. First off, I was really craving some good tteokbokki and this place hit the spot for me, the sauce was on point although the rice cake was very slightly on the hard side. I like tteokbokki sauce on the sweet side, so keep that in mind. The tangsuyuk was also pretty good and jjolmyun was great too. Jjolmyun sauce was just perfect and I ate the tangsuyuk with the tteokbokki sauce as the sweet and sour sauce was a little too sticky in my opinion. I would come again if we lived nearby, but as we live in Nevada...overall I do recommend! read more

I am usually too lazy to drive far out for food, but since I had someone else in the car with me and I was craving food, I finally went to check this place out. It's a small dine in place that kind of remind me of a cafeteria. I was in the mood for snacking and decided to check out their tteokbokki and kimbap. I really liked their kimbap. It was infused with sesame oil. Ttokbokki had a nice kick to it. There was one server, but it wasn't a long wait for the food to come out. Friendly staff who also asked if we wanted refill on the kimchi and pickle radish. Their Jajangmyeon looked delicious, but I wasn't that hungry to be able to finish that giant bowl. I came here for lunch with my mom because my mom wanted black bean noodles. And I ordered the beef rib soup because I wanted to try something new. My mom said that the black bean noodle was a bit more on the saltier side. When I tried it, it wasn't extremely salty or anything. It also came with pickled radish and this not kimchi cabbage thing. Like kimchi trickery. My beef rib soup was pretty good! I ate it with rice because it came with rice. My mom liked the soup! She said it wasn't salty. It was quite flavorful actually. The beef was semi fatty, so all The taste was there. I felt like it wasn't lean meat or anything. Probably not good for my diet, but that's okay. It was still a great meal! Their beef rib soup are pretty good too, but a tiny bit greasy for me but my husband loves it. Spicy seafood rice is amazing too if you feel like eating rice. First off, this is a semi self served restaurant. There's water, hot tea and sauces right when you walk into the restaurant. The place is small and cute. We ordered the spicy w/cold Broth noodles and JaJangMyean Black bean sauce noodle. Let's start with the spicy cold noodle. It was delicious. My only suggestion is not to add any of the extra sauces. They make it perfect already. I tried adding more of the spicy sauce and that just made it more salty instead of spicy. The black bean sauce noodle was good. Solid Korean pop food joint. I am allergic to MSG and so far no reactions and foods are more than decent in terms of taste and portion. I understand there is inflation so I get their pricing. I saw young people up front and moms and pops are probably cooking in the back. I like this place for lunch and maybe late lunch. I wish they would thrive as it's hard to find good place where they serve good decent food. I can safely tell everyone lese that my experiences have been very good so far. I've been here once before and had their cold noodle dish (naengmyun) which was quite delicious. Unfortunately, I could not say the same for today's visit. We had their spicy rice cake and added ramen noodles and also had an order of their spicy octopus and pork with rice. The spicy octopus and pork came out first and upon trying it, it actually wasn't spicy at all instead it was sweet. It was stir fried with cabbage, onion and green onion.The white rice made up for the sweetness of the sauce they cooked the octopus and pork in. My fiancé said that he actually really enjoyed it and would order it again. I feel like the sauce they used for the spicy octopus pork dish was the same as the spicy rice cake sauce because it tasted the same. But since the spicy rice cakes were saturated in that sauce it was overly sweet. I found myself reaching for water after every bite or taking some rice with eat bite to balance the sweetness. The rice cakes weren't as chewy as I've had at other restaurants, it was really soft like mochi. The ramen texture was really good though, it was al dente. As much as I love spicy rice cakes this just didn't do it for me. I ended up not finishing it. The service here was actually really great, we were seated right away and our orders were taken immediately. The portions here are quite generous which is great. The waters/tea and condiments are self serve! Unfortunately today's visit just didn't the spot for my spicy rice cake craving but the service was great and my fiancé enjoyed his dish.
