While we were 30 minutes away, my daughter called in our takeout order: 1 JjamBbong, 2 JaJang Myeon, 1 Large TangSuYuk, 1 Mongolian Noodle with Pork, 2 Steamed Dumplings, 2 Kimchi Fried Rice, and 1 Spicy Pork. We were told that it would be 20 minutes. The order was not quite ready. We paid and waited outside as requested by a couple of signs in the establishment. The place is small and understandably they don't want the place to be crowded. We saw that there were other people waiting for their orders also. The young man who had taken our payment and gotten together our order indicated to us that our order was ready and to come inside and get the 3 bags he left on the table. He still had to cash out one customer and help the few others in line. The food was still warm when we got home. Be forewarned that the items with a red pepper next to them are spicy. Other reviewers had said that the black bean noodle and fried pork with sweet and sour sauce were the staple of this restaurant. They also are items that are not spicy and perfect for those who can't take the heat. The sweet and sour sauce isn't that artificial red that you find with the sweet and sour pork offered by Chinese restaurants. You can find peas, carrot cubes, and onions in the sauce. The whole family enjoyed the thick black bean sauce on the noodles. The Mongolian noodle is not too spicy, but beware of the red pepper flakes on the pork. Otto Kitchen is a Korean fusion restaurant that offers tradition Korean cuisine including kimchi fried rice, their take on a beef dumping, Mongolian noodles, Jaja Myeon, and teriyaki bowls. This spot is located in a business shopping plaza on the corner with plenty of parking available and offers free water for even delivery and pick up meals. The pros of the restaurant is I had the Kimchi Fried Rice, which was quite a delicious dish. Only issue I had was the beef was a bit overcooked and the dish in my opinion does not have enough beef when you pay $14 for a fried rice meal. The portion size is good and very filling. As for the vegetables and seasoning I feel it fell short on seasoning. The spice was there but I wish I had more of a kimchi kick. Now other interesting facts of the restaurant is they have a sign where they limit you to one small cup of water per customer. I believe it's because they do not have a soda machine only canned drinks for purchase and they have one small water filter so they limit your water so bring your own water if needed, especially on a hot day. The customer service was good though! Employee was open to making recommendations and the establishment is super clean! They have hand sanitizing stations everywhere you sit! Remember you need a mask to come in but you can take off your mask when your meal comes to enjoy. The decor is interesting to say the least. Minimal but does the trick. Overall this place didn't have anything to say it was "amazing" about. I feel the prices were steep for quality of food and meal I got, but I would come back to give it another chance. Theyd have to be a high end sushi restaurant to have prices like that. Anyway, super rude cash register lady who can't answer a simple question of whether they can substitute white rice with brown rice or mixed vegetables. Pretty standard question when you serve teriyaki plates if you ask me. They didnt give enough teriyaki for the price and they have no business charging $20 for that galbi tang. Tasted like salt soup. She was nothing but sass and side eye the entire time. Didnt even turn around or say a word when I asked for a napkin, she just handed it with my back to me and gave more side eye. I said thank you and she said nothing. Youd think theyd be nicer to new customers in such a small city. Anyway, Im never coming back here and I suggest you do the same, at least until they do something about these ridiculous prices/proportions. Updating my review because my previous one was based off first impressions and maybe I wasn't that fair.. My coworker wanted to try this place out and we've been back several times since then. I will say that customer service has improved since my initial visit...mostly because I've been avoiding the older Korean women. If I talk with the younger servers, they take better care of me since there is no language barrier between us. Wait times can vary depending on how busy the restaurant is but it's usually a minimum of 10-15 minutes before the dishes start rolling out. We've shared a variety of dishes and have enjoyed most of them. Some of the dishes are a little more foreign to us but they were not bad..just a little different. The food was pretty decent, although I wish they had made it spicier, as the aftertaste was a little more tangy than spicy. I also liked how they were playing Korean dramas on their tv. I ended up watching one of my favorite episodes of Doctors starring Park Shin Hye while eating, so that was fun. First time ordering after reading all of the reviews....i ordered the jajangmyeon and sweet and sour pork...they were both delicious and was enough to feed two people...sweet and sour pork was crispy and also i really liked how they separate the sauce from it. Sauce for the pork was delicious and not to sweet...they had some veggies in sauce and i think mushrooms...the mushrooms were good and blended well with crispy pork....the noodles and sauce for the jajangmyeon was also delicious...sauce wasnt to overwhelming especially for a first timer.....called in to order and when i got there... food was on time and was hot...i will be going back to try other foods...luckily read reviews helped alot to find what korean noodles are good....especially since my younger daughter loves BTS she has been wanting to try the noodles they eat... read more

So glad that Otto Kitchen is close by. They specialize in Korean boonshik (a term meaning "snack food"...it's basically just fast or inexpensive food) and they do it well. The dishes we like are the steamed dumplings, chamchi (tuna) kimbap, jeolmyun noodles, tang soo yook (sweet and sour pork), mongolian noodles, and teriyaki chicken and beef bowls (I know, not Korean, but still tasty). Service is always fast and friendly and food usually comes out quickly. You can help yourself to water at the water station located next to the sauces on a side counter. Chopsticks/forks/napkins are available on each table. The resto is small, so get there early during peak times or expect a wait. We really enjoy eating here and have put OK into our dinner rotation.
