I was there this week. And, wasn't impressed at all. The sign caught my eyes. So decided to walk in. And, asked minor questions. That pertaining to what's there and price range. Since it wasn't clear on the wall chart. SmH I haven't had pizza in a long time. I order a slice and garlic roll. And, it was more like something that I could buy at the market. I was expecting a brick oven or some sort . Like the main thing for a pizza shop is to have is a huge oven. SmH Anyway, the food was mediocre. SmH The garlic roll, was a little soggy with lots of oil. Enough that the brown bag that they put it in soak it all up. So basically I just received a oily bread that had a hint of garlic. I judge pizza shops by how good the regular slice is. And this places regular is top notch. It's the best I have had in recent memory. What particularly stick out is the excellent cheese they use. I go at least once a week to buy a slice as a snack and eat it as I go down block. Oh yeah, the pizza crust is thin, so not as fulfilling as thicker slice pizza, but it hits the spot as a snack. read more

This review for the delivery from Seamless. I remember having Napoli's pizza years ago when my cousins lived in the area. I remember the pizza being thin and regular sized crust. I ordered the medium pie, garlic knots and zeppolis. All were very good. The pie was different though from years ago, the crust was very thick. Flavor wise was very tasty. The garlic knots had a soft pull to it and was more square shape to it. It wasn't hard like some other pizza places tend to be. I wouldn't mind ordering from here again. read more

This is now my new favorite pizza place. The cheese is so fresh, tasty and "light." The Sicilian slices are big and fluffy and Little Italy ain't got nuttin on their cannolis, lol. This place is reminiscent of pizza places from yesteryear. The owner bragged, as he should, that they've been there for about 35 years. We are visiting from Canada and using Yelp ordered the large Napoli Special and medium pineapple and sausage. From order to delivery was about 50 minutes, not bad for time of day and light snow. The delivery driver was very polite and courteous, even closing the front gate for me. To the food. wow, the pizza was huge. The Napoli special was great, the crust showing the classic signs of a brick oven and cooked to perfection. Just the right amount of toppings and the sauce has a unique sweetness to it, usually only found in fresh tomato. This place has THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I called in for a pie for delivery. After my food came I opened the box and seen the pie was damaged so I personal get into my car and drive to the shop When I got to the store I explained what happened they took the pie and started to slice out the damaged slices and tried to replace them with some older looking slices that looks like it's been sitting there. When I objected they told me to take the pie or I got to wait 40 mins for another one. Now I have been in pizza shops all my life and I know it don't take 40!mins to make another. But I wasn't going to let them play me with the old slices or this situation in general. So I decided to wait for the pie which pissed them off. So I decided to stand right in front of the counter in there faces until I got my food. I figured if I have to wait I will make them uncomfortable. So after around 10 mins of looking at them my pie is ready. They lied and don't appreciate a paying customer. One time I didn't like something I ordered and the refunded me the money for it. Awesome place. Slices are only $2. The sicilians are double the size of any pizzeria I've been to. They make all types of plates which are delicious. My co-workers and I order from there at least 2-3 times a week. They also deliver which is great since I work in Gateway Mall. Sometimes pizza is a little too doughy. This is one of the best Pizza places around my area of e.n.y, the pizza is amazing and not to mention when you order a beef patty they toasted just right, not to where it's burnt like some pizza places I know. They never mentioned to me that they do not delivered to the door and they wanted me to go outside of my building and meet the delivery guy in the street and mind you, I gave a 20% tip. After a 45 minute battle with them, I had to meet them in the lobby only to get a cold crappy pizza. It would not have been so bad, but their pizza really is bad as well.
