This is my favorite pizzeria around. I'm not sure what happened in the past with the negative reviews however, today I love them. The staff is extremely friendly. They know my kids buy their names. I ordered pizza. They bring it to me and never had a problem with them never had overcharge. I ordered to my house I go there. I'm not sure what the bad reviews are about, but I absolutely love this place.... Everybody has their own opinion. I'm not sure why people would think this would be like a five star setting. It's a pizzeria. It looks like a pizzeria. They wiped the tables and maintain and clean the surfaces you eat on every time somebody gets up... I recommend this place. Pizzas are advertised on the window. If you don't like it you don't have to eat there weird comments, saying that it didn't look good, but yet still ordered it and sat down is crazy to me. This was my first time stopping into J M Pizza, although I've passed it several times. I'm glad that I decided to stop in to try their pizza. It is the first time for me in all of the pizzerias that I've visited, that finally someone has gotten the Buffalo chicken slice right. Most times, there is either too much hot sauce on the chicken or there is not enough chicken. Customer service was good. There are tables and seating in the restaurant for those who opt to dine in. A great spot for a quick grab and go. This pizza store is a simple unassuming Pizza spot that serves great pizza. There are spots to sit in the restaurant if you need to. The spot also offers delivery of you need it. Reasonable prices. Came here to pick up a quick slice for lunch one weekday. As a vegetarian, I had plenty of pizzas to choose from. Good local pizza spot. J-M Pizza took over from Sammy's Pizza and did some renovations. Though the neon Sammy's sign still glows in the window. But what I noticed first was the friendly service. My sis wanted to show the place off so the two of us ordered item upon item. The spinach roll and garlic knots are both good starters. The chicken soup is a recent addition. Only $3 and delish. Hearty slices with a good crust on the pizza front. Pepperoni and sausage was tasty. The chicken and bacon with ranch was fun and more delicious than odd. They also had Buffalo chicken slices but even Well Fed Ted can't try everything on one trip. Four stars because of the food value per dollar. Not extraordinary. Just very solid. Love the prices. The pin wheels here are fantastic. They sell spinach, pepperoni and chicken pin wheels here. It's $2 for one. It has a great ratio of cheese to bread with the other filling. I've been coming here after work and it's normally pretty fast. They heat it up in the pizza oven for you. read more

I just love the customer service at this store. Their pizza...delicious, the heroes are like 14 inches long. I ordered my sausage and pepper hero and it was absolutely mouth watering delicious. I'm shocked this place has an average of 4 stars. I came here with a co-worker, we have been trying places around here as we are both new to the job and are not familiar with the area. We walked in and the place seemed dingy and dirty. We got some garlic knots and each got a buffalo chicken slice, which didn't look all that appetizing to begin with, but we didn't want regular pizza and it looked like the best special slice they had. There was WAY TOO MUCH cheese on the pizza and it was basically just a regular too cheesy slice of pizza with chicken doused in buffalo sauce. Nothing special about it. The garlic knots were tiny and dry and were just pieces of dough with some garlic and oregano.The selection of drinks was minimal too. I would not go back to this place. I'll give the staff an A+ as they were very friendly and nice but the food was just awful. read more

It's sad it has a lot of potential. They are the only local pizza spot in the area. That's how they get you .The regular slice pizza here taste worse then a $1 slice u get in those spots in Manhattan when u on a budget . Another time I was here I had a meatball parm. The pizza isn't exactly the first joint I'd go to if I want a slice despite it being the closest pizza shop to me. Considering their prime location, they have the potential to do really well, but they just don't seem to put in much effort to produce a quality product. I can get better pizza in the frozen section at the supermarket next door. Don't even THINK of ordering the chicken wings. Last time I ordered, they actually smelled bad. THE WORST FOOD EVER. This place is garbage. Not only does it take over an hour to get your food, it isn't fully cooked! THE CHICKEN WAS CRUNCHY I LITERALLY COULDNT TEAR IT WITH MY HANDS WHICH MEANS IT WAS STILL PARTIALLY FORZEN!
