It didn't feel chaotic or overstimulating, and we were still able to have a comfortable conversation. Service was decent -- we were seated quickly and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Here's what we ordered: Tiger's Tears ($15) - 3/5 This was the dish I was most excited about. It's described as grilled beef with chili-lime seasoning, onions, scallions, and sweet peppers. Unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The beef was noticeably tough, chewy, and a bit sinewy rather than tender and juicy. We usually come for their Pho but have tried many plates and it truly never disappoints. We usually get Bobby as our server and he's so kind and always asks how we're doing and what we're up to. The restaurant is very nice and clean. It's definitely our go to spot after a few drinks. Nothing cures a hangover better than Pho! We have tried other Pho places but they don't even compete to this one. Their broth and noodles are the best. We drive about 40 minutes to come here and will continue to do so!
