No dinner combinations. They seem friendly. Restaurant is clean and quiet. Wonton Soup

A Good thing!

All I wanted was some crab Ragoons' to share with the beau Christmas Eve before dinner. The owner/manager was very nice and accommodating. My ragoons' were dropped fresh and were hot upon receipt. Unfortunately when I got them home to share after the first bite, I detected a bad after taste. We deduced It was something off with the oil. So disappointing. We had to throw them out.

I was really disappointed in my food and I'm shocked at the high reviews. I ordered the Orange Chicken (pictured below), which is nothing like I thought it would be and no sauce. Also the egg drop soup did not taste great. Edit: I found sauce for the chicken (it looked like another container for egg drop soup) and the sauce is sweet.

I love the design style very much

When i first came here, it says New China, i did not expect this place to be owned by vietnamese? The food was so cheap i dont know why it was so cheap.. it was good, not top of good but it was very well worth the price and i would come back for more! But seriously.. i have never ever been in a small restaurant that have the nicest looking design ever! The design was so nice that i even recorded it and put on youtube! If you would like to see the design, visit my youtube channel thedrunkenvu or click the link provided https://youtu.be/3BG4oKa5-Rg or just check out pictures i posted on yelp

This is probably my favorite Chinese take out spot. The food is always fresh, the portions are a good size, pries are good and the staff is amazing. I've been going and ordering from here for years and have never had a bad experience. Definitely a place to check out if possible!

I ordered egg drop soup, curry chicken, lo mein, and crab rangoon. The crab rangoon was okay- can't really mess up cream cheese wrapped in wonton wrappers. - Curry chicken- bland, didn't have that curry color or flavor. I already knew just by looking at it. - Egg drop soup- it was okay, but there wasn't enough egg and the flavor wasn't there either. - Lo mein- the most disappointing because lo mein is such an easy dish that you can seldom mess up. It seems like they just blanched the noodles and served it. There was no sauce, no vegetables, or anything at all. This dish was also bland.

I recently ordered through UberEats and was thoroughly impressed with both the quality and the value. The Sesame Chicken Combo For $15.00, the Sesame Chicken Combo is an absolute steal. The portion size is very generous--you definitely won't go search for a snack an hour later. * Sesame Chicken: The chicken was perfectly coated and flavorful. * Pork Fried Rice: A classic side that was well-seasoned and hit the spot. * Pork Egg Roll: Nice and crispy, rounding out the meal perfectly. Other Entrees Beyond the combo, the consistency here is what keeps me coming back. The Egg Drop Soup is always good and delivered at a good temp. Additionally, you really can't go wrong with any of their fried rice entrees; the House Special Fried Rice is a personal favorite for a reason. Between the fair pricing and the reliable taste, this is a go-to spot for a satisfying mea

I understand that the restaurant industry is filled with smokers, but I have NEVER gotten a whiff in, on, or around my food. Not until now! Where do they keep the brown paper sacks stored such that they smell like a smoke stack? Are the cooks smoking Marlboros in the kitchen? They take a puff and I get a whiff? I thought Puff the Magic Dragon still lived by the sea. Apparently, he's now taking up residence at the Red Lantern. Naw. Never again. Nope!

It's hard to find solid Chinese takeout, but this place is fantastic, and I'll definitely be coming back. The lo mein had the perfect texture and vegetable ratio, the fried rice was seasoned beautifully, and the veggies had a nice crisp to them. The sesame chicken was especially impressive--most places serve it soggy within minutes, but here, it still had a great crunch despite being takeout. The sauce-to-chicken ratio was spot on, and the chicken pieces were just the right size. The spring roll was another highlight--still crispy with a great crunch, even after the drive home. If you're looking for quality Chinese food, this is the place to go.

All the standard American Chinese take out menu items are here. Everything you are familiar with, including Egg Foo Young and a few others you can't always get elsewhere. This is my go to take out. Call ahead or order at the window. There's a lot of yelling in the kitchen, but I stay out of other folks' business, but the food is fast and moderately cheap.

This dish is lightly battered fried shrimp with a soy sauce bases sauce with red pepper and black pepper spices. It also features other sautéed veggies like green peppers and onions. The shrimp were spiced nicely, but also had the flavor of black pepper coming through. A lot of places don't get that right. The perfect mix of that spice red pepper heat and hint of black pepper are exactly why I love about this dish. The shrimp were fried perfectly and the veggies deliciously sauted. The Haemul Jjampong was a flavor and spice bomb. The broth was so flavorful and had a great essence of the seafood in it (squid, mussels, abalone). This soup is also for people not afraid of the spice...it was SPICY, but no so much that it was unenjoyable. The spice complemented the flavor and I loved it. The take-home of the leftovers was just as good the next day! If I had to say anything that they might think of changing, would be the addition of kimchi to the banchan. The banchan was ddanmuji (pickled radish, raw white onions, marinated white onion slivers, and soy marinated peanuts). A little plate mat kimchi to wrap around the Jjampong noodles would be perfection.
