Wow!!!!!!! This establishment should not have the honor of serving families food in this community. What is this? It's suppose to be a chicken wing. Shame on you!

Completely unacceptable!! There was a centipede in my shrimp and broccoli meal. If I hadn't tried mixing it around, I would have probably eaten a damn bug. I'm beyond disappointed and grossed out !! Don't eat from here unless you want bugged out rice

I had a pretty decent Uber Eats delivery meal from here recently. I would say the overall 3.5 star average is fair. I ordered several things and some were good, others were "meh." For starters, the veggie spring rolls I ordered as a side and egg roll that came with the meal were all good - pretty standard, but tasty and fresh (not soggy or overdone either). The egg drop soup with won ton dumplings was good - nice portion and good amount of meat in the dumplings. For main courses I ordered the Pork Mei Fun, Shrimp in Lobster Sauce, and Veggie Egg Fu Yung. I think my favorite dish was the Pork Mei Fun. I've never tried it before, but it reminded me of a cross between pancit bihon and the Hawaiian style dry mein noodles I've had from back home that include green onion and char siu (cha shu) in the mix. It had really great flavor and lots of meat and veggies which was nice. The shrimp in lobster sauce was okay - nothing really special, but decent. The fried rice that accompanied the dish was not good at all as it was dry and under-seasoned. Finally, the veggie egg fu yung was my least favorite of the whole meal. I am used to really good egg fu yung from a place back home called Siu's on Maui. This egg fu yung was soggy and overcooked - as others have mentioned here it was truly burnt which ruined the flavor of it. It came with a sauce on the side that sort of helped it but not really. I would never get egg fu yung from this place again. Overall, it was a pretty good meal and was packaged well. I had lots of leftovers from it at a very reasonable price. I would probably stick to the Mei Fun, rolls, and soup if I order from here again.

I'm not really picky when it comes to Chinese. I had the sweet and sour chicken combo, and added a shrimp egg roll. I ordered on Grubhub and the food was still hot when it arrived, so the temperature earned 1 star. The chicken, the rice, and the egg rolls were all flavorless except for the taste of cooking oil. The sauce couldn't even redeem any of the food because it was watery and tasted like cough syrup. I had a zoom call with my supervisor right after lunch and told her about the horrible experience. Even she noticed that the sauce is normally thicker than what this restaurant sent. I really hate to waste food but ate about 1/2 and tossed the rest because it was disgusting. Googled and saw that this place has multiple locations on this side of town. I don't know if it was this location, or the cook was having a bad day and gave me a yesterday's refried leftovers but never, ever, again.

Wonton & egg drop soup in large

love this place, I came in for the first time today cause it didn't look like they we're getting much business & I love supporting places. The wonton and egg drop soup in large is a great size & was nice and hot when I received it, only took a couple of minutes was super fast! Very happy I came by 10/10 soup and service was great! Young lady at the front was nice and just made the experience even better

Ordered delivery from this place for the first time tonight! Ordered directly from yelp app around 9:15 pm and it arrived at 9:45 pm very quick! The food looking fresh and taste pretty delicious. I got her shrimp with broccoli with white rice , chicken wings and shrimp fried rice and an egg roll. It came out to $18 with delivery included which isn't bad at all. Im happy the shrimp with broccoli is in brown sauce and the fried rice is really fried rice not fake yellow rice like some paces around here. I'm very please and will order again! I also added photos and a menu!

The fish dish was filled with fresh peppers and onions with tender white fish in a delicious brown sauce and served with rice. Excellent dish. Our second dish was seafood ho fun (flat rice noodles). This dish was served fresh and piping hot with shrimp, squid, fish, green veggies, and black mushroom along with other ingredients server on top of a bed of broad rice noodles. I found the pork belly to be really tasty. There was a nice marinade over the skin and meat, plus the skin was pretty crispy even when some of the pieces got a little too moist inside the container. I thought there was a generous portion of the crispy pork in my meal. There were some mustard greens in the rice plate which added nice variation in taste. I also got a small cup of complementary soup on the side which I did not try but it did smell good. Overall, I think that my meal was pretty good. They first attempted to give me part of my order to dine-in, even though I mentioned to-go. After some back and forth between the two of them, they went ahead and gave my partial order to someone else and had that order prepped to-go. Fine and dandy. What time do you think I finally got my order? Remember, it was placed at 4:00pm. Lo and behold, they call me up at 4:56pm. Not only that, they called me up to someone else's order. I know this because I chimed in and said it's been an hour. The order taker replied that it's only been a few minutes. I presented him the receipt. He reads it and says, "Oh." Then he tells the lady to switch the bags because mine wasn't the one they tried to hand me. No apology. No, "Thank you for your patience." Nothing whatsoever besides an, "Oh." Food is good. Seating and ambiance is in a torn down, desperately in need of remodeling, Chinese grocery store. So to your oh, I say hell no. Ain't worth the disrespect and certainly my time.

There are some differences to how menu items are made/taste from when I first had it, so I feel as though the chef has most likely changed. It's both good and bad because the menu items with taro aren't quite as nice as before, but other things are either the same or better like the Beef Ho Fun for example. The chicken feet have changed too, but both were good. All the classic items are still basically the same. I liked the pan fried chives dumplings and beef cheung fun here. I can't speak for dinner or how it is on the weekdays, but it's quite busy over the weekends, which is expected for dim sum. It's a large space too, but once it's busy, you'll have to take a number and wait for a table. There's some seating along the side of the entrance to wait, but it may still take awhile. Usually, only one person really has to go and take a number, so if possible, one person should strive to get there earlier.

I found the service to be curt, polite, and quick, like other Chinese BBQ spots I grew up going to. I was craving traditional Lunar New Year food so I came here and ordered the Roasted Pork over Rice. I thought the price was not too bad considering the portion size was fairly hefty (obviously not as cheap as the prices in NYC). The roasted pork was seasoned well! I did not feel the need to add soy sauce like I usually do. Some parts of the skin were crispy, but other parts were a bit more rubbery so I wish the crispiness was more consistent because the meat was tasty. If you enjoy authentic Sichuan cuisine, this place delivers bold flavors, generous portions, and dishes that taste like they were made for people who appreciate real Chinese cooking. On our visit, we ordered the Fish Fillet & Beef In Hot Spicy Sauce with SoyBean Sprouts & Sichuan Pepper, Boiled Fish Fillet in Soy Sauce, Mouth-Watering Chicken in Cold Spicy Sauce W/Ground Peanuts, Pork Belly Slices W/ Preserved Vegetables and Spicy Noodles with Ground Pork and Peanuts, along with rice to soak up every last bit of sauce. The Spicy Boiled Fish and Beef was the star of the meal. The large bowl arrived covered with fragrant chili oil, dried chilies, and Sichuan spices. The fish and beef were incredibly tender and silky, while the broth delivered layers of heat, aroma, and numbing spice without overwhelming the flavor of the fish. Every bite was rich, comforting, and deeply satisfying. In contrast, the Boiled Fish Fillet in Soy Sauce showcased the kitchen's finesse with more delicate flavors. The fish was exceptionally fresh, flaky, and perfectly cooked, served in a light soy-based sauce with scallions and greens. It allowed the natural sweetness of the fish to shine and provided a wonderful balance to the spicier dishes on the table. The Chicken in Cold Spicy Sauce with Ground Peanuts was another standout. The chicken was moist and tender, dressed with fragrant chili oil, garlic, cilantro, and crunchy toppings that added texture and freshness. It was refreshing yet packed with flavor and made for an excellent appetizer. We enjoyed it with steamed rice. The Braised Pork Belly was beautifully prepared, with alternating layers of meat and fat that practically melted in your mouth. The rich soy-based braising sauce was savory with a touch of sweetness, making it the perfect companion to a bowl of steamed rice. The Spicy Noodles with Ground Pork and Peanuts were simple but incredibly addictive. The chewy noodles, savory minced pork, roasted peanuts, and fresh greens created a perfect combination of textures and flavors. Once mixed together, every bite delivered a satisfying balance of richness, crunch, and subtle heat. What impressed me most about Humble House was the authenticity of the food. The flavors are bold and unapologetically traditional, the portions are generous, and each dish feels thoughtfully prepared. The setting is casual since it's located inside the supermarket food court. If you're looking for authentic Sichuan and Chinese comfort food in Duluth, Humble House is absolutely worth a visit.
