Wow!!!!!!! This establishment should not have the honor of serving families food in this community. What is this? It's suppose to be a chicken wing. Shame on you!

Completely unacceptable!! There was a centipede in my shrimp and broccoli meal. If I hadn't tried mixing it around, I would have probably eaten a damn bug. I'm beyond disappointed and grossed out !! Don't eat from here unless you want bugged out rice

I had a pretty decent Uber Eats delivery meal from here recently. I would say the overall 3.5 star average is fair. I ordered several things and some were good, others were "meh." For starters, the veggie spring rolls I ordered as a side and egg roll that came with the meal were all good - pretty standard, but tasty and fresh (not soggy or overdone either). The egg drop soup with won ton dumplings was good - nice portion and good amount of meat in the dumplings. For main courses I ordered the Pork Mei Fun, Shrimp in Lobster Sauce, and Veggie Egg Fu Yung. I think my favorite dish was the Pork Mei Fun. I've never tried it before, but it reminded me of a cross between pancit bihon and the Hawaiian style dry mein noodles I've had from back home that include green onion and char siu (cha shu) in the mix. It had really great flavor and lots of meat and veggies which was nice. The shrimp in lobster sauce was okay - nothing really special, but decent. The fried rice that accompanied the dish was not good at all as it was dry and under-seasoned. Finally, the veggie egg fu yung was my least favorite of the whole meal. I am used to really good egg fu yung from a place back home called Siu's on Maui. This egg fu yung was soggy and overcooked - as others have mentioned here it was truly burnt which ruined the flavor of it. It came with a sauce on the side that sort of helped it but not really. I would never get egg fu yung from this place again. Overall, it was a pretty good meal and was packaged well. I had lots of leftovers from it at a very reasonable price. I would probably stick to the Mei Fun, rolls, and soup if I order from here again.

I'm not really picky when it comes to Chinese. I had the sweet and sour chicken combo, and added a shrimp egg roll. I ordered on Grubhub and the food was still hot when it arrived, so the temperature earned 1 star. The chicken, the rice, and the egg rolls were all flavorless except for the taste of cooking oil. The sauce couldn't even redeem any of the food because it was watery and tasted like cough syrup. I had a zoom call with my supervisor right after lunch and told her about the horrible experience. Even she noticed that the sauce is normally thicker than what this restaurant sent. I really hate to waste food but ate about 1/2 and tossed the rest because it was disgusting. Googled and saw that this place has multiple locations on this side of town. I don't know if it was this location, or the cook was having a bad day and gave me a yesterday's refried leftovers but never, ever, again.

Wonton & egg drop soup in large

love this place, I came in for the first time today cause it didn't look like they we're getting much business & I love supporting places. The wonton and egg drop soup in large is a great size & was nice and hot when I received it, only took a couple of minutes was super fast! Very happy I came by 10/10 soup and service was great! Young lady at the front was nice and just made the experience even better

Ordered delivery from this place for the first time tonight! Ordered directly from yelp app around 9:15 pm and it arrived at 9:45 pm very quick! The food looking fresh and taste pretty delicious. I got her shrimp with broccoli with white rice , chicken wings and shrimp fried rice and an egg roll. It came out to $18 with delivery included which isn't bad at all. Im happy the shrimp with broccoli is in brown sauce and the fried rice is really fried rice not fake yellow rice like some paces around here. I'm very please and will order again! I also added photos and a menu!

I found the pork belly to be really tasty. There was a nice marinade over the skin and meat, plus the skin was pretty crispy even when some of the pieces got a little too moist inside the container. I thought there was a generous portion of the crispy pork in my meal. There were some mustard greens in the rice plate which added nice variation in taste. I also got a small cup of complementary soup on the side which I did not try but it did smell good. Overall, I think that my meal was pretty good. There was big screen tv and karaoke setup. That was about it for the positives. Most of us showed up around 6:30pm on a Saturday night. The parking lot was pretty empty in front of Canton House. I looked over into the parking lot of Gohan Buffet and it was super packed vs Canton. We got the Family Dinner ($600) which feeds up to 10 people. We got 2 of them because we had around 20 people. The dinner comes with 10 dishes. 1. FISH MAW CRAB MEAT SEAFOOD SOUP 2. HONG KONG STYLE TWIN LIVE LOBSTERS 3. FOUR SEASONS APPETIZER PLATTER 4. WALNUT SHRIMP WITH FRESH FRUIT 5. GOLD & SILVER SEAFOOD FRIED RICE We had the crab soup first which had 0 flavor and I didn't even taste or see any crab inside. It was not good. The Hong Kong Style Lobster was a small portion and I barely got to eat any. 4 seasons appetizer was okay but just mainly fried stuff. Steak cubes were super small and I only had one. The walnut shrimp dish tasted like the honey shrimp from the low budget Chinese buffets. Dungeness crab was nicely decorated but didn't taste good. Peking duck wasn't bad but the portion was too small. It didn't help people in my party was grabbing big portions and being selfish. The sea bass was very good and I loved the crunchy ness to it. The snow peas dish was not very desirable as I had no clue what was inside. The fried rice was garbage as I tasted better fried rice from Panda Express. It had tiny shrimp bits like from low budget shrimp pieces from Krogers. Let's get to the table service part. One of the females had a real nasty attitude and didn't seem like they were too happy to be here. We finished eating and ate our cake. We wanted to have alittle fun with the karaoke but apparently the staff members kept coming in to "check" on us every 5 minutes. They weren't there to check on us as it felt like they were trying to rush us out so they can clean up. One employee even had the nerve to say, isn't it getting dark out? I was highly insulted by this. Affer spending approximately over $1700 at Canton House, I expected alittle more nicer hospitality. And from looking at their regular dining area, which maybe had only 4-5 tables with customers seat. They can use our business as the food here sucks. Affer the 5th time of employees coming to "check" on us, we all got tired and decided to leave. I do not recommend this place as the food and customer service just stinks here. I will definitely not giving them any of my hard earned money on the future. The dim sum as I remembered wasn't the best but I gave them a chance and still gave them a decent review. The value for the food is horrible. But I didn't hold anything back this time as they have been opened for a very long time.

There are some differences to how menu items are made/taste from when I first had it, so I feel as though the chef has most likely changed. The chicken feet have changed too, but both were good. All the classic items are still basically the same. I liked the pan fried chives dumplings and beef cheung fun here. I can't speak for dinner or how it is on the weekdays, but it's quite busy over the weekends, which is expected for dim sum. It's a large space too, but once it's busy, you'll have to take a number and wait for a table. There's some seating along the side of the entrance to wait, but it may still take awhile. Unfortunately, this year's experience was extremely disappointing. The service was terrible. We waited 40 minutes just to get our drinks, and after placing our food order, we waited another hour and a half with no food arriving. We were repeatedly told that the food was "coming soon," but nothing came. For reference, we ordered very simple dishes -- green beans, cauliflower, and eggplant -- items that should not take over an hour to prepare. Eventually, the duck arrived after an hour and a half, but none of the side dishes came with it. We had to speak to the manager three separate times, and the staff was rude and dismissive throughout the experience. The restaurant is very authentic, and we were clearly in the minority as guests, but that should never justify such poor service. Sadly, our five-year tradition of spending Christmas here was completely ruined. If you decide to visit this restaurant, be aware that the service can be extremely disappointing.

I thought the price was not too bad considering the portion size was fairly hefty (obviously not as cheap as the prices in NYC). The roasted pork was seasoned well! I did not feel the need to add soy sauce like I usually do. Some parts of the skin were crispy, but other parts were a bit more rubbery so I wish the crispiness was more consistent because the meat was tasty.
