Nothing is a miss 8.3/10 Soy Bean Paste Noodles - The noodles have great texture. The bean paste does come through. I adore a strong simple dish like this. 8.5/10 Crab XLB - Its not bad, its not good either. The flavors need to be adjusted a little. 6/10 XLB - These are actually pretty good. The dumpling skin, the soup and the filling checks all the boxes. 8.4/10 Pan Fried Buns - It presents really well. The crunchy corn starch base is always fun to eat. The only "average" dish was the Spicy Beef and Tendon (3/5), but one decent dish can't save a meal this poor. The Service & Billing: The service was quite slow during our visit. We waited a long time for the check and eventually ended up packing our own leftovers and heading to the front counter to pay so we could head out. I was also surprised to see an automatic 20% gratuity added to the bill, especially since it was calculated on the total after tax ($23.07 tip on a $106.80 subtotal).
