    We had our equipment installed yesterday, still no service. I was on the phone 2 1/2 hours, no one could help me. Still no service.

    You can't ever talk to anyone to address your problem. There automated phone system sucks.

    T-Mobile has the worst customer service. I have been a customer since 1997. I tried to use their…read moreWiFi system but they don't have good service and could not watch a single movie all the way through. So they sent me another box (different type). It didn't work either and it came with zero instruction. I was told I could take the box to local store to turn it in. When I got there he told me we are Literally going to throw it in a box and put your label on it and mail it in. Great right! No! He wanted me to take it to UPS store so I didn't have to wait. Wait why? You have to wait 45 minutes. No you can't leave it in my store because I'm going to throw it in the trash and you will be billed for it. So if all you are going to do is attach the sticker which I had in hand and mail it back WHY do I have to wait 45 minutes? Ok I'll go to lunch down the side walk. He says let me know when you come back in and I'll put you on the list. I insisted that he put me on the list now since it would be 45 minute wait and lunch would take no more than 20-30 minutes and it is literally 3 doors down. He balked but did finally add me to the list. Now why do I have to give you 45 minutes of my life so you can in his words Literally throw it in a box and mail it? He didn't have to put the label on it that second and I had the sticker with the box. ?????

    Moved from Fort Lauderdale to Willis, Texas's in October. Moved into new house @ had no cell…read moreservice. I went to T-Mobile store and was told cell tower was out of service & would be back online within a month. Fast fwd to January & still no service. Called T-Mobile & cancelled service. Now I just got another bill after 6 months of unacceptable service. I live in the Woodlands Hills Community. Buyer beware. I've been cheated, be better than me! I hate getting ripped off.

    Went here to get upgrade my phone. Knew what I wanted and there was a promo on our account we…read morewanted to use. Everything seemed fine, we purchased the phone the total seemed right and we were doing the transfer. My husband was waiting and randomly looked at email with the receipt and noticed two extra charges (in which we never said yes to). When asked what they were Keham M said the $40 was for doing the data transfer and phone set and the $20 was for if the phone ever got water damage we could bring it back and they would fix it... 1. My husband works with IT and could do the data transfer, Keham never said anything about this charge, we would have definitely not paid for that (my husband always does the data transfer for us when we get a knew phone). 2. When asked about the water damage protection being good for any Verizon store he said only their store. We don't even live Conroe. We are just visiting family. Why in the world would we agree to that charge? He swore he told us about it but definitely lied. He knew he was caught in a lie and was like I will refund the two charges. At that point you lost us as a customer. My husband asked for the manager. The manager said he would refund the two charges but my husband was pissed. We told them we wanted to cancel the whole transaction and get my old phone back. He straight up lied. Definitely don't trust him when going to this store and make sure to check what you are paying for because he straight up stole from us.
