He was clear about what could be done and what couldn't, and suggested alternatives when what I wanted to do wasn't practical. He did the work in a timely manner, and I am happy with both the result and the price. The only issue I had was scheduling a time, but that's largely due to my schedule. It turned out to be a fiasco! (It started on a Wednesday) He ran the drops but did not understand the instructions for using the Aruba wireless/ HPe access point mounting kits (part number: AP-220-MNT-W2W). In the process, he cut up and damaged one of the mounts as well as made over 8 screw holes in my ceiling. When he was "complete" he quickly took my check and left. Within the first hour of his departure, the AP's received power via POE, but no data. I immediately called and texted him about the issue. He assured me that he was currently going to his next job, but would return the following day (Thursday). The next morning, I texted him at around 8:30 am to confirm he would return that day to correct the cabling issues. I received a reply, that he was indeed planning on returning that day to fix things. At 2:22 pm, I once again texted him to see what the ETA was on returning. His reply was that he was finishing up a job and would text me when he was on the way. At 6:33 pm, I received no calls or texts, so I once again texted him to see if he was indeed still coming. The reply was "I'm heading to pull footage for the cops", whatever that means..... After that text, I never received a call or text again. Fast forward to Sunday, where I had to hire another cabler to come in and fix this guys shotty work. In short, he made several unnecessary holes in my ceiling, cut up and damaged an AP mount kit, and literally mis-wired the RJ-45 end connectors. He literally flipped the pinouts from left to right. In short, clearly, this guy is a jack-leg who doesn't know what he is doing with regards to Cat5 drops, RJ-45, Ethernet, and keystone connectors. He tried to take the "money and run", so I had to put a stop payment on the check.

Successfully filed for default judgment. Reached out early November in hopes of getting paid something. He promises to write a check but doesn't say how much it's for. A month goes by and no check. His response was "I thought you had received it". Yeah right. Then he says he will drop it off at my house that day. Again no check. Now he's saying he didn't mail it because I wrote a bad review and if I want any money at all I have to delete the review. Wonder how many other people he's pulled this with? This man has not kept his word to me so many times I'm losing count.

Samsung has made its new TVs extremely challenging for your average joe to get its new sets up and working without help--and I use to sell advance computer systems, so I thought could do it----NOT!Lexx Audio & Video did a great job getting the heavy base on and connecting the other boxes--that the instructions do a very poor job of explaining. The real problem was the awful mandatory App set up and the unforgivable way the colors and contracts came with the tv when we turned it on. The last two items took over 90 minutes to set up. Again, impossible without Less Audio & Video assistance. The price for the service and assistance was more than fair and Randy is great to talk to. Just be sure you do as much as possible to the App and TV settings vs Randy, so you know how to make changes. Also Lexx Audio & Video were very responsive to my quote and texts. I'll use them again if I ever get another tv for the house.

Shortly after, major parts started falling. To be precise, 3 DoorBirds, at 5K each. A gate problem that was opening and closing up to 100x per day. He claimed it was not the DoorBird but my power. I spent thousands on checking power and wiring. But the odd part was: it usually started when we had heavy rain. Soon after this he stopped returning my calls. I would wait; a week, then a month as he forgot he scheduled us in. Then 2 months then three. We put up with this for close to 2 years. When confronted he just stopped responding... Close to 100k spent, burned on 20k cost between this and a working LTS PTZ camera that he wanted to replace with a full color at night. They took my camera, and left. The full color PTZ does not work. I am out over 20k in billing from Electronic Dreams, Rick who has not responded to my texts, emails and requests through his brother and son. I have hired a new company to verify all systems. They have confirmed, the systems were short circuited as they were not properly sealed. I am not only out the 20k, but another 15k to repair and replace. If you want a company to install and walk away... Hire Electronic Dreams.
