Recently, I upgraded to their top 8 Gig speed tier and added a Wi-Fi extender and the difference has been incredible. My connection is now rock solid throughout the entire house. No dead zones, no buffering, no random drops just fast, consistent speeds even with multiple devices streaming, gaming, and working at the same time. If you're running a smart home or working remotely, this level of performance makes a real difference. What really stands out is the value. For the speed and reliability they offer, the pricing is extremely competitive compared to other providers in the area. You're getting premium fiber performance without the inflated cost. If you're considering upgrading or switching providers, I highly recommend them especially the 8 Gig tier with the extender. It's been worth every

If you're hesitant about making the switch over, I'd highly recommend it!

The store was supposed to open at 10 AM and at 10:10 someone finally came out and said they couldn't get the inside lights on. It is daylight and plenty light in the store. The young lady who waited on me did fix my problem, however, that problem could have been handled promptly at 10 AM. I will not go to the store again. In fact, because of the store, I am contemplating changing providers.

It was a great first impression for Verizon! I was having issues with my iPhone. For some reason, my Apple Settings were grayed out and I was not able to use my "Find My" app. Last night, my cat did not come home. He wears an Apple AirTag so I can track him on the "Find My" app. It wasn't working! That was not good timing. I had anticipated on having to spend quite a bit of time at Verizon, trying to get this issue resolved. Nope! Matt has been very well-trained by Verizon! He was able to fix it in about 10 minutes! Seriously, I expected to spend at least an hour at Verizon. There was NO waiting and Verizon has hired professional, experienced and customer-service motivated sales professionals at the Verizon-Tomball, TX location. Thank you Verizon and especially Matt King! Great work! Tricia Doddsl

I have been using Comcast Xfinity Internet since 2005 but grew tired of the messages that popped up on my browser window and being double charged for going over the data cap they imposed. I was not able to get any fiber at my location so decided to try StarLink by SpaceX. My StarLink came with a standard ground stand rather than any kind of mount. I looked at the available mounts StarLink offered and was not sure what to order or where to mount it. I called two highly rated places that specialize in StarLink and Satellite Dish Installation in hopes of being able to mount this thing professionally. I wanted it to look good and needed someone who might have more mounting options. Bert Berthelot who is the owner of Cable Busters! called me back in short order. the other place I called twice and never got a return call, so that made things simple. Bert set up a time that worked well for both of us and he came out and mounted my StarLink professionally, ran the wire through my wall to my Modem / Wireless Router and set the whole thing up for me. I could not be happier with the install. Later I cancelled my Comcast Xfinity Internet Provider and lived happily ever after.

We were also traveling a lot so paying for cable we weren't even home to watch. When Tachus announced they were putting fiber optic in our area we signed up, the price was so good and they said it would not go up. The installers ran the service lines out by the street so they didn't mess up our back yard like Xfinity did. Overall the service has been great, Tachus has generators for all their main branch units so they never go down after storms. Recently we did have an issue with a poor signal that kept cutting out. I called tech support and they tried trouble shooting over the phone but couldn't resolve the issue. The tech guy on the phone said he would contact the local support techs and send one to our house. I'm thinking, "oh sure, this will take a week or more". I was so surprised that we had a tech service guy call us and say he would be at our home within the hour! His name was Alphonso and he was just great. He figured out we needed a newer modem so replaced it as well as the patch cord from the modem to the wall connection as it had gone bad. He even showed my wife how to change some settings on here laptop to get it running faster! All this and no extra charges or anything. Their service rate, for example, is $175 plus an hour compared to other comparable services that can be half of that. If you have a Cisco system, watch out! The worst part about working with this company as a customer for more than four to five years is the service turnaround for problems can be 3-4 days and even longer. This includes simple questions or clarifications. I would avoid this company like the plague if you are a small business under 30 people. VoIP systems now are good enough there is no reason to burden your company with this expense or worse, experience in the long term. If you are a large company, they might be a good fit, but certainly, a better bargain can be had elsewhere.
