    Called this company after part of my security camera system went down and couldn't figure out why…read moreon my own. Genuinely impressed with how they handled it. They were very knowledgeable -- quickly narrowed down where the problem likely was instead of guessing, and explained what they were checking and why as they went. Communication was great the whole way through: quick to respond, kept me posted on what they'd tried and what was next, no long silences wondering what was happening. Their troubleshooting was logical and methodical -- they worked through possibilities systematically (power, PoE ports, connectors, wiring, NVR settings, etc.) rather than just throwing parts at it, which saved time and avoided unnecessary guesswork. They were also thorough, checking every angle carefully and documenting what they found along the way. Professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. Would call them again without hesitation if I have any other camera issues.

Bill came to our door and asked if we were interested in a security system. At that moment I wasn't looking at dealing with that task just yet. However, he wasn't pushy and explained that no contract was expected and we could cancel anytime. That sparked my interest. I agreed to set up security system and he came back two days later to install. Bill was very pleasant and answered all my questions in detail. The entire process was seamless. The equipment and monthly subscription fee is fair. We are very happy with choosing Stay Connected Security, Inc.

    Was locked out of my car. Keys and phone were inside. Was quoted a significant lower price on…read moreneighbors Phone. Came out and unlocked car in a matter of seconds. Just popped it open. Charged almost $400. i wanted to use credit card but said it would be an additional 6%. Said I needed to pay using Zelle. Then took a screenshot Of my zelle payment.,Got no actual receipt, business card, nothing. Guy was in an unmarked car When website shows marked work vehicles. Called company and got an invoice in a totally different company name. Will be calling my banks fraud department bc this is extortion.

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend their services. I initially contacted the company to obtain an additional key for a recently purchased used truck. At the time, I agreed to a $139 deposit. However, issues began shortly afterward. Each time I attempted to schedule an appointment, I was transferred to the locksmith, who consistently failed to answer calls or return voicemails. Despite repeated assurances from customer service that I would receive a callback, I never did. After nearly two weeks--and only after I proactively followed up--the locksmith finally arrived. However, the visit was unsuccessful. Within approximately 30 minutes, I was informed that a more advanced system was required to complete the key duplication. This was concerning, as such requirements should have been identified prior to the appointment. Another week passed without any communication. Once again, I had to initiate contact myself, only to be transferred repeatedly to an unresponsive locksmith. At this point, I requested a refund, but my request was denied. I also asked to speak with a manager, yet no manager was ever made available. Due to the lack of progress and communication, I resorted to contacting the company through their Instagram page in an effort to receive assistance. Ultimately, I was forced to file a dispute with my bank to recover my funds. The company initially issued only a partial refund, citing the locksmith's travel expenses. Interestingly, a full refund was offered only after the bank intervened. Overall, this experience was highly unprofessional, marked by poor communication, lack of accountability, and inadequate service delivery. I strongly advise others to consider alternative providers. This company is the worst!
