They were very knowledgeable -- quickly narrowed down where the problem likely was instead of guessing, and explained what they were checking and why as they went. Communication was great the whole way through: quick to respond, kept me posted on what they'd tried and what was next, no long silences wondering what was happening. Their troubleshooting was logical and methodical -- they worked through possibilities systematically (power, PoE ports, connectors, wiring, NVR settings, etc.) rather than just throwing parts at it, which saved time and avoided unnecessary guesswork. They were also thorough, checking every angle carefully and documenting what they found along the way. Professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. However, their answering service line and employee Tiersa will NEVER return calls. Whenever you call their number, you only reach a service company, not employees who can help you. They always say someone will call back, but after about 10 tens calling them, no one calls me back. I have emailed Tiersa multiple times and received no reply. They also took my damaged mirror during the demo saying insurance should pay for it. Now that insurance will not pay, they can provide me no records about the mirror. I HIGHLY recommend that you do not consider this company. There is no way to reach anyone if you have any issues because they don't have a public phone number, just an answering service.

It started in 2017 when a salesman named John Warman came out to give me a quote.. he seemed like a nice guy, we agreed to few services to get the security system up/running but when tech came out to do the work it was 1400.00 more than the agreed upon amount! Should've never signed a 3 yr contract but went against better judgment & have paid for it the last 36 months to the tune of 49.99 * 36 months and many service calls to fix what was broken at our own expense because wasn't done properly the 1st, 2nd or even 3rd time! After tech fixed the cameras without fail 1 of them would go offline within 2 weeks prompting another call and another service trip! All in all we spent over 3000.00 in 3 years to fix the problems that for whatever reason were never resolved properly! The panels in my bedroom & laundry room literally fell off the walls and there were a multitude of errors on the panel and through the app on my phone however there was NOT EVEN 1 call ever placed to me by Itech.. not 1 security alarm ever sounded regarding any issue or breach in 36 months! They just happily took my money and the final straw came just 2 days ago when I cancelled my contract since thankfully i had full-filled my 36 mth contract (best day ever) they had the audacity to send me a bill for 75% of September's monitoring fee for not giving them 30 days notice in writing after my contract expired on 8-17-20 that I owed them 40.00 more dollars! Just overall terrible company and its been a nightmare dealing with them last 3 years! Take your hard earned money & invest it elsewhere especially if you truly want to keep your family safe!
