About a year ago, I hired them to repair my alarm system by replacing the main pad, which they did promptly and well. The office staff is as kind as they can be. Very nice and responsive. The guys who come to install are friendly and professional. We had a communication and understanding issue regarding the pricing structure of the video doorbell service, and I don't believe it was due to bad intent. Just better communication was needed, which I have discussed with Omar. To his credit, Omar has made it right, which indicates to me he is a business owner who values his strong reputation. Mistakes happen, but the most important measure is how they are handled, and Omar handled his side well. read more

Omar listens well and easy to talk to. He quickly scheduled an appointment to install cameras the next day with Chris. Chris and his team were very efficient and offered great advice on placement of cameras and explained everything well. Great Service Overall read more

This what Omar's conduit work looks like. No wonder all of my cameras are losing connectivity 4 years after installation. Paid a premium for this conduit work and company took advantage by not doing quality work. Be very careful doing business with these folks. Great at sales. Bad at installing cameras. Update: $2800 for another company to repair Omar's poor conduit work. read more

Everything was great and the cameras worked amazing! would definitely recommend for anyone in search of great quality!

If you are looking to install security cameras, we highly recommend Omar with LightSpeed Security. We use to have WiFi cameras, but hated how sluggish it could be. CCTV is crisp, sharp, and always on! Best part is we can view footage from an app on our phone. We got some outrageous bids. Omar was very reasonable. The cameras have a 3 year warranty as well. We highly recommend him! read more

These guys are incredible! From start to finish they did an amazing job. Even when they were done, Chris insisted on coming back to make sure everything was as promised and that I knew how the system worked! You won't regret using this company! read more

Lightspeed was one of two companies given to me through Home Advisors. I called and spoke with Omar about what I was looking to have done. Omar was able to schedule an appointment/install the next day. I was given a fair cost on labor and the installation. The crew was very professional, polite and did a fantastic job. I would recommend Lightspeed Security to anyone looking for installation, security camera and monitoring services. Thank you, Omar. Gloria B. read more

Very fast response time. Worked me in his schedule for same day service even though it was 7 pm! I really liked that the owner, Omar took the time to deliver materials to save his Technician time and ensure my install happened tonight as requested. Raul did an amazing install and showed me how to navigate the DVR. 5 STARS read more

Good people and good companies are hard to find these days. I've had AT&T Digital Life for over five years. During those five years, I've spent thousands literally on upgrading my security system with cameras and home automation. I felt stuck with AT&T because I knew if I switched companies, I would have to come up with thousands to get the same level of automation. I called AT&T to ask them what it would cost to install four additional cameras in my home. Each camera was $250 plus labor! I thought hell, I could buy my own and have them installed for cheaper. Like most people, I started reading reviews for security systems. I wanted someone local, and I didn't want to deal with some foreign customer service center when I had a problem. Enter Lightspeed Security. After reading the reviews for Lightspeed on other sites, I decided to buy indoor cameras and have Lightspeed do the installation. I called Omar and told him of my plans. To wrap up this review, Omar and Lightspeed were able to completely replace my entire AT&T alarm system with the SAME level of automation AND the four additional cameras for a three-year contract and no money out of my pocket!! I couldn't believe it! Chris and his crew came out and in a matter of hours and had my entire system wired up and working and looking great! Everything works flawlessly. Omar and his company are very professional, answered all my questions, and treated me like family. Lightspeed has earned a customer for life. I promise you you cannot go wrong with this company! read more

Great Customer service and quality work! Any security and home automation needs give them a call!

Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous security consultant. Very patient and attentive when I described my needs and informative with the options I had. Installation was a breeze, and I am very happy with the results. My family feels safe and sound! read more

Omar the owner, was very pleasant, courteous, listened to my needs, wants and assured there would not be an issue. His technician(s), Christopher Muniz, and his apprentice were very efficient, not an easy task by no means, they didn't complain, ran into slight difficulty and it was easily overcame. They offered good recommendations, when they made a mess they cleaned it up, even following Xfinity's mess they didn't clean up. I do not remember which friend and/or colleague referred them but I'm glad I went w/ them. I kept them a little late for the next person (sorry). My set up wasn't as easy as it sounded. Their job is guaranteed. Loved how patient they were, good teachers. I even fed them lunch as they worked through lunch. read more

They did an excellent job! They kept their masks on, replaced our security cameras with higher resolution cameras, patiently answered our questions and went out of their way to be sure we understood everything. We added a garage door notifier and they had to return to place it. They arrived as promised and completed the job. We would highly recommend them! read more

Had originally talked with Omar the owner about various security camera options, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I decided I wanted to have the NEST doorbell installed. He sent one of his installers Jordan who showed up on time and got the job done. Will use their services again and would highly recommend. read more

I am so glad that I chose LIGHTSPEED for my security services. I almost went with ADT like my neighbor because they claim to be the best. I got 8 cameras installed with the alarm sytem and automation and compared my Smartphone Live camera view with my neighbor and my cameras look much better! Also, I paid about 40% less installation than my neighbor who installed ADT security. read more

I was recently installed a security camera system by Lightspeed Security. I am really impressed with the company's professionalism and easy process to complete the installation. From the beginning, Omar (owner) was easy to talk to and explained different options according to my main concerns. He followed with different options and send a detailed estimate. After reading other customers reviews, I decided to give them a chance. The next day, Chris (main installer) was at my business on time and did a detailed walk through and discussed placement of cameras among other things. After walk through I agreed to proceed with installation. They took about 6 hours to complete the project (10 Cameras). The installation was really clean and the cameras look sharp. I also have a 3 year warranty that gives me peace of mind in case something goes wrong. I am happy and believe I made the right decision hiring Lightspeed Security for this project. I'm looking forward to do the alarm system with them in the near future. read more

We had six security cameras installed and an upgrade to our home security system. Initially, Omar came over to our home to discuss the installation of the camera and system, but as we spoke more about our security concerns, he advised an upgrade of our system. We were hesitant, but he spoke and demonstrated the benefits behind the upgrade and we agreed that it would be a good investment. His presentation was concise, precise and sincere. We felt as if he listened to our needs and provided us with options to address them. He was neither pushy nor belittling. We set a date and the process began. We had some setbacks and unforeseen complications, however, his installers were very patient, polite and accommodating as they worked through the issues. They addressed our concerns and even returned several times to troubleshoot and provide alternative solutions. Overall, we were very happy that we had the pleasure of working with Lightspeed to secure our home. We would recommend this company to those looking for a professional, reasonable and accommodating experience while securing your home. Thank you Omar, and we looking forward to working with you again in the future. Tyrone and Roxanne read more
