I went into this store today to return equipment (since they refused to send a mailing label. I found out that they were taking 350 dollars to collections for their 5 year old modem. I gave them their equipment and they gave me an illegible piece of paper that was supposed to serve as my receipt and charged me for a month in which I received no service! I asked for a legible receipt and the customer service representative said,"Well I can read it." Then he refused to discuss why I was still getting billed. I got up and headed towards the door when one of their customers said, "Black People are so stupid!" The store employee (Who was not black) chose to agree and give her a High Five. When I responded I was told to never engage one of their customers. And then the store manager went over to congratulate this woman for her racial slur. Xfinity is garbage and the staff at this store should be reprimanded

She replaced my defective modem and was so so soothing with her words After several days of Friday with Xfinity she gave me reassurance that not all of their customer service workers are horrific thank you Ilyssa for everything as it meant a lot to me. The NOW Xfinity is more cost affordable, but it comes with terrible support. It's truly sad with "you get what you pay for" in real life terms.

Was straight forward with no sales pressure. He just answered all my questions and recommended several safes for me to choose from. Josh and Health worked with me over the phone to set up delivery. Called before they left the shop to alert me they were on their way. Showed up several minutes before the scheduled time. Only took them 30 minutes to set up the safe in my study, on the 2nd floor of my house!!!!! Made sure all the shelves were in place the lights working and paper work in order.

High Price, very rude…read more Hawk Security took over a few years ago when they bought out our old company. They demanded we "upgrade" just to keep the service, and jacked up the price by 78% from the old rate. We put up with this until this month, then found several companies with much better deals and service reputations. When I called Hawk they did not offer to match the lower rates, but insulted me instead and told me I had to pay in advance for June PLUS they would not cancel service for 30 days. I don't usually post reviews but you need to stay away from these guys, they are ALL about money and can't be bothered to even try to be polite.
