The sales representatives who came to my home in Waller were Daniel Hernandez and Jonathan Guzman, both of whom straight up lied to me just to make a commission. DO NOT sign up with these liars, you will regret it. Their manager, Angel, clearly doesn't care because this seems to be how they all operate -- lying to people to get sign-ups and money. It's disgusting business practice, and they should be ashamed of how they treat customers.

They demanded we "upgrade" just to keep the service, and jacked up the price by 78% from the old rate. We put up with this until this month, then found several companies with much better deals and service reputations. When I called Hawk they did not offer to match the lower rates, but insulted me instead and told me I had to pay in advance for June PLUS they would not cancel service for 30 days.
