Open seating where you order at the front, grab a table sign and find a seat. Nice menu of Mexican & Asian breakfast items + lunch. They offer coffee drinks and cocktails. No automatic service charge!! I got a Mimosa with freshly squeezed Valencia oranges and a hot Masala (from Boulder) Chai Latte. My food was a La Belle Bakery croissant sandwich with 2 sunny-side eggs, Tillamook cheddar cheese with an added slice of Polidori bacon. It was accompanied by duck-fat fried potatoes. with ketchup. As a mom of a toddler who wakes up mad early, we love that this place was open early with deals. We got the burrito and the bacon fried rice which were both rich, fatty, complex, and comforting. This is our second time visiting Onefold and it did not disappoint. First visit I had the burrito and it was on point. It's so large you could easily split with someone but if it's an option, taking the rest of it home is the way to go. This visit my wife stuck with the congee and she said it was as good as the first time. She would have trouble not ordering this every time. It's so good, great source of ingredients and the duck was outstanding. 10 out of 10. Croissant breakfast sandwich was my choice and it was phenomenal. We had the breakfast burrito with chorizo and the ham and egg croissant breakfast sandwich, black coffee and water. $44 out the door. The croissant sandwich was good but it seemed to be missing something. I needed something fresh to complement the savory elements. I give it three stars. The croissant itself was delicious. The eggs were a tad over cooked and brown on the bottom. The dish comes with chunky, twice cooked fried potatoes which were yummy but I couldn't more than half of them. Very filling dish. The breakfast burrito was massive and doused in green chili. The green chili sauce here is more like a mole or a gravy. There is a hint of cinnamon and very flavorful but not my particular flavor profile. Fried potatoes. Eggs. Chorizo. Cheese. It's a meal for two people realistically. The food was slow to appear but not terrible. It's an order and seat yourself situation. There is plenty of seating in and out and it's well kept. Self-service water but no coffee refills. Such a cozy spot with great staff, food, and drinks. Stopped in after looking for a quick bite to eat close to Saint Joseph's Hospital. The Yelp app steered me correctly again. It was a chilly day, so I was looking for some warm comfort food to fill my belly...enter Onefold. I had a hard time picking out lunch because everything sounded good. I love that there were Asian and Mexican food infusion selections. I settled on the Tacos Consome because the braised barbacoa was calling my name. Visited on a weekday for their "breakfast happy hour." What a great idea for a breakfast spot to do and would love to see more places do something similar. Breakfast happy hour currently includes the option of either a breakfast burrito or bacon fried rice for $7.50. Awesome deal and they don't skimp on portion size. Service was kind, albeit the food came out kind of on the slower side (they were somewhat busy). Food was yummy. We did get a side of scrambled eggs for our toddler which came out kind of bland, but maybe that was our fault for not really specifying cook/seasoning. Anyway, if it was a mix-up, then it makes sense, but if it wasn't, then just expect it to have a slight liquor taste, which can be surprising. We were on the hunt for a new brunch spot in Denver and decided to try this out based on Yelp reviews. It's a cute order at the counter type of joint with a few tables inside and a bunch outside. The menu looked great and I wanted to try everything, but we settled on the breakfast quesadilla and the Simple Breakfast along with a fresh squeezed OJ. They ring you up and give you a number and bring the food to wherever you're sitting. The OJ came out pretty immediately, but the food took 27 mins (we were there at 2:15pm on Saturday). It didn't seem very busy, but they did have some to-go orders on the counter so maybe that's what took awhile, but would have liked to drink my OJ along with the food. The OJ was good, but very frothy. I don't mind that at all, but feels like I'm paying for 1/4 froth based on the size of the glass. My quesadilla was tasty and LOADED. It's a good sized portion for the price of $15.49 and I liked how the potatoes were more like crispy hashbrowns which added a nice texture. I opted to go with the maple bacon which was a good choice. My only complaint was that one of the wedges had virtually no eggs or meat, just potatoes and a little cheese so I kind of gave up on that one. The pork green chili it came with was pretty good too. It was a heavy meal and good for a hangover, but I'd probably try something else next time. My husband got the Simple Breakfast and tbh it was pretty disappointing. For $15.49 he basically got a huge bowl of overcooked potatoes, overcooked eggs, and overcooked bacon. The potatoes sounded amazing - duck fat?? Sign me up! But honestly I didn't really taste much to differentiate them from regular potatoes and they were very dry. If the eggs weren't overdone the bowl would've been slightly better, but there was hardly any runny yolk to add that much-needed juice to the dish. Decent experience. I had the latte ($6 for a small cup), and the breakfast tacos. You get 3 in the order - and I had one bacon, one carnitas, and one chorizo. The best part of the tacos was the melted cheese on top, followed closely by the fantastic homemade flour tortillas... but I felt like the large amount of crispy potatoes/onions in each taco detracted from the cheese and other flavors of the meat/eggs. This is a cute cafe near both city park and cheesman park. You order with someone at a kiosk rather than have table service, but the food is higher quality than most places with that type of service. They offer a French-inspired selection of breakfast options and good coffee. It's a nice place to go with a friend or with a brunch date, and you can sit inside or outside. This place is mostly farm to table so they really care about the ingredients they use. Side of potatoes was probably the best thing we got and even then they were dry. Coffee was good, but instead of receiving it first, we got our food and had to flag someone down to get the drink. Service 3/5 - Giving a 3 due to not having true service in terms of having a server. You would think you would get served like you would in any restaurant this nice; but you order when you walk in and there are no menus immediately in front of you to view to order. Had to find menu (online or paper menu) to order and then wait to have your food delivered to your table. Then, once served it was hard to get someone else if you needed anything else.
