Great flavor in the meat and delicious fry sauce, the fries are that classic greek burger joint style fry which is my personal favorite, everything was on par with Astro Burger or Crown Burger. The burgers take a minute to come out but they taste good and fresh so it's worth it. Definitely worth a try!

The food here is good and hot. The burger is tasty, and the bacon is amazing. Their fries are bland and a little soggy, but their onion rings are tasty and bursting with flavor. There are no substitutions for the combos. The service is okay. I understand that service workers are overworked and underpaid, but I felt that their person taking our order was curt and snappy when I simply asked to have the fries substituted with onion rings (and I was of course willing to pay an additional substitution charge). Instead, we had to get fries and onion rings because of the policy. The ambiance is a burger joint. It is not a good date-night place, and you order at the counter instead of being served.

Olympus Burger has been my go-to burger and Greek joint since 2007. It's a staple of the Murray area, with great food, a relaxed and cozy atmosphere, and courteous service. I've tried plenty of gyros in the valley, but Olympus's reign at a comfortable height above the rest. Its pricing is fairly standard for a fast food restaurant in the current era, and expect a healthy amount of grease with any meal.

One of my favorite burger places ever!! The owners are so nice and such a family run place. It's a cute place that is amazing!! I always get the BLT, Pastrami burger, and Olympus Burger!! I love this place. Their shakes are also amazing. The baklava shake is too sweet for me but still good

Love the food, hate the customer service! They are very stingy. I asked for extra ranch with our meals and the response I got was " yeah... no you've got plenty in there." Handed me my food and shut the window. I was willing to pay for the extra sauces, but wasn't given the chance to offer. Unfortunate to have this kind of interaction (wasn't our first time experiencing something like this) to get good, local food. read more

I hit this place up usually as a drive through option. They have great pork souvlaki, lemon rice and a great Greek dressing for their salads. BLT sandwich is large with a good sized helping of bacon. Onion rings are delicious and french fries as well. My daughter loves the gyros. Drive through can be a bit slow at times, but food is cooked fresh to order read more

Drive thru is extremely slow. And all I had was a junior cheese burger. I was expecting a grilled hamburger for how long it took but it wasnt at all. Covered in mustard and ketchup, no lettuce or tomato. Wrapped in aluminum foil, no bag nothing. I will stick to my whopper jr. read more

It seems that I have a plethora of Greek joints to go to, yet I end up at Olympus Burger once every couple of weeks and get a Gyro meal. Some day I will be brave enough to get the the Smelts. The drive through takes a few minutes longer since the food is cooked to order. I generally enjoy the food. If they were to go a littler lighter on the the fried zucchini batter I would probably get it a bit more often. Overall I don't hesitate to recommend it. read more

Avoid avoid avoid avoid. We pulled up and saw the building alone and almost turned around, and we should have. Soggy food, unfriendly staff, and a half hour wait to get a shake. I'm sure my stomach will be regretting this tomorrow. read more

All I've had from here is the Golden Olympus Burger, which is essentially just a Pastrami Burger on toasted garlic bread instead of the bun. It is quite the combination and their pastrami here is really good and a good charbroiled burger to tie it all together. The fries are pretty good too. Definitely recommend the Golden burger if you are a fan of pastrami burgers you'll love it, trust me. read more

Went today to get burgers for kids at the pool. Olympus Burger was so accommodating of all of our different kids' requests. They triple checked our order to make sure everything was correct. They were fast and thoughtful to ask if we needed cup holders, etc. The food was good and the service was great. Seemed like a nice family owned place! read more

Try the jalapeño Swiss burger. I did and I am glad of it. I doubled up the meat for a nice proteiny work lunch. Service was quick and amiable and the burger definitely tasty. Prices are reasonable and the menu is quite lovely with other-than-burger options also. This location has was parking, long hours, and a drive thru. I'll be back. Oh. Free wifi too. read more

You can get some excellent burgers and fried food, as well as some awesome Greek options. These guy's deserve 4 stars just for giving me a Greek food fix on Sunday! That being said the food isn't quite as good as Crown or Apollo burger but it's more than adequate. They offer the usual Gyro's, Pastrami burgers, Saffron/Lemon rice and more hard core Greek items. The place is clean and filled with pictures of Greece, lots of little statues and tons of fake flower arrangements. It's clean but well used. read more

The staff is super nice and the bacon cheeseburger rocks my world. Everything else I've had here has been great as well. Grilled meats seem to be their thing :) They are open on Sunday so it's a good place for the after church hunger pains. read more

Food prices on the website must not match what is at the location because I calculated what it should cost and sent my brother and he came back with it costing $10 more than I calculated off their website. We did not receive any marinara sauce with our mozzarella cheese sticks, we received ranch. That was a bummer!! My husband did not like his burger. I ordered the kids jr cheeseburger and a 1/4lbs burger and they were the same size and same burger but the 1/4 pound was $1 more according to the website anyway, m not sure the actual price because I sent my brother to pick the food up. I liked my gyro and onion rings but this place is not affordable for me to bring my whole family food from here. read more

This is my favorite place for Greek food. I love the Greek variety plate, their dolmathes, Lemon rice soup, and Greek Chicken Salad. They have great food and the owner is always friendly. I usually visit about one a week. The place is clean and I have several things on the menu and they have always been great. read more

Don't let the outside fool you! This place actually has really good gyros. I recommend the gyro plate if you are in the mood for Greek. The lamb was very moist and perfectly sliced. The meal also comes with a salad and starch of your choice. Portions are massive but quality is very good. I wasn't a huge fan of the grape leaves, but otherwise everything else was delicious and well seasoned. I just wish they could fix up the exterior a bit as it looks like it needs it! read more

Olympus Burger is definitely a hole in the wall... you might drive by and think nothing of it, but please don't sleep on them. Don't judge a book by its cover, so therefore I need you to go in to Olympus and check it out. I love the way they prepare their Grilled Chicken Sandwich and their fries! Everything always tastes great. If there was a way they could renovate their space that could attract more customers. read more

This place has extremely great fries. Big fat crunchy juicy! Just like a fry should be. I had the bacon cheeseburger. It was really good except the meat tasted a bit like gas. Other than that, this place was impressive. I love the fries and they came with fry sauce. I wanna try their Greek food since it looks like they specialize in Greek more so than burgers. I can't wait to try the gyro with some more of them awesome fries. If you are craving fries, look no further! Man, just can't say enough about them fries! I gave 3 stars for cleanliness of store and taste of the meat. Once I try some tasty meat I'll prolly update to a 5 star and will look past the dinginess for the fries! read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. I love their food, and the people that own it are awesome. The major problem I have is that literally every time I eat there I get upset stomach and end up in the restroom for the rest of the night. I wonder if they don't change their oil often? I just got a Greek pastrami style cheeseburger today (on a Sunday) from Olympus burgers. Life doesn't get much better than an awesome burger on a Sunday. I tried almost every Sonoran Dog offering--restaurant, food truck--in Tucson. Seriously. And have Yelp reviewed and rated them all. Folks, this is the real deal. So what makes a Sonoran Dog? First, the hot dog. bacon wrapped, with the right sized pinto beans, and diced tomatoes and onions. Next, mayo, guac sauce, and sometimes mustard, depending on the vendor. Often served with a grilled pepper. So far, so good. But if you don't have this final ingredient, IT IS NOT A SONORAN DOG! And that is.... ....THE BUN! Sonoran dogs are only Sonoran Dogs if it has the right bun. These are the right buns. Well...I'll say it is 99% the real buns. He gets them shipped in from Phoenix, I believe. Phoenix does not have the best Sonoran Dogs. In Tucson (the first North American city to be named a "Gastronomic Capitol of the World" by UNESCO) *all* Sonoran Dog vendors get their buns from Alejandro's Bakery. Period. *All* of them. And they are a special bun. Long, in which the hot dog actually fits, tapered at each end, fluffy, and ever so slightly sweet. Half of the enjoyment of eating a Sonoran Dog is the bun. And often you end up with a bite or two with no more dawg and it is a pleasure to eat that left-over bun with still a few of the other ingredients in it. With Chipilon style of Sonoran Dog (from a certain Mexico province of the same/similar name?) the bun is toasted on the grill on both sides and there is cheese at the bottom of the bun, which is melted. This is how he serves them. And the toasted bun is the best way to have a Sonoran Dog in my opinion. So I say his buns (from Phoenix) are 99% real because these buns have one end sort of sliced off. But that does not detract from the experience of eating these fine dawgs. The only drawback for me is that these dawgs cost $8.50. But hey, we're in Utah, and he has to import the buns, so that's an extra cost. In Tucson, anyone would balk if the dawg cost more than $3.50. But for me, this is the only game in town. And it's a good one. And he serves his with Duros de harinas (Mexican wagon wheel chips). And tonight I tried a combo that comes with any version of dawg he does plus a "mini quesadilla," which wasn't so "mini" as he stuffs it with a generous amount of cheese and you get three triangles. He's in the Latinos Furniture parking lot on Redwood in West Jordan. In case you use Apple Maps, until they accept the correction I sent them, it is on the east side of Redwood: 7659 S Redwood Rd. Even my wife, who doesn't like hot dogs, like Sonoran Dogs and likes these Sonoran Dogs. Check it out! 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

I'm in visiting from out of town and a friend mentioned two restaurants, one a pizza joint, the other a cheesesteak place...obviously I went with the cheesesteak place! I'm picky, especially when it comes to cheesesteak sandwiches...so I had elevated expectations with the place coming so highly recommended. Stepping inside, I was already pretty sure this was going to hit some high marks...it smelled good...it wasn't a "hole in the wall", but it had that vibe aside from being clean. Staff was nice, I explained I was a first timer and they walked me through the popular items, but I already knew I was going cheesesteak with everything on it. It was late and I didn't want to engorge myself so I went with the 6" instead of the 12" and got the fries with it. OK...they know what they're doing here...it came out wrapped in brown paper with sandwich paper (is there even such a thing...there is now) and it was steaming hot. I pulled back the paper exposing this beast of a sandwich...12" would have been too much (at least that's what she said. The cheese was melted throughout the steak...oh my God, this is the only way these should be made. The meat was lean, no grizzle or bad spots, they trim it perfectly for flavor and texture. Mushrooms, onions, peppers...and awesome bread, it was perfect and the first taste confirmed my beliefs! This IS the perfect cheesesteak sandwich and I'm not in Philly...how? One disappointment...the fries are coated...I'm not a fan of coated fries and almost never eat them. I usually ask, and pass if they are, but forgot to this time. I wasn't going to waste them...surprise, they were pretty damn good. I'll give them. 7.5 out of 10 and that's a solid score. So how do I score the Philly cheesesteak...9.9999 because does a true 10 exist outside of Bo Derek, well, maybe Phoebe Cates...Fast Times at Ridgemont High changed my life! And the way Frankie's puts their cheesesteak together is divine. This was just a half a hair under, it was so good. And it was so big and packed with meat. I couldn't finish this 6 incher. And it is very thoughtful that they provide a plastic fork and several napkins. Moochie's also has several sauces: jalapeño, chipotle, and Ranch maybe? Anyway, they threw in a bunch--and I mean a bunch--of jalapeño sauces and a couple of chipotle sauces. All in all, 7 sauce containers. The sauces are really good. Hardy and full of flavor. It is so tempting to eat this Philly with the sauce and I did for a few bites and really enjoyed it. But the flavor of the sandwich was so good, I didn't want to spoil it. This location on State Street seems a bit older and a hair tired, but still comfortable. There is enough parking and it is easy to get to. The service was pleasant and friendly. I definitely recommend Moochie's. I'll be back to try their sides. That, after all, is an important part of having a Philly cheesesteak. (Frankie's had killer sides.) 5* = A top favorite. Our server was funny, personable, and attentive, especially when it came to drinks and refills. Things started going downhill when I received my entree, the Poor Man's Truffle. Unfortunately, the only way this dish lived up to its name was in how little the supposedly high-quality ingredients seemed to come through. The dish itself is fairly simple, which normally isn't a bad thing when the ingredients are meant to speak for themselves. With Belper Knolle, truffle oil, pistachio pesto, tomato, fennel, and arugula, I expected something flavorful and well balanced. Instead, the entire dish tasted incredibly mild. Belper Knolle is typically a bold, salty, peppery cheese, and I could visibly see the black pepper around the edges of the thin shavings, but the flavor barely registered. I also couldn't taste the truffle oil at all. There was visible oil pooling at the bottom of the plate, but no noticeable truffle flavor. I understand pistachio pesto tends to be more subtle than a traditional basil pesto, but altogether, this dish just fell completely flat for me. The presentation didn't help either. It looked more like something that had been scooped from a pan and dropped onto the plate than a thoughtfully plated entree. When a dish misses both on flavor and presentation, that's when it becomes a real disappointment for me. I will say the gnocchi itself was cooked well, which was one of the few positives. I also tried the burger, and it was significantly better than my pasta. However, the very small sprinkle of bacon was a little baffling considering it was an additional upcharge. Where the night really went downhill was at the end of the meal. I had been excited to try the beignets because that isn't a dessert I see on menus very often. Our entree plates were cleared, and then we waited about 20 minutes before our server returned and asked whether we were ready for the check. Dessert wasn't mentioned, and by that point our table was tired of waiting, so we decided to skip it and asked for our checks. Then our server disappeared for another 30 minutes. We eventually had to flag down a hostess who was seating another table and let her know that we were still waiting for the check. About five minutes later, our server finally returned and casually explained how "crazy" the night had gotten because of the show. I understand restaurants get busy, but the apology felt very dismissive after we had waited nearly an hour from finishing our entrees to finally receiving the check. It genuinely felt like our table had simply been forgotten. I also want to add that I tend to hold restaurants like this to a higher standard. I'm a big believer in "you get what you pay for." If I'm eating at a fast-food spot or somewhere inexpensive and casual, there's only so much room to complain. But when a restaurant has prices like this, highlights premium ingredients on the menu, and presents itself as a more elevated dining experience, I think that naturally opens the food and service up to more criticism. At that price point, I expect the quality, presentation, and overall experience to reflect what I'm paying for. My final takeaway is that maybe I ordered the wrong dish. Pesto is one of my favorite things, so I almost always want to give a pesto-based dish a try. Unfortunately, Prohibition's pesto gnocchi was not it for me. I also saw that they describe themselves as a scratch kitchen using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, which I don't necessarily doubt. What confused me was how so many ingredients that should have distinct flavors somehow tasted like almost nothing. If your goal is interesting drinks and a fun show, this is probably still a place worth considering. Since we sat outside, I can't speak on the show part, but it seems to be a big hit. Food-wise, though, it missed the mark for me.

What really stood out was the customer service. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming even though I was the only customer there. It made the whole experience feel personal and relaxing. The location is super convenient too, right next door to the Tru Hotel by Hilton, perfect if you're staying in the area and don't feel like going far. The only tiny thing I'd change is asking for one of my rolls without sesame seeds next time. They were a little heavy-handed with them and it gave the rice a slightly odd, almost stale texture (I could tell the rice itself was fresh, it was just the seeds). Minor detail, but now I know. Overall, a really solid spot. If I'm ever back in the neighborhood I'll definitely return, especially knowing the service and food are this good even on a quiet night. Keep it up, Soy Sushi!
