It felt like the meat was just cooked until cooked and that was about it. The tortillas were also a little dry and had an almost sandpaper-like texture, which didn't help. The saving grace was the toppings and sauces. They offer onions and jalapeños to add to your tacos, and their sauces were actually delicious. Those added a lot of the flavor that I felt was missing from the tacos themselves. Overall, not terrible, but based on how highly it was recommended to me, I was expecting a lot more :p

I got to select however many meats with no toppings and was pain free for the rest of the day (conclusion for me: no additives triggered a wobbly digestion in response). Despite the terrible service, I proceeded with the order and requested a 9:30 p.m. pickup time to ensure the food would be ready for a strict 10:00 p.m. deadline for my brother. Despite placing this order seven hours in advance, the food was not ready when my mom arrived at 9:30 p.m., and she was forced to wait.
