Went in today just to browse, there were a over four separate employees I made eye contact with and no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. I went to the cashier to order a pair of jeans in short online to get the free shipping. It's partly my fault for not checking the cashier placed an order for low rise instead of medium rise. I called customer service within four hours of shipping and they couldn't guarantee they could cancel it. All around not a great shopping experience. read more

I was dusted and disgusted at my local store because they had no jackets, how do you have no jackets during the winter? This store had some great selections even in the clearance section. I love this location. I went here about a few months ago after receiving an Old Navy gift card for my birthday. The second I walked in, I was greeted and my eyes widened when I saw the unholy amount of selection. So. much. stuff. The location by me doesn't even compare to this one! I spent about 2 hours in this location, finding everything in my size and that they had a wealth of choices to choose from in terms of color. I'm so used to there only being 1 product for 1 color, but not here! Around every turn there was someone asking me how I was, if there was anything I needed and they were so helpful when I did have concerns such as "Do you have this in a size large?" "Sure let me get one from the back, we haven't restocked that one yet." GLORIOUS. Not to mention this is the only Old Navy location I've been to where they carry jewelry. Which made me so excited when I saw it because I love the jewelry selections that they carry online. When I went to check out, I waited for about 1 min with 3 other people behind me and 2 in front of me, when I looked to my right and there were 2 employees waving us down to help check us out. Talk about quick and speedy customer service. I left the store with new clothes in tow, new jewelry to rock, and the biggest, most satisfied smile I've ever had. I haven't shopped here personally but my friends go here and get their things. Everything is a bit clustered but somewhat kept organized. The employee in the dressing room was nice and helpful. I don't shop here a lot, but when I do shop, I usually find some good deals mostly for my 5 year olds. The cut of their clothes run on the smaller side compare to other brands like Gymboree etc. I think the clothes are good for small bones/ petite frames. I usually get one size bigger and it fits just right. Unlike with the other brands, you go one size higher and it will be too big and /or too lose. And if you get the right size it's also too lose. The clearance section is awesome if you have time to sort through them. But they usually have deals on the latest fashion and the quality is mostly good if not great. Today I got some shoes for $4 and shirts for $3. Can't be beat. This one is what made me give them 3 stars. They were doing some kind of construction inside the store by the boys section and the mechanical lift just started moving towards me. It's as if someone was playing with it. Then I looked up and I saw the guy doing some work on the ceiling. There should be a proper signage when doing this kind of work. These people need to learn to respect personal space and it's dangerous!! You can't just run this mechanical lift thru aisles of clothing without any warnings whatsoever. No one on the floor to help assist or answer any questions. Not much help on the floor but the lady at the check out counter was very nice. read more

I recently stopped by this location after doing some shopping at Sunvalley Mall, just to see what they had before driving back home. I was pleased with the service, having it been the first time shopping at this particular location. The staff was helpful, the store was clean (which is a PLUS for me), and they had two sections towards the back of the store solely dedicated to clearance items -- HOW AWESOME IS THAT?! Yes, it's retail. But you'll have a hit-or-miss type of feel no matter where you go and shop. Will I ever come back here and shop? Sure. I'm not in the Concord area often, but if I am, I will most definitely like to shop here again. read more

While I usually like the clothes, and have really enjoyed their line of accessories and workout gear that has really expanded over the last few years, I feel like I always regret coming to this store. The staff looks miserable most of the time. There always seems to be a line of ten people, only two cashiers, and then fourteen people are folding clothes in the back, when I just want to pay quickly and get out. I do like that they have so many jeans options these days, and always lots on sale, but you need to give yourself plenty of time to get in and out, as the checkout always takes forEVER. read more

This location is the "old" Old Navy in the Willows. The Veranda one is 2075 Diamond so the reviews are all mixed up. The old one is easier to get in and out of because people want the go to the new one or think the old one has closed. Employees at the old one insist they are both staying open. Doesn't make sense but who knows. This location is more run down and also seems short handed like the other new one. But I've found I can get my shopping experience completed more swiftly at this location and it's not overly crowded with too many racks of clothes everywhere I walk. I have not tried the order ahead and pick up option but I do order online and have made returns at this location no issues other than having to wait in line. For some reason I have also noticed this location has more kids running around unsupervised and opening packages making a mess of the store. But that could just be the customers that come to this store versus the other store. I'm a big time people watcher when stuck in lines and people are just rude and disrespectful making messes at this store I feel bad for the employees who have to clean it up. Overall, easier shopping experience at the "old" store versus the new one and it's the exact same products. read more

No receipt? No Old Navy cash? The cashier had to type every product number in her tiny phone like device and I had like eight pieces. She did not give me my earned 40% off discount until I reminded her. She asked if I wanted my receipt printed or via email. When I said printed I was told the printer didn't work and email was my only option. It took forever and then I got home to realize she also did not give me the 'Old Navy Cash' I earned. I've been going to Old Navy every week because we're having a beach wedding and we're on a budget so we got the groomsmen's linen shirts and shorts here for their wedding attire. We've been bringing back exchanging things and they've been very helpful. This store is actually clean compared to a lot of other Old Navys that I have been to. I've been to quite a few just searching for sizes and stuff. The people on their team are much more help than other stores because they can tell you which stores have the items you are looking for. Other stores that I have called or asked, they either didn't want to help or just didn't know how. read more

Came in on 10/17/2012, the day they had 40% off for all ON card users. Spent $281 for $460+ worth of clothes/jewelry. We got there 20 minutes before closing and saw that there were still quite a few people inside taking advantage of the sale. ON was fully staffed-- all the registers were busy and employees were cleaning up, tidying and restocking the place. The gentlemen who rung us out was actually pleasant and cheerful, especially after a busy day-- AND he was closing. I'll be coming back again in the first week of November to take advantage of $30 off purchases of $75+ for card users. I would highly suggest opening a card with them to really take advantage of all the perks. Also, returning products/clothes in store that were ordered online was pretty easy. read more

I only came in to purchase white leggings for my goddaughter's birthday party because they did not have them at Target or Walmart. Love that staff were wearing mask. Went to check out and they wouldn't accept my super cash. (They had expired but I called the store and asked if I could still use them, the said yes) The teller said I could use because they expired. I asked for manager, Billy came and teller explained situation. He said sorry and so on. When I explained I had bought a lot of stuff to get these super cash certificates., he'd said that's the way your going to talk to me. He offered 30% off if I use my Old navy card. I don't mind Old Navy clothing, because I can just thrash it and not care much, but recently I went to exchange a gift I received that was too small. The staff is friendly and told me their new policy, which when you have no receipt they would give me the clearance price on an item, which ended up to be $3.88. The funny thing was I didn't want cash back, I just wanted a larger size, but it no longer works out that way since people were stealing clothes or something along those lines. I ended up just keeping the item, since I would rather donate the item than get $3.88 for it. Someone out there will be able to use it. read more

Old Navy, your prices are great. Old Navy, your stores are huge. I love (sarcastic) the excitement of standing in line only to find that the fleecy top I was buying was in fact an XL, when it had been on a M hanger, then having to run back and find the correct size. TIP - check that garment size on the garment! ;) Bright side is it CAN lead you to more fun finds at cheaper prices. I walk out of there with a lot of good basics like fleece tops, solid color tanks or tee shirts, it's a great place to restock the basic clothes that last a season or two. I'm going to rag on the management of rush-times, though. SLOW SLOW check out lines, the line I waited in during the holiday season weaved back and forth at the front of the store, then extended down an aisle to the rear of the store, and looped around towards the front again. It was absurd, there had to be 50+ people in the line, with 2 or 3 checkers. (Time to hire or manage shifts better on rush times, my friends. That kind of line is epically absurd.) I usually come to this old navy because its easy drive to. The emeryville location is a lot closer to me but trying to get to emeryville and find parking is a bitch in half. Came out for their 30% off everything in the store. I needed more gym tops and hope to find some cute jean shorts. Folks who work here are super friendly and helpful. I went to pay for my stuff at the register and the checkout person was nice enough to let me pull my $10 reward off my phone so I can get a better discount. Although I must have held up the line, the gentleman was very patient and pleasant while I was getting the discount code off my phone. read more

Great selection for adults - men and women and kids and toddlers too. Huge store and great to pick up some casual clothes to muck around in but I do agree that the parking design is somewhat odd. There is all these angles and islands and you have to navigate to other restaurants and stores to park and not necessarily be able to park close to this store. read more

Never again! I went to Old Navy in the Willows shopping center on my lunch time. I work less than 5 min away. Anyways, when I got in line with 2 pairs of Flip flops and 1 pair of sandals, there were already like 5 other customers in line, and only 1 cashier. Although, there were several, and I mean several Employees, including the Manager working the floor. I saw at least 7-9 employees including the Mgr. putting away, clothes, folding and hanging clothes and only 1 cashier. Then the line got even longer behind me, now about 9 people in line, and they finally called for another cashier. And the Mgr and another employee were standing within 2 feet of the cash registers the whole time! I'm never going there again. Horrible customer service! read more
