Came here after visiting the Pleasanton/Dublin Old Navy and it was a relatively refreshing visit. Lines were much shorter with more staff to check out and friendly staff helping to answer questions. Selection was better than the other Old Navy. Parking was not a complete mess either. My favorite Old Navy, shop here all the time! Janette is AMAZING! She goes above and beyond for customers and is so personable. Every time super cash time rolls through Janette rings me up and takes the time to ensure I can use my super cash by helping total up the purchases and never seems bothered to ring up separate transactions. This location was very convenient to get to as it was right off of the freeway and I need to return something quickly on my lunch hour. It looked large and clean, but I had to wait in line for quite a bit, as they only had one person on a register. They didn't call someone else to come up until after I had already finished my transaction. The girl waiting on me was very friendly and apologized for the wait. It's always good to come to place that has good clothes and are very affordable. There have been a few times where I needed to get a pair of jeans quick before I went out and I found the right pair quickly here. This Old Navy in particular is normally pretty busy. Especially on the weekends. I have always received great customer service here. Definitely one of my favorite "cheap" places to shop. read more

sales are great. but the management is horrible. i have been here a few times the past week and as im browsing for clothes, around the corner i can her a man talk down to his employees. i think he is the manager because of how he is talking. i have overheard this man talk down his emplyees a few times now and it amazes me how this person can get away with what he says. he is very disrespectful but puts on a front for the customers. not necessarily a good one, but he tries. the other day i actually got rung up by this man, Brodie. i had a few questions about some of the clothes and also about my super cash. he would answer them with good info, but he way he would speak to me as if i were stupid. i dont understand how this man is still the manager at this store. he may know alot about the store, but his people skills are the worst. if there was a way to contact a higher person to speak about him i would so i just don't know how read more

Giana provided awesome customer service today. She made applying for a credit card simple and easy! My checkout experience was great! The other employees in the store are hit and miss but overall I found everyone to be generally friendly and helpful. Walked in to this location tonight. My rating is a combination of the corporation not having a resolution for my issue and the staff/management lack of professionalism and customer service. I'm a faithful Old Navy credit card holder, all my clothes are purchased here. Therefore, I occasionally receive rewards to use in store. I had $50 in rewards I planned to use today. I wanted to buy a specific pair of jeans and some other items, but the jeans I wanted they did not have in my size. No problem, they can order. HOWEVER, they have to order it on another machine, and they cannot split your rewards over two transactions. Someone says there is a way but they don't know how to do it. I suggest to charge me for the jeans I brought to the counter, refund to store credit, and use that to purchase the jeans in my size. The clerk discarded my idea. She went to look for her supervisor, who earlier was talking poorly of other unsatisfied customers at the register with a coworker while helping other customers. He was on lunch, so she went to search for the manager, who was busy making schedules and could not come help resolve the situation. I didn't want to spend money I shouldn't have to, but I also wasted an hour of my time in this store searching for clothes after having just lost most of my clothes in a fire. I was very dissatisfied with this experience because the corporation, I feel, should have some solution for their associates who encounter this issue. Also, I was pretty disappointed in the supervisor on duty and the general manager making the schedules. I was calmly but clearly unhappy with my experience, but politely asked the associate to cancel our order before we walked out. The two stars are for the lower level employees on the floor and the girl who helped me at the register. They were helpful in finding some articles, and the clerk walked all over the store trying to find someone to help us, only to be left without managerial support. read more

Just went here for some maternity clothing. It's a super small section all the way in the back of the store with the kids stuff. If you are looking for shorts with a full belly band I wouldn't come here. I found a cute dress and some shirts and one pair of shorts that go right to above my knees. Glad I at least found something. The line for trying on clothes was crazy. Took a while to get in but overall not bad for a weekend with a sale. read more

Received two pair of jeans from on-line order. Needed to take to store, to exchange just for size. Although extremely friendly- three sales clerks could not tell me where to find the same jeans (I had in my hand) to exchange... Nor did any of these three try and help... Went in on Saturday to use my bonus bucks, spend over $100 but second guess myself about it after , the cashier was extremely rude, first of all I grab a jacket that had 30% off tag but she wouldn't honor the price because it was the last one & she said because that one sells full price online, Then she rang up other hoodies my daughter picked also with 20% off she also didn't want to honor it and then I told her wth!! The workers here are very nice and helpful. There are some things for guys, but there are more for females. The store is clean and organized, and their bathrooms are clean. The lines are decent, and there are many clothes for kids. Parking around here is decent. The store is very spacious and nice. read more

This store does not deserve even ONE star!! Unfortunately that's what yelp requires in order for you to write a review. This review however is long over due considering it took place in December 2014. I was checking out at Old Navy with a few items totaling about $100 when the cashier asked me if I wanted to open an Old Navy CARD. I said sure thinking it was like a frequent shoppers rewards card or something considering she did NOT mention CREDIT card and simply asked me if I wanted to sign up for an Old Navy CARD. Finally after entering my info in their computer she told me I was approved which confused me because I didn't know you were approved for a rewards card. I asked her "Wait, approved for what?" And she told me I was approved for an Old Navy credit card. I was furious!!! After having the manager come over to try and resolve the issue, I was on the phone with their customer support who closed my account that I didn't want in the first place and was tricked into getting anyway. I was so upset that I just left the store without purchasing anything. Now, a few months later thanks to the cashier who did not refund the money she put on my Old Navy credit card, their bank is now saying I owe over $125 when I left the store with nothing!! I put in a dispute with the bank who found my transaction was valid only because the cashier did not refund the money back on the credit card I did not want to sign up for if I knew it was a CREDIT card!! I'm so upset that I owe $125 for absolutely nothing! I just want this whole dispute to be over. For employees: Please be more clear in what you're asking the customer to sign up for simply by stating that it's a CREDIT card and don't just say "Old Navy Card". It really is unfortunate that this happened considering that I love shopping at Old Navy and have been a long time customer there. read more

I was disappointed in the selection of flip flop colors for the $1 sale last weekend. I think it was much more organized in prior years when the flip flops were on one huge wall rather than spread around the store. I have been to this location twice in the last couple of weeks. The deals are AWESOME, AND the staff is GREAT! One person in particular is KEVIN. He is so outgoing and NICE! I came in a couple of weeks ago, and he actually remembered me! That is so awesome that someone remembered me in a positive way! He was at the register both times, and he makes conversation flow so well. When I go to any other store in general, The cashier usually says "hi" and asks how you are doing, JUST BECAUSE it's their job. Kevin is quick, and he makes conversation flow naturally! I don't often shop at Old Navy but a friend was wearing a pair of their new Pixie pants, so I made a special trip to buy one or more pairs. They were so cute, but I couldn't find any in my size. A cust serv rep told me to come back Fri, which I did, but no shipment was in. Another cust serv rep told me to come back on Tue, which I did, but no Pixie pants. The sales people were extremely helpful. I was asked by at least four sales associates if I needed any help. One of the girls, I wish I knew her name, went out of her way to try and find me a particular size in a jean I was looking for. Everyone was friendly. The only reason I did not give it five stars was when I checked out the sales girl told me the tanks were $10 each or $7 each for 2 or more, so I went to get another one. My bag was ready for me when I returned but after going through my bag at home the tank top was missing that I had originally brought up to the counter. Not sure where that ended up, but wait, I called today and explained the situation and they told me to come and anytime and I could pick up my tank top. That is great customer service. read more

Today I went to concord old navy. I wasn't really looking for anything specific, but as soon as I walked inside I was greeted by one of the sales associates. Everyone seemed to be super bubbly. I can honestly say my experience was outstanding. They didn't happen to have a size in a shirt I needed on the table, but luckily one of the employees found a size for me from the back! Go in to buy some birthday gifts, and a young lady - Nazo I believe, was ringing my purchase up. Don't know if you intentionally have your employees overcharge by double ringing an item, but probably not the brightest idea to do it on the most expensive item I had at the very end, and for the fact that I work retail. Can hear the loud beep twice and she quickly changes the pin pad screen to go to the total, without showing the items and their prices. Line was long and I had to hunt someone down just to get my money back. Thankfully your other associates/management acted nice. But really? Really suspicious behavior, so quick to hide the list of items I had on the screen and manager trying to say "oh it happens" without being able to look their customer in the eye. Double charging unsuspecting people isn't the way to make your holiday season's sales quotas. Only reason for 2 stars is the clothes and sales are usually great, but may not be worth it any longer. read more
