I called to make sure the one I wanted was in stock and they offered to hold it for me until I got down there, very kind. When I got there, I was greeted and asked how they can assist me. They already had my shirt waiting for me behind the counter, the employee double checked the shirt for any issues and saw a mark on it. He advised it would be just a moment while he steamed it. Upon doing that, he informed me he found a pin hole in the shirt and it was not acceptable to sell. I thought I was out of luck but the employee assured me it was no issue and had other colors to show me. I ended up getting the melrose in classic fit. Didn't even try it on. Got to the event I was working, put it on, and it was perfect. Incredibly comfortable shirt with great service. They have themselves a new customer.

Atlas, i.e. men's apparel, accessories, and items are front and center when you walk in the door. Athena, i.e. women's apparel, accessories, and items are to the right of the entrance. The clothing is hip and cool, and the fabrics and high quality. The jeans are lux and the tops are cozy and feel good to the touch. It's a larger space than the Atlas location in Walnut Creek, so they're able to carry a lot of styles for both men and women! Speaking of styles, their displays are set up by trend and not by vendor, so you can quickly put together a casual, trendy, or sophisticated outfit. They are the *only* place that carries the G-Star brand for BOTH men AND women outside of G-Star retail locations. Other vendors in their collection include the Canadian labels Dex and Tulle. I love love love this Macy's…read more My husband and I were shopping last winter for a great Gatsby roaring 20s party. A woman who worked in the men's section, by the name of Perla, helped us. We would not have known how to sort through all of the brands and styles of suits and tuxedos. She listened to what we needed and gave us her expert opinion. We ended up buying what she suggested and also got a very nice Men's winter dress jacket. It's felt like such a blessing that she was there and could help us. Months later, my son was visiting from college and needed a new suit for a wedding. While we were on our way there, I was thinking about her and hoping that she was there. She was at the counter and was able to come and take the time to help us. We found him a new suit, shirt, and a pair of shoes. I'm so impressed by how she was able to cut through all of the noise there and help us find something that worked for our needs. She's very kind and helpful. And I appreciate that She offers her opinions. It felt like having a personal shopper guide us. That matters a lot, especially I think in this day and age because often stores don't have that many people helping on the floor. If I hadn't worked with her before, I would never have known that I could even ask somebody to do what she did. She took the overwhelm out of the shopping experience. I give her five stars! Perla represents something rare and valuable that reflects well on Macy's and I wanted to share my thoughts about my experiences with her. I also felt like nothing about what she suggested was over the top and we actually chose to buy more than she suggested. It didn't feel like she was pushing merchandise on us. I mean, I am the one that went looking for her because of the way that she was with us the first time.

But he was everything and more and he seemed so well put together himself, ima skin girl girly, and remind you this is from months ago, I went and forgot to leave me review but I still remember how clear his skin was. So shoutout to him!!!! Now, I have to give only one con I sort of don't feel, when I come and I look like a bum lol and want to be in & out. I am not treated as nice or friendly by some of the "pretty girls" they turn into "mean girls" and I really dislike this, we shouldn't treat people let alone your customers a certain way because of how they look when they come in. There was not one employee who said hello, one girl started coughing a lot (gross, why are you at work), left the register and the girl ringing me up was as nice as a cactus. Didn't ask who helped me, would've gladly said no one. Even she couldn't have done the bare minimum. Next time, I'll go to Nordies next door or go to Valley Fair, if need be. People were walking around picking up their own items with no one helping them. When we are paying hundreds of dollars for a couple of things, your employees could at least greet us properly. I've never seen this lack of customer service at Lululemon on the corner. If management even cares, hire employees who aren't doing customers a favor for showing up to work. Regret walking in with an Alo sweatshirt on today and leaving with another one. The brand deserves better customer service.

It is a really nice department store that sells Men's, Women's, Junior's, and Children's clothing, cosmetics, shoes, toys, books and gifts. They also had a sale going on for clothing. The staff greeted us when we walked in. The inside was one huge space that was decide into different departments. I was immediately drawn to the beautiful displays of stationary and gifts right when we walked into the store. This store reminded of me of a store called Gottschalks department store that used to exist in Fresno California. They closed in the early 2000's. I loved that store and this place brought back many good memories of shopping there. Everything was so orderly and displayed so beautifully. The staff were exceptionally personable and friendly. I loved it here! They had a really nice men's department and shoe department. I didn't have a chance to thoroughly look at the women's section. I'll have to do that, the next time I come. I loved the kitchen items they had on display for entertaining. I ended up finding some really cute kitchen towels with kitty's all over them. I also found a nice baseball style hat with a lovely floral design on it, in the stationary section. They had lots of great gift ideas and unique items. I would definitely come here again in the future. I saw online that they have more locations in the North and East Bay, as well as Stockton. I hope to check out some of the other locations when I'm visiting those cities.

How much does a tissue paper cost?…read more Today I took my 83 year old mother out shopping to buy a baby shower stuffed animal. Her total purchase was $31. (2 stuffed animals purchased separately) I also purchased 3 baby books totaling $31. My mother asked for one of the stuffed animals to be wrapped in tissue paper to stay clean, and the woman who assisted her was very friendly and very accommodating to her disabled condition. However, the manager, D.Green, who checked us out at the register was reluctant to give us one more piece of tissue paper for the second stuffed animal when my mother asked for it - because it did not make the $20 minimum purchase gift wrap requirement. My mother did not ask for it to be gift wrapped. She asked for a piece of tissue paper, just so the fuzzy animal stayed clean. When the manager told my mother the purchase did not qualify for a piece of tissue paper, I spoke up and said I just bought $31 of books, does that qualify? She replied, 'no, that's on a different receipt' We left without the piece of tissue paper. I called the Store, and coincidently the Manager is who checked us out. I spoke to her because my mother was very upset and is a local resident. I do not live in the area. The manager stated she was following the policy. McCaulou's on Clayton Road just lost a local customer over a 5 cent piece of tissue paper! As a Manager myself I would never argue with a customer over a piece of tissue paper. The woman who wrapped the first gift was great, the Manager, however, needs customer service training as we were not rude or inconsiderate at any time towards her or any staff members.

I called Escobar Tailors to see if they could add pockets to the pants. Pockets that would fit my phone. I am OVER THE MOON with the amazing amazing job they did!!!! You'd never ever know the pockets were an added feature. The material they used was top notch,and perfect color match. You can't even see the stitching! The size is perfect. EVERYTHING IS PERFECT!!!
