I'm submitting this complaint regarding two store employees: Leroy, the manager, didn't even come out to hear my concern or make any attempt to help when I asked for him. Scarlet, a front-line employee, flat-out refused to process my return and showed no willingness to explore any solutions to resolve the issue. In the end, I resolved the issue myself and returned the item at a different location, where I was treated with the respect and professionalism every customer deserves.

The selection of sunglasses that they carry in the store are Dior, Prada, Celine, Gucci, Chanel, Dita, Tiffany & Co, Carerra, Coach, Versace, Miu Miu, and many more high-end designer shades. All of the girls that work here are very helpful and always willing to help. I always go to Jasmine because she was the first person to help me and give me some tips on the hottest and lasted sunglasses. I always have a good time picking out glasses with her. The store itself isn't large; however, they offer customers many styles and colors. They also sell specialty shoes for various activities like hiking, tennis/pickleball, walking, and running. Additionally, this store features a large selection of ASICS clothing such as t-shirts, socks, hoodies, workout shorts, sweatpants, and leisure wear. Prices aren't the lowest, but when it comes to quality, ASICS is either at or near the top. In my opinion, you get what you pay for. They also occasionally offer discounts like buy one, get one at 50% off, military discounts, and other incentives. The sales staff has always been friendly, professional, and helpful during each of my visits. Parking is available in the large private lot.

I was told they are two separate companies. I ended up buying a Dodgers cap in store regardless. The employees here were very helpful. I was upsold on getting the brim of my cap bent (different word) for an additional charge of $5. I was told if you do it yourself it can ruin the cap. I was also upsold on a 1 year membership at Lids where you can save 20% on all hats for one year. It was only a few cents more with the discount added on to the purchase price. It was a win-win! You can always use your Lids membership at the Dodgers Clubhouse as well.
