I could tell something about my last prescription was just "off" and it was likely time to get some designated readers. Dr. Kim patiently walked me through the exam and found just the right reader prescription for me that I looked forward to incorporating into my progressive lenses. I asked her point blank about what she thought about working for Big Corporate Optometry and while the details of her response escape my 57 year old brain, the gist was that she thought her patients/customers got the best of both worlds. Judging from my experience of upgrading the first half of my eyewear collection through August 2026, I'd agree with her 100%. Callahan and Tony have been *extraordinary* in their efforts to ensure that I was nothing less than delighted with my revamped glasses and have been creative and helpful in suggesting new frames for me to stay somewhat current with two new pairs of Ray-Bans. It's a bad company with overpriced shitty glasses. I had the customer service too and hate the owner at the West Hollywood store Chad. The glasses broke as soon as I got them home and the owner Chad is a POS and wouldn't return them or help me out. Waz the sales associate said I could return them within 7 days. And I did. He told me to talk to to corporate. I talked to corporate and spoke to Jason..and he told me "the company does not most likely return glasses ever". I'm like well it was in the 7 day period. I'm sorry but please DONT BUY FROM THIS SHITTY GLASSES COMPANY ! The glasses suck and arnt worth $600 and the Manager Chad is a pos and they have horrible management at corporate! I hope Chad and Jason get fired ! I also had sent an email to Chad and he just flat out ignored it for a week. Like what an horrible salesperson. Sales hungry and horrible customer service. Then they were arguing and telling me I couldn't return anything when he just ignored my emails. Fq thus stupid glasses company. I can't wait for the day they are OUT OF BUSINESS! And please someone let me know when Chad and Jason get fired and let go because they are complete con artists and are conning people into buying these crappy glasses and not caring about the customer and taking care of they're needs. This stupid company is money hungry and not helping towards its customers! And these are shitty glasses ! They break instantly ! I could give negative 10 stars I would! Long story short, a rare promo card was given out as a gift with purchase at select Footlockers. Many people, myself included, went there in person and called the day before today and all the workers there said "no we don't have the card" "we were supposed to get the card but we don't have it" "we're not going to have the card tomorrow" It turns out - they DID have the promo cards so there was horrible communication amongst all workers there. Anthony did a great job admitting the team needs to be better with communication especially for a big release like the Yugioh crocs and promo card. Hopefully in the future IF there is another big release at this store, the team there will simply BE BETTER! Thanks Anthony for taking accountability for your team. I'm sure you've gotten a lot of angry customers complaining about the same thing, but I know you handled the situations professionally. Now I hope this 5 star rating gives me good karma soon!
