I'll never do an online order again. Part of my order was lost. It took over a month to get a resolution. And there was no communication from WSS unless I reached out first. Instead of sending the shoes I ordered, I was given a refund. The card I originally used for my purchase was changed and I was told the refund could only go to the original form of payment. If you buy before December they will not accept returns of unworn, still boxed shoes that were opened at Christmas but are the wrong size. Customer service was absolutely no help at all. The women's section is limited, horrible, tiny and combined with the kids selection which is also very tiny making it hard to distinguish between womens and kids shoes. The store is 85% mens, which has an immense selection and even a mini jordan museum. The gender bias in this store is so ridiculous there's no point in going back for womens shoes. read more

I came to this store to buy white shell toe adidas or any shoe that caught my eye. I was impressed with this store's cleanliness, organization and layout. This store has great variety for men but when it comes to women the selection was limited. I don't think I even saw a pair of Pumas or Asics for women. I went around the women's section 3 times to see if any shoe stood out for me but to no avail. The employees were helpful and friendly. They have a clean parking lot in the back that looks peaceful.
