I hired them for move out cleaning, and they charged me 290$ excluding bath tub for two bed one bath apartment. They only cleaned fridge, Owen and window screen and nothing else. When I asked Andrew about cleaning and removing stains from kitchen cabinets he dismissed me by saying this place is thrash and you need to remodel whole kitchen. They did not mop the floors and when asked to do it they moped with dirty cloth which made floors sticky and gross. Overall the place was no way ready for next tenants. When I told him my owner will not be happy with the cleaning he said he will come back and clean it so I gave him money. My owner came to inspect the place 1 hr after cleaning and was not happy so I called Andrew immediately and no response and left him message next day called him and he refused to comeback and said you were happy with my work and signed the paper saying so I was shocked by his reply and did not have time to hire new cleaners. If I could give this business more than 5 stars I would. I had to move out of my business in a very short timeframe and I was thoroughly overwhelmed. Andrew and his team saw what needed to be done and gave me a very reasonable quote. They were able to move all our items to our storage in 2 days. Andrew also went the extra mile on the first night they were hired. My 5 year old son was with me and I was clearly stressed and having to help one of my customers. Andrew asked if he could buy dinner for my son. They fed him and kept him entertained for an hour until I was finished with my customer. I've hired them a few other times for moving other items and they are always fast, efficient, super friendly and affordable. I've also recommended Andrew and his team to others and they always talk about how nice and professional he is. On a Saturday morning, our toilets and tubs backed up from a clogged line. The toilet water flowed out of the ADA shower stall onto the floor, soaking the bedroom carpet. What a nightmare!! I called Andrew and he was able to come that day. He had to come later in the evening at 6:30pm, but what a life saver. Andrew is very professional and personable. He cleaned the bathroom and steam cleaned the bathroom floor, shower stall, bedroom carpet, vinyl floor and door mat. He made this awful "crappy" experience bearable. Thanks Andrew! read more

TLDR; unprofessional cleaning company shows up late, trash talks apartment, charges more than quoted, threw a hissy fit at landlord over two paper towels, spilled fluid everywhere, disassembled oven and left it that way, then demanded money after leaving for the paper towels. Do Not Hire Them. Unfortunately, their services are anything but professional. Via message they confirmed a 1pm showtime to clean, two hours before, they changed the time to 3pm. We were scheduled with our landlord for a walkout at 500pm but they claimed they would be done way before that. Upon arrival they were rude and expressed annoyance that our second floor apartment didn't have an elevator, which we never claimed for it to have. After entering the apartment they berated the state of it, saying it was absolutely filthy, then proceeded to list a bunch of hidden up-charges. Due to being on short notice for moving out we didn't have much of an option and agreed to have them get to work. About twenty minutes into cleaning they called me into the kitchen and asked "did you clean"? I replied that I had wiped down the counters and swept earlier that day in preparation. Aggressively they responded "No! Did you EVER clean?." I decided to just leave to the other room, but the whole time I could hear the two cleaning men trash talk our home. With each task they completed the called me in to boast about how they'd done him a favor by doing their job. After approximately an hour they asked what time our landlord was coming, when informed she would be there at 500pm they said to call her and have her come earlier as they were almost done. The landlord arrived at 430pm and then we had to wait for 10-15 more minutes because they weren't actually done like they said. During the waiting, our landlord borrowed two sheets of their paper towels so that she would not ruin the floor upon check out and she could walk on them on the clean floor. Typically, cleaners try to work with landlords to make sure everything is up to standard, but these guys were the opposite. One of the men stormed out and accused her of stealing from him, she explained and offered to return the paper towels or pay for them, but he stormed off insulting her. Upon checkout we were charged more than quoted for their services. The landlord began the walkout to find that they had disassembled the oven for cleaning, but refused to reassemble it. They left the floors soaking in cleaner. After leaving, one of the men stormed back into the apartment demanding money for the two sheets of paper towels, at which point our landlord gave him ten dollars to leave her alone. Several things were not up to normal cleaning standard and we will be further charged out of our security deposit. When leaving the apartment after checkout we found they had spilled blue cleaning fluid down one of the flights of stairs of the building and just left it. I suggest nobody ever hire these guys. Worst check-out experience I've ever had, and I've moved several times to different apartments on the island. read more

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for friendly and professional cleaners at a competitive price. I made a inquiry and within an hour I received an estimate and set a date. The crew showed up well before the appointed time ready after calling me to make sure that was ok. Once reviewing my apartment they got to work vigorously and give me an estimated 3 hour wait/clean time which held true. They cleaned my entire appointment to a move out/in standard aswell as going above and removing screens to clean the jalouise windows. Again I highly recommend this company to everyone. read more

Really bad. I called asking for a quote on deep cleaning. I emphasized "deep" cleaning. Andrew brought two other guys-both nice guys. I went with this company because they said they use eco friendly products. NOT TRUE. The minute they started, our whole house was filled with fumes from chemicals. I went in to check after they said they were done and I pointed out that above the door jams were untouched and dusty, grooves in our tongue and groove walls still had dust, window sill and jealousy hardware still dirty. I pointed these things out and Andrew said "I honestly don't know what you're talking about". He spent a few more minutes trying to wipe things up but that didn't make much difference. Waste of time. I told him to keep his payment because they did do work-just really sloppy. You can tell no pride was taken. See photos I have attached from AFTER the cleaning. I texted him telling him we were unhappy customers and he said "I do apologise about not meeting your standards of Cleaning.
