TAKE TIME Cleaning Service not only did a WONDERFUL job with cleaning my condo (525 square feet with a lanai of 169 square feet) but what makes them even more deserving of this review is their care in providing customer service. Henry and Angela care, are extremely polite, and will not end the job until they are satisfied with the end result. The grime on the jalousies and glass doors was overwhelming but now it is spotless, like crystal clear. Ever single area of the condo is spotless. EVERY SINGLE area, the appliances, every nook and cranny, the bathroom. They even cleaned the inside of the washer and dryer. I'm very happy that I took a chance and called this company to try their cleaning services. There were no reviews, but I was impressed with their website and professionalism on the phone. I speak directly to the owner, Henry for all my bookings and cleaning concerns. Not only do they arrive on time, they will text or call you 15 minutes before to let you know that they are on their way. If you communicate clearly on your cleaning expectations, they will do it and they do a great job. If you have any concerns, voice it up with them and they will correct it right away. I've used them about 3 times already and will continue to use them on a bi-weekly basis. I feel very comfortable having them clean my house, they are trustworthy and most importantly, they get the job done well and will always address my concerns as I'm very picky and anal with how I want things done. I hired them to clean the house I was moving into which was completely empty. They listed all the things that they would do on their website, but only about of the items were done and the things they didn't do were particularly important to me. My husband was the one who was there when they finished or I wouldn't have paid them until they did the things promised. The manager or owner (Henry) arrived with the two workers, but after asking me what I wanted done, to which I listed all of the things that they claimed to do on their website, promptly left. The two women he left to do the cleaning did not speak English so when my husband asked them to do things they weren't doing, they didn't understand. They didn't clean the blinds, they didn't clean around all of the baseboards, didn't clean the interior windows and didn't clean the outside of the toilets. They used a damp cloth on a swifter (no cleaning agent) to "clean" the floors, so they weren't really clean. I would not hire them again and in fact, I needed someone to clean the condo I had just moved OUT of and I hired someone else. read more

I was NOT impressed at all. It took the crew three and a half hours to clean a three bedroom two bath house and they didn't do all the cleaning we had asked. They skipped both staircases and most importantly the baby's room. Also there was still mildew in the bathrooms and the sinks looked like they were not touched. Wow! This company is truly amazing and CHEAP. After looking into other companies that charge twice as much, I decided to take a chance. It definitely paid off. I was impressed by how thorough they were, and how they listed to my wants and fulfilled all of them. They organized everything in my apartment, which companies like "Maid of Oahu" charge an extra fee for. $156 for a move out clean is VERY reasonable, especially on short notice. I never had to get my floors done professionally so I didn't know what to expect but for sure they aren't worth the one star or the money. They are the worst floor cleaners ever, don't ever get anything done by them. So this is what had happened, I called Henry and set up an appointment to the clean the floors and he made me feel rushed through the phone call. I didn't think too much about it since I just assumed that he was busy or something. I told him that I wanted to get my floors cleaned. Fast forward to the day he was cleaning our floors, I asked him why is the floor swelling up and that's when he hurried through the cleaning and got out of our house, he knew he messed up. Also, he wasn't able to answer any questions, just told us that it will set in once the floors dried up. He has never mention anything about not wanting to clean our floors. Then we had an appointment with the realtor for the house inspection the next day. We told the realtor about what had happened and so the realtor contacted them. He lied to the realtor that we insisted him to clean our floors. Which that made me angry and that he didn't own up to his mistake. Again we called him back and he knew that he had lied to the realtor. We asked him questions, brought up what he had said to the realtor and he would do what he can to avoid it. So we told him that he has to call the realtor about the appraisal for the floors and get it done because it was not our mistake on our end. Of course we contacted the realtor and he hasn't contacted them at all. So he had lied again, telling us he will contact the realtor about the appraisal. It's our words against his, he never had us sign anything stating that we insisted him to clean our floors even though he doesn't recommend their service. If he did mention us why he can't clean the floors, then none of this problem would ever happen. Thanks for screwing us over but we won't let this slide. I hope people read the reviews of this company because the service they give you won't meet up to your standards. This company LIES and doesn't give you the best service. SO PLEASE BE AWARE. I don't want anyone else to be in my situation. Because of them, I've been sooo stressed. I'm not those type of people who bash people out but I truly feel like I've been treated unfairly. read more

This cleaning company is unbelieveably horrible!! I typed up an exact list of what I wanted cleaned and my husband reviewed the list with them. When we returned to the home, we saw that they were moving at a snail's pace - very slow!!! They missed the most important things to clean on my list. They obviously have had NO home cleaning experience. We requested a "move out" cleaning ($52 an hour). They didn't touch the refrigerator. Who does a move out clean and doesn't clean the refrigerator??? We had to show them all that they missed - didn't clean the walls, didn't clean the ceiling fans, didn't clean on top of the lights, didn't clean the closets, didn't vacuums the closets, didn't clean the sliding glass doors, didn't clean the glass mirrors I. The bathrooms, didn't properly clean the floors and kitchen cabinets. I asked them over and over: "what did you all do???". Please DO NOT waste your time and money. They are horrible!!!!! Henry and a lady came to clean my father's apartment this past January. They were very flexible to accommodate our need. Arrived on time with all cleaning equipments. After their cleaning, my father's place was transformed. I was very happy with their work and grateful for their help. I even took some before and after pictures of the bathroom and can really tell the big difference. They are both very honest people because once they found a Chinese lucky envelop with money in it, they returned it to me right away. Beside speaking fluent English, they can also speak Mandarin and Cantonese, which is a plus, because my father can communicate with them in Chinese.
