We were doing a move out clean and they came in they really had a team to deep clean the whole house but most of all the problem areas like the fridge and oven. Great communication and the price was right for the deep cleaning that was needed. We will be referring them to other for sure in the future. read more

Needed a cleaner for a move out. The landlord required the place to be cleaned professionally so we reached out for professional cleaning services. Wayland gave us a quote and said the cleaning "usually takes 3-4 hours depending how dirty the place is". Noted. When they arrived I told them we had done a lot of the cleaning already. I showed him him we had already cleaned the floors, the bedrooms, and the bathroom. We mostly needed the windows clean, the oven clean, and some small details here and there, but otherwise everything was already looking pristine. They did what they said they were going to do and give them credit for that. They also finished the job in less than 2 hours and said they'll send us the bill. I referenced his initial quote and politely asked if there were any discounts available off the price since we had done a lot of the cleaning ourselves and it took them a lot less the the quoted 3-4 hours. I give you a direct response: "I ended up bringing 4 total guys to the job! That's why it finished a little faster as well!! Originally 2" I never asked him to show up with extra people, but kind of implies he would have charged me more if it had taken the full 3-4 hours with this crew. Whatever bro. Like I said, they did what they said they would do so I give them credit for that and I paid them the amount they quoted but simply put I have no intent to use their services again. Moral of the story: If you need a cleaning for move don't waste a second of your time doing any cleaning yourself if you plan on using this service. read more

We were moving out of the home we had been renting for almost six years and it needed a deep thorough cleaning. Even though we had regular weekly home cleaners come, I couldn't believe how much dirt existed and had been hiding until we moved everything out . We have two kids 10 and under and a Doberman. That combination can create a huge load of mess... Wayland and his team worked some major miracles and made this place shine like a new penny! The were very kind and helpful and you can trust them to do a great job! I'm happy I reached out!! read more

Punctual and reliable! Wayland and his team were very professional! He came through for me when another company cancelled. They did an excellent job and I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommended! Will definitely use them again. read more

Good morning Wayland and Kona! I just wanted to give you folks a big Mahalos for helping me this past week. The entire process was pleasant and professional from beginning to end. Moving out of a place is stressful enough. Cleaning the vacant apartment was just going to be too much for us. It was déjà vu all over again since this was the 2nd time this year (within 7 months) we were moving. Choosing Hawaii Pristine to do our move out cleaning saved us from strained, sore muscles and sheer exhaustion. I think it was my most brilliant idea all year! Wayland pulled up with 3 guys and for 3 hours, they washed, scrubbed and cleaned the place thoroughly. How thorough? They even took off all the window louvers to wipe off the dust on each panel and to wash the window screens. All the dust boards were dust-free. The insides of the fridge and oven were sparkling. The place smelled fresh when our landlord came to inspect. We are so glad we hired Wayland and his team! read more

Ask for on the spot cleaning and quote. Haven't cleaned hood in over a year and after they finished looks brand new. Timely, cleaned up everything and more, didn't leave any mess behind. Highly recommend for their price. They should honestly charge more. read more

Hawaii Pristine - Hood deep cleaning - Office Cleaning Near Me - Honolulu, Hawaii

Very disappointed with the service I've received from this company and will never recommend to family or friends. Wayland messaged me a couple days prior to the move out cleaning I booked and he did not mention anything but just to confirm the appointment. When he arrived to the house, he tells me that everything needed to be out of the house prior to cleaning. I checked his website online and double checked if I missed any messages regarding to empty house completely prior to arrival but nothing was mentioned. I had a few things left in the kitchen and asked if he could just give me 30 minutes to clean up and it will all be gone. The rest of the house was empty except the kitchen. He tells me he's booked out all day and unable to clean. I asked if he could still do the carpet cleaning as I also booked to clean the living room carpet and he said he can come back at 3pm to do that so I said okay. I message him around 2pm if he was still coming at 3pm to carpet clean and he literally texts me that the house he is currently cleaning did not move everything out prior and that he only started cleaning that house now and he will update me... Why would he wait for that person to clean our their house but not me? I understand he had other schedules after but I was scheduled for 3pm and he did not follow up at all after. Unfortunately for me it was a Sunday and most cleaning businesses are closed so I couldn't find anyone else and we had to be out of the house by Monday. I texted him around 430pm and called at 5pm only for him to tell me he's unable to clean because he had to wait for the other house to empty their home. I told him I need a carpet cleaning done tomorrow and he said he was able to come at 830am. He of course comes late at 845am. Hence I need to be out today! They come to carpet clean and then their carpet cleaner breaks.. Seriously?! Troubleshooting took some time and he said it will only take an hour at most but it took about 3 hours. AND THE WORST PART ABOUT ALL OF THIS?! The stains did not go away!! I was charge $300 for this. So disappointing. They used the kitchen countertop to put their cleaning bottles, etc and they stained the kitchen countertop and throughout all of this process.... No apology whatsoever. None at all. Not even sorry for not being able to show up at 3pm when he was suppose to and I got fully charged for their service that did not even work. Please save your money and choose another company. It is stressful enough to move out of a rental but this was beyond what I had imagined. I am so sad that yelp has disappointed me. read more

Wow.. is how I'll start this review. I reached out after seeing a previous review and instantly got a response, they were super flexible and came to do a walk through with a days notice! We were really in a time crunch as we were taking over a vacant kitchen/dining space. The place had been vacant for over a year, was left in bad condition with grease and grime all over the ceiling, walls, and floors. It was not a pretty sight.. But thankfully Wayland and his team were able to come in and clean the very next day! They showed up promptly at 7:30AM and got to work, and let me tell you.. these guys did a fantastic job!! They went above and beyond cleaning! I mean, cleaning vents on the ceiling, sinks, and walls we thought we would have to replace. They worked all day and even came back the next morning to finish the job! Now, we actually feel good about taking over this kitchen space and are so thankful that we called these guys. If you are looking to clean anything-this team can get it done for you! read more

With my husband already in the mainland at a new job, my daughter at college, and my parents with me - the move to the mainland left me overwhelmed and stressed. I had limited time to get the house in order for the next family. Wayland and his team came in at 9am and spent hours working on cleaning every part of the house. The carpets were a tough tackle with memories of a cat and dog, but they did it with speed and Wayland's "magic" carpet mix that made the carpet "pristine". The team was respectful, friendly, and responsive to our needs during a time that has been so stressful. I even asked to move the cleaning date up a few days and Wayland accommodated the request. I highly recommend Wayland and his team! The owner arrived at the house while they were working and loved their work. Mahalo for making this transition smooth and easy. I highly recommend Hawaii Pristine. Mahalo! read more

I will recommend these guys to everyone I know! They came right over and gave us a really good price too! If you want Reliable, Responsive, and all around good guys Hire Them! Mahalo for your hard work! read more

Wayland is the best! Called him at the last minute because another company didn't show up for the appointment that was scheduled one month in advance. Spoke to Waylaid in the morning and explained the situation. He was ready to respond and service my floors that same very day. He reassured me not to stress myself out and will help me to work out the situation. The other person did show up, so I ended up calling Wayland to explain what had taken place. Wayland was super nice and more concerned that I was okay and not to worry. He just wanted to be sure my floors were taken cared of, so I could move out of the apartment. In the future, I will definitely go with a reliable company with great customer service! I will go with Wayland! read more

After another company I contacted was very slow to respond to my request to book them and then quoted me VERY high, I looked around and found Hawaii Pristine. Wayland responded almost immediately and even though it was already nearing the end of the month and I needed a move out clean, they fit me in. They confirmed the appointment the day before and showed up promptly, and were patient when it was a little difficult to find the place. Wayland and the guys got to work immediately and did a great job. The carpets especially looked great, who would've known there was that much grime in those carpets? At the end, Wayland did a final walk through with us and was happy to come back in and finish up a few spots we pointed out. Before they had even left, a neighbor came by to ask about them and I recommended them to her. Thanks, Wayand and team, you guys did a great job and were a pleasure to work with! read more

Reached out for a quote to clean my rental unit for a move-out cleaning. Got a response quickly and was able to set up a same-day walkthrough. We agreed on what would be cleaned and a price for the job that would be done the next day. They did an excellent job and even cleaned more than what was agreed upon! read more

I would highly recommend Hawaii Pristine. Wayland responded to my quote request within 10 minutes and was happy to come over and do a walk through and then give me a quote. Wayland gave me great price and the very next day he was over at 845 am to do the cleaning with Kona his brother. It took them about 5 hours to clean the one bedroom and living room that was a disaster. The tenant who previously lived there was extremely dirty. The bathroom and refrigerator looked beyond repair, but after Wayland and Kona finished their deep cleaning it actually looked livable again and the inside of refrigerator looked almost brand new. Wayland was so friendly and accommodating that the whole experience overall was so pleasant, that I asked for a quote to clean my personal house on a monthly basis. read more

Just want to make a shout out of satisfaction to Wayland and his Hawaii Pristine crew Kona and Noah! They just stripped and waxed the old linoleum floor of my 800 sq ft ohana and now it looks new again! There were some challenges, plus I am a picky customer, but they handled the tough spots and my attention-to-detail personality with professionalism and stride. Wayland and his awesome team strive for customer satisfaction and go the extra mile to achieve it. I would definitely call them again the next time I need deep cleaning services. read more

We removed a lot of junks in our house and it created a lot of mess. We called Hawaii Pristine and got a response and quote very quickly. They came to our place and did a great job at a great value. Thank you Wayland and his family team. read more

I really don't like making reviews unless the experience was very bad or very amazing but these guys are amazing! I needed to move out of my apartment last minute and didn't have time to do all the cleaning for my deposit back so I searched online and these guys looked really affordable for how short notice it was, they showed up early that day I ran around to do errands for the new house and when I came back everything was brand spanking new! So I know I'm getting a full deposit back now! These local guys were tip top how they performed and I'm all about supporting local business. Definitely going to tell people to give them a call for all there cleaning needs! read more
