Very unprofessional. I hired this company as a contractor for my client but went behind my back and asked my client to pay upfront when I asked them to send me their invoice like a normal business. I was VERY UPSET. Not only did I not make any money from the transaction, I FELT REALLY EMBARRASSED FOR MY CLIENT. It seem this company don't value partnership and only thought of themselves. I do NOT recommend this service! I was given a quote for a specified square footage but on the day of the cleaning, I was then told I had to pay an additional 20% on top of what was discussed because the living room was "extra large", even though the square footage had been disclosed in advance. They spent less than 45 minutes at the location and left puddles of water on the carpet that took two days to dry. They also refused to move any of the furniture to clean underneath and had the audacity of making my 65 year old mother move the furniture for them. read more

Increased the quote upon arrival. Took longer than expected. Did not complete all the blinds. Left main living room blinds uncleaned. Left 2 cupboards in kitchen uncleaned. And did not clean all the baseboards in the kitchen. When asked to return to finish what was left. THey refused. read more

100% DO NOT recommend this business. I had them booked for over a month to do a move out clean and shampoo carpets. I verified several times with him that we were set for 0900 the agreed upon date. He called 10 minutes before I was supposed to meet him at Pass and ID to get a base pass and said "the line is too long and time is money" and he's not doing it. No apologies or alternatives, just arguing that what he was doing was not bad business practice. If this was something that needed to be taken into account I would have never depended on or booked this company. Now I am stuck on a holiday weekend with Pass and ID closed on the weekend due to COVID trying to figure out how to get everything finished by move out. read more

If I could choose no stars, I would! Do not hire this company if you live on base!!! Horrible experience today with this company and the owner! Had arranged weeks ago for a move out carpet cleaning for today at 9:00 am, texted him yesterday to confirm time, he changed the time to 9:30 am to meet at the visitors center to sign him in to base. He got there and was irritated because there were too many people in line to sign in to base and said he had other customers to see. Keep in mind, he knows my final base housing inspection is today at 4:00 pm! After waiting at the visitors center for about 15 minutes he said he had to go because it was taking too long to get signed in to base. Totally unprofessional behavior canceling on a customer!!!!! We had a horrible experience with mr clean hawaii. We hired them to do our carpets before a move out inspection. They didn't lift up an area rug and just cleaned on top and didn't move it so as you can see in the pictures it looks awful. They left obvious spots in the carpet. We failed our move out inspection and had to pay more money for our landlord to hire a better carpet cleaner. Do not use this company, you will pay more money in the long run. We asked him to come back and fix it or refund our money and he refused to do both and insisted we messed the carpets up, despite not walking on them at all. read more

Called Mr. Clean Hawaii and I told them how many square feet I had and what I wanted. Got quoted on the phone quickly. Scheduling was easy. I contacted them again and asked if they could come the next day, because there was an opening in my schedule. They were able to accommodate. The service took about an hour. The entire experience was quick, easy, and got the job done. The fact that they were able to come on short notice was what I liked most about them. read more

I highly recommend that you do not choose this company as your next move-out cleaning service for your home. After they completed the cleaning services we requested, the realtor company that we rented the house from had a few discrepancies and requested Mr. Clean Hawaii to come back and mitigate the issues, but the company refused to do so. The realtor company ended up hiring their own cleaning service, which charged us about $100 for the services that were requested from Mr. Clean Hawaii to fix. When we requested a refund for the portion of services that he refused to fix he said "We don't do refunds as part of our policy", however he did say if something was wrong he would come fix it. This didn't make sense to us since the realtor company we rented from requested to have the items that were subpar fixed. A bit contradictory in my opinion and to be honest he didn't hold up his part of the bargain when he said they would come back and fix the issues and refused to do so when requested. I'd say this violates his own company policy. This wouldn't have been a big issue if he hadn't refused to come back and resolve the cleaning discrepancies or at least refunded the fair amount that was owed to us for services rendered from a professional cleaning company. We will look elsewhere for a reputable cleaning service next time. read more
