Prices are reasonable. That is probably the only good thing about the store. Customer service is bad. No one cares no emotions or even a little smile. They are just here for their check. Restrooms are disgusting. I told a worker and she said they only clean once a day. The store is disorganized. I hear talks about bankruptcy at this point I see why. Parking is really annoying here, especially during the holiday season. But I found some really great things here. I wanted to buy a gift for someone, but didn't want to spend what it usually takes avoid her "oh, you got me THAT?" look. So I went to Nordstrom Rack in the pouring disgusting rain, and finally found a parking spot by putting my foot down against one of those mean-moms-in-a-minivan who are professional parking spot thieves. I ran inside and went directly to the Betsy Johnson jewelry rack. I was so pleased to find a pair of dangly pearl earrings with a round blue crystal bow on top for about $14. The matching necklace was $65. Naturally, I skipped the necklace and bought the earrings, which would have cost around $40 regular retail. I've found some really great deals at Nordstrom Rack and it's a lot more organized than other discount stores (e.g. Ross, Marshalls, TJ Maxx, etc.). read more

i can't believe it's taken me this long to write a review--i've been meaning to do this for months! this has to be the best nordstrom rack i've set foot in. why? well... a few months ago, i desperately needed a work suit to wear the next day. i came to this location and got my hands on the perfect suit for the right price. however, when i got home, i was LIVID when i found out that they left a sensor on the suit (this happens ALL THE TIME at the other nordstrom rack i used to go to!). i immediately called the store to complain and spoke with the manager who told me not to fret because she was sending an employee over to take off the sensor. that's right. someone personally came to my doorstep with a sensor-removing gun and took the sensor off within thirty minutes of that phone call. and THAT is why i'm giving this store five stars. read more

This location is good for clothing and shoes, but not as much home goods. There is ample and free parking being in a large shopping mall. If you have the time and energy, and good luck, you can find some good deals, especially during the twice annual sales. It also wouldn't hurt to check the adjacent discount stores since sometimes they carry overlapping products. The Nordstrom credit card is also accepted here. read more

Soooooo much stuff to choose from here! Everything from handbags to lingerie to shoes to clothes to jewelry. Everything sold there is name brand at a cheaper price. Nordstrom rack is affiliated with Nordstroms, but is considered a cheaper version. I wouldn't say the service here is great or anything, but most people don't come here for customer service or even need it besides when checking out. The line always goes fairly quickly. This nordstrom rack is located in a huge plaza with other stores such as TJ MAXX and some fast food places like panda express. Always plenty of parking, unless you hate walking which means you'll probably have to wait quite a bit for someone else to leave. I like the location of this nordstrom rack. read more

Salesperson Angie was so helpful on the phone last night when I called to see if she had a certain pair of shoes in my size and she was professional and went above and beyond to be sure the shoes were there when I go back today to buy them! Cheap prices with mediocre staff. Every single staff member I interacted with was so rude and disrespectful, passing me to restock without a single "excuse me". Talking amongst themselves, not helping customers. One lady at the checkout was so unprofessional while my mom was trying to return an item. Wouldn't take a moment to listen to my mom and didn't try to apologize or make the experience more pleasant. Talked to a manager and she could have cared less. Soo as a newby bargain shopper and designer fanatic, I really enjoyed shopping at this nordstrom rack. However it still needed more items in their racks. Nevertheless good store. Cons: not enough true religions but a ton of Joes and Paige jeans. Purse section limited. Lingerie section also limited. Pros: a lot of designer labels such as free people, Ella moss, tart, seven jeans, juicy couture, and nordstrom label brands. I bought a juicy velour jacket for 12 bucks and free people shirt on labor day weekend for 19 bucks. I spent 137 dollars on 8 Shirts from prices originally ranging from 70 to 120 dollars. Crazy! Free people and Ella moss not cheap. Overall, I am happy! read more

Update*** I talked to the manager of the store, and apparently this new return policy is a pilot program rolled out by Nordstrom corporate, designed to save time in line for online purchases. It's works similarly to if I were to return an order via mail. They provide you a general receipt that shows the number of items you handed them. They check it in in the back and you get an email confirmation once that happens. I've returned things a few times under the new system and everything has been returned and credited to my account within 2-5 days. Also the staff here is beyond accommodating and sweet. If your on a budget, skip Nordstrom and just go to the rack! Sure some items are previous seasons, or closeouts or possible returns, but I have gotten some amazing deals from this store! Clerks are nice and not pushy. The changing rooms can get a little busy and could be a bit cleaner. It's so close to me..of course I would come back! read more

I love Nordstrom Rack, it's one of my favorite places to go shopping. It can be challenging to find that perfect item you can't live without. But oh man once you find it you're definitely are going to come back. You have to come here regularly, I usually come once a week maybe every two weeks, this way I don't miss out on new merchandise. FYI: I don't buy every time I'm here, I just make sure I don't miss out on anything. Store is mostly clean with an exception to holidays. Customer service is always friendly and helpful. read more

totally in love with the rack ever since my friends TAUGHT me how to shop here.. i actually wanted to throw up when i saw a shirt that i got from the upland store a few weeks ago marked down 50% more! butttttt i did have an awesome find here.. $1 shorts marked down from $44.. SCOREEEEEEEEE! =) the only bad thing was that the cashiers thought it was marked wrong so i stood there for about 13 mins waiting for them to price check it.. which was impossible b/c i think that was the LAST one.. so yup! at the end of the day..
