We ordered the Pad Thai and the poke roll for takeaway. The chicken in the pad Thai was clearly pre-cooked or frozen and was slimy. And the shrimp was not de-tailed. sprouts and carrots were browning and old. There was some flavor, but not the best. The sushi roll was pretty average. read more

You can have an accident on the mountain and call prior to cancel and have the manager there tell you "not to worry about it" and get charged $210 the following day for not showing up.Can you say "blind sided." First off, this place was taking orders from people that decided to walk in without masks. The county has a clear mask mandate and that is posted on their door. Seeing that your business is dependent on tourists arriving from all over the country, this is absolutely unacceptable. Second the sushi was incredibly mediocre. Tempura shrimp was incredibly chewy, and sushi rice was overcooked with too much vinegar. Lastly, ordering was confusing. We were taken to a table with a wilted pice of paper containing a QR code. Nobody explained the menu was done via this random code on the table. Due to these reasons, I cannot recommend this place. We LOVED the Noodle Kitchen! We ordered it to go last night for a stay at home date night. The beef rolls and potstickers were really good, but the sauce that came with our food was incredible. It was a dark sauce, and I'm not sure what it's called but it gave the beef rolls and potstickers a whole new level of flavor. Because we are always on the look out for amazing pad Thai, we ordered this to try. It is definitely different than most pad Thai you get from restaurants but I honestly like it better than most pad Thai I've eaten also :) it has a very comforting blend of flavors that I really couldn't get enough of. We both made a 'build-a-bowl' and both were amazing. Very comforting feeling. I do want to point out (and this is probably obvious to anyone who has eaten ramen at a restaurant before) the ramen noodles are thickish- like spaghetti noodles. I have never eaten ramen at a restaurant before so expected a thinner type of noodle. It was still really good, but just a tip for the inexperienced :) We had quite a bit of leftovers, which is great as we like to have leftovers for lunch the next day. It's pretty rare that I give a bad review, but tonight's dinner experience was frustrating. After reading the reviews for Noodle Kitchen (and loving Asian cuisine), we were pretty excited to give it a try. Upon arriving, we were asked if we had a reservation - it's very low season in Jackson right now, so we honestly didn't think we'd need one. We had hoped there may be a place we could sit while we waited, but there was only a table outside (which is very cold in November). The hostess was nice though and said she'd try to get us seated within about 15-20 minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes, we were seated and then waited at least another 10 minutes to get waters. By the time our server arrived, we were ready to order. We promptly put in our orders, only to wait almost 60 minutes for our food to come. We talked about leaving at the 40 minute mark, as we hadn't seen our server from the time she brought our initial waters to us. When she did come, we asked if our food was close to being finished, and were told it was normal for the food to take about an hour for preparation and was dismissive in listening to our concern. The silver lining was that when the food finally arrived, it was delicious. The mongolian beef and the pad thai were really good. At the end of our meal, we asked for the check and upon promptly bringing our cards back, apologies were given but we were again told that it was normal for food to take around an hour to be served (as if we had asked). As a server, you should never make excuses for a poor experience. Simply apologize, and try to make it right. Bring drinks for the table, an appetizer, or send a manager over. We likely won't be back, and would strongly suggest reservations to anyone going to the restaurant (whether in busy or slow season) if you want to have a timely meal. read more

Once again, I didn't read the Yelp reviews before visiting this restaurant. Stupid me. The restaurant is sleek and clean. The food, however is not so great. I had the ramen noodles with Dan Dan sauce, bok choy, scallions and tofu. It was very bland. Fortunately, the restaurant provided hot sauce, sesame oil and soy sauce, so I was able to spice it up a bit. The tofu was really good, but the dish was really boring. There is bottle shop next door, you grab a bottle of wine and they add it to the bill, no corkage. Was greeted at the door by the manager and the hostess, I asked for a booth but was denied due to previous reservations along with half of the restaurant was reserved. All is understandable and we were told we could go to the bar if we were over 21, my boyfriend was but I was not so was again denied to sit at the bar. Food was incredible but left and half the restaurant was still empty. Was disappointed in this as the seating was limited and reserving half of the restaurant is unnecessary because we saw two other families get denied seating as well due to this. This place is terrible. The only thing it has going for it is that It looks new and clean. To start I had "pot stickers" which should be renamed deep fried oil pork balls. It had tons of sauce already on the plate which made it hard to take off. I made my own soup and that was the only good part of my meal... Sort of... Apparently the chef mixed up the broths tonight because I was not the only customer in the restaurant that mentioned that the sweet and spicy sauce was neither sweet nor spicy. I just added my own sauces to make it taste like anything other than water. Now for the dessert... I got so excited when I saw sugar cookie skillet...
